14:T1253,こんにちは☺️ 受験生にとって、眠気は最大の敵ですよね...わかります。私は宅浪経験はないのですが、受験生の時に夏休みを含めて半年ほどコロナで学校がなくなり、自宅で勉強していた期間があります。その際午前中に集中して勉強することにかなり悩んだ経験がありますので、参考になる点もあるかと思い、回答させていただきます。 まず大前提ですが、睡眠時間は足りていますか?人によって必要な時間は変わってきますが、十分な睡眠の時間と質を担保できていないならまずはそこを改善する方策を取るのが第一優先です。 ただここでは、十分に睡眠をとっているにもかかわらず、眠気によって勉強に集中できないという前提でお話しさせていただきますね。 ネットなどにはたくさんの眠気を飛ばす方法論がのっていますが、正直そんなんで解決してたら悩んでないわ!って感じですよね(笑)ここでは私が実際に行っていた、実効性のある方法3つを紹介しますね。 ①頭を使う演習をする ②無理やり外に出る ③そもそも朝は勉強しない ①頭を使う演習をする おそらく眠くなるということは、暗記物をやっていたりなんとなく文章を読んだりと、あまり頭を使う勉強をできていないのではないかと考えました。 なので朝いちばんから過去問演習や、頭をフル回転させなければ解くことができない問題を解くのをお勧めします。朝いちからそんなのむり!って思うかもしれませんが、実際の入試は最初の試験が英語のことが多いので、いずれはその力は必要になってくるのです。さすがに志望度が高い大学の過去問を解くときに眠くなることはないと思うので、ぜひやってみてください。 ちなみに私は夏から2か月間、朝起きてすぐにセンター試験現代文の過去問を解くというのを続けていました。苦手だったのですが、毎日根気よく頭フル回転で解いていたら、10月から共通テスト国語現代文で点数を落とすことは無くなりましたよ。 ②無理やり外に出る これは散歩をする、とかいう小手先のテクニックではなく、場所を変えて勉強するということです。 家だとすぐにベッドにダイブできてしまう環境なので、私はもう家で勉強することをあきらめ、有料自習室を借りていました。 当初はカフェに行ったりしていたのですが、席が空いていないと時間ロスができてしまったり、長時間は滞在できなかったりとデメリットが多かったです。そのため月1万円ほどの自席を確保できる自習室に通っていました!朝は7時ぐらいに起きて無心で自習室に向かってましたね。(笑)同じように努力している人たちが集まっているのも、モチベーションになっていました。 ③そもそも朝は勉強しない まったく解決策になっていないのですが、あきらめるのも手だと思います。 やはり朝に強い人と夜に強い人はいるので、自分の特性に合わせた勉強スタイルで効率よく勉強したらいいのではないかと思います。ちなみに私は、受験生の夏以降は前述のように朝から勉強していましたが、高2~高3夏までは朝の勉強はあきらめていました。 つまり、勉強は得意な夜に全振りしたのです。毎日深夜3時頃まで勉強し、3時間ほど寝て高校に登校、午前中の授業はすべて睡眠でまた午後から勉強...という絶対に真似してはいけない生活をしてました。ただなにより深夜の勉強が一番捗ったので学力向上という目的は達成していたので自分的にはOKです。ダメですがね(笑) 簡単にまとめると、 まずは睡眠を見直してみる。そこに問題がないのであれば、①勉強内容を変える②場所を変える③時間を変えるということです。自分にとって最もクリティカルな課題は何か?という視点で見てみると、解決策が見えてきやすいかもしれません。 mb-1","children":"最近始めた21時-4時睡眠の生活を安定させるまでは、眠くなってしまうのは仕方ないのかもしれません。\n人間の習慣が定着するまでは、しばらく時間がかかります。人によりますが、1ヶ月以上はかかるとよく言われます。それまでは、定着を待つしかないかもしません。\nすでに習慣化してもおかしくない時期に来ているのであれば、私が睡眠に関してしていたことをいくつか書いておくのでよろしければ試してみてください。\n1、目覚ましアプリの導入\nレム睡眠、ノンレム睡眠の周期に合わせて起こしてくれるアプリです。いくつかありますが、私はsleep meisterというアプリを導入しました。お気に入りの曲を目覚ましの曲にできるし、朝スッキリ起きられます。\n2、朝シャン\nちょっと刺激を与えてみようと思い、朝シャンを取り入れた時期があります。夜はお風呂に入ると眠くなりますが、朝はスッキリしてある程度効果はあったように思います。でも、音といい水道代といいデメリットもあるので状況に合わせてですね。\n3、立って勉強\nもう面倒になって立って勉強してみたりもしました。\n4、記録つけ\n自分に正直に勉強記録をつけました。そうなると、勉強せず寝ている自分が浮き彫りになり、嫌な気持ちになります。その気持ちをバネにして勉強に移る、ということもしました。\n5、コーヒー\nコーヒーが好きだったのでドリップコーヒーをよく飲みました。おしゃれだから気分も上がるし、カフェインで眠気も覚めます。\n\n以上です。参考になれば嬉しいです。\n頑張ってください💪"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは!\n自分もロングスリーパーでした!\n受験生最初の時も、10時から6時半くらいまで8時間半くらい寝てました。(あるみほいるさんほどではないかもしれませんが)\n厳しい言い方かもしれませんが、眠くなってしまうのは、危機感が足りないからでは無いでしょうか?!\n自分も、結構寝る体質でしたが、受験前は勉強に時間を注げるように自己管理を徹底して、寝る時間を短くするように習慣づけていきました。そのおかげで、受験直前は12時~6時半就寝のサイクルで生活しました。受験に対する危機感が上がれば、自然と寝る時間は減り、勉強時間は増えます。\n\n私は、予備校や塾には通っていなかった(金銭面で行けなかった)ので状況が掴めませんが、予備校は高いお金を払って必死に勉強する人が集まる場所だと思っています。私の意見になりますが、そのような場所の中で居眠りをすることは、周りの人の迷惑にもなりますし、まして自分の実力が上がらない原因にもなると思います。もし、親などにお金を払ってもらって行っているならば、親に感謝することを忘れないでください。余計な口出しになってしまったことを深くお詫びします。\n\n最後に。眠い時はすぐに寝ましょう。そして、時間を決めてすぐに起きて勉強を再開しましょう。受験は待ってくれません。あと1年だけ頑張ればいいんです!浪人したくないでしょうから、この1年だけは生活を変えて、踏ん張ってください。合格してから、めっちゃ寝ればいいんですから!\n\n参考になれば幸いです!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n何故か眠い日ありますよね。僕も勉強始めると眠くなってしまうことが多く大変でした。\n僕が眠たくなった時にどうしていたかというと、大人しく寝ていました。正直集中できていない状態で勉強しても意味がありません。眠い状態で勉強した場所は往々にして覚えていません。目が覚めてもう一度覚えていないからとやり直すのでは時間の無駄です。眠くなったら寝てください。一旦寝て目が覚めれば眠気はしばらく来ないものです。変にレッドブルやモンスターを過信してガブガブ飲むよりも一度寝たほうが効率が上がります。\n眠くなったら寝ていた僕でも京都大学に受かりました。\n\nまた、有名な話に15分睡眠というものがあります。\n15〜30分の短い睡眠はパワーナップと呼ばれ、短時間で睡眠不足を解消したり、疲労回復、脳の活性化、記憶力の向上など様々な効果があるらしいです。パワーナップはNASAやGoogleも取り入れている程有益なものであり、昼食後にパワーナップをする事で勉強効率を上げることができるかもしれません。是非試してみてください。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"これは多くの受験生が悩みますよね。\n僕も受験生時代は不眠症に悩まされていました。大学生となった今でも嘘かのように秒で眠りにつきます。\n自分なりに当時の不眠症を分析して解決策を考えたので聞いてください。\n\nお話した通り、受験生時代は不眠症で2時間、3時間経ってようやく眠りにつくことも多かったです。それが今ではほんの数分です。\n今と受験生時代に違うことは、体の疲れ具合が違ったことが一番大きかったと思います。\n今は毎日外に出て歩きますし、人と話したり常になにか活動しています。\n質問者さんは浪人生なので同じだと思いますが、受験生はそこまで活動範囲も広くなく運動量も少ないためあまり疲れません。\n特に浪人生はそうです。\nなにが言いたいかというと、眠りに早くつくには体が疲れていることが必須です。\n僕は浪人時代も15時間くらい勉強した日(本気で勉強できた日)は体の疲れが半端なくてすぐに寝れました。\nだからそれくらいの勉強量をこなす。が1つの解決策です。\n勉強に対する姿勢が本気だと、体は自然と疲れてしまいました。\n勉強がたくさんできて早く寝れるって最高ですよね。\n\nもう一つは昼寝をあまりしない。浪人生時代は昼寝をたくさんしていたので眠りにくくなっていたのかと思います。\n20分以上の睡眠はかなり影響するらしいです。これを超える昼寝はやめましょう。\nあとは16時以降は一切仮眠を取らないこともポイントです。\n本当に眠たいときは5分程度の仮眠に抑えましょう。\nあとは睡眠サイクルを維持し、運動を適宜行うことです。\n運動すると脳にも刺激を与えますし、体が疲れて寝れるしいいこと尽くめだと思います。\n運動もしてください。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n\n勉強の眠気に関してということですが、僕もよく勉強中に眠気に襲われていました。\n\n睡眠に関して、まず根本的なことなのですが、睡眠時間と起床時間は固定するようにしましょう。\nその二つがバラついていると体内時計が安定しないため、昼などに眠くなってしまうからです。\n理想だと7時間は寝たいところです。\n\nその次に、それでも眠くなった場合についてです。\n僕も布団で寝てしまうと、決めた時間より長く寝てしまうため困っていた時期がありました。\nなので僕は机に突っ伏して授業中に寝るような形で寝るようにしていました。\nあと、15分以内で仮眠をとるとすっきり起きられるということを聞いたことがあったので、仮眠は10〜15分でとるようにしていました。\n\nそれでも眠いと感じる場合は、エナジードリンクの力を借りていました。\nただ、エナジードリンクだけでなくコンビニの100円コーヒーでも効果はあるので、お金がない場合はそれで対応するといいと思います。\n\n参考になれば幸いです。\n頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex 寝てしまうのは本気度や緊張感が足りないからというのは一概にいえないかもしれませんよ!安心してください。自分のなかに、早稲田に行くためにあきらめたくないという意志があるようですね。例えばお昼の後の試験のときに眠くなってしまうのは、人間ですから誰にでもありえます。ですから、すぐに自分の意識の問題だとして自身を責めないでいただきたいです。\n 模試のときにはその限りではないのですが、とくに普段の勉強において、お昼や、部活帰りの夜の塾で眠たくなった時には、それが授業ではなければ思い切って寝ましょう。自習室や空き教室で、音楽を聴いたりしながら30分以内であれば思い切って寝たほうが、明らかに効率的です。ねむいまま\n勉強をだらだら続けてしまうよりも。私も、運動部でしたが夜塾についてから、まず思い切って\nぱっと15分くらい寝ることを習慣にしていました。すると、寝る前にコーヒーを飲んだりしている\nと、起きてから頭がとてもさえているので、シャキッとした状態で効率よく集中して学習にとりくめるのです。ぜひ、「眠い時は、思い切って寝る」を試してください。寝すぎは良くないので、家にい\nるときなんかは、15分や30分でタイマーをかけるとよいでしょう。ぜひ試してみてください。\n また、もう一点、どうしても勉強中に眠くなったときの対処法として、立ったり歩いたりしながら\n勉強するのが有効です。家など場所が限られてしましますが。私も朝起きたばかりで目が覚めないと\nきには、歩きながら英単語張をぶつぶつ言いもって暗記していました。とても頭にはいりました。\n\n
