無理やり勉強しても、苦しくなるだけで実力にはつながりません。だからこそ、休むのも「勉強のうち」だと考えていいです。 ② 「不安」を自分にとってのエネルギーに変える 頭に浪人のことが浮かぶ このままでは確実に落ちてしまう その気持ちは自然なことです。でも、それを「ネガティブな妄想」に使っても疲弊するだけなんですよね。 代わりにこう考えてみてください: ・「落ちるのが怖い。だから今の自分にできることを1個ずつやって、怖さをごまかさずに受け止めていこう」 ・「不安になるってことは、合格したい気持ちがちゃんとあるってこと」 不安は、あなたの真剣さの証拠です。それを否定せず、「よし、じゃあ今日は30分だけちゃんとやってみよう」と行動に変換できたら、それだけで前進です。 ③ 「目標」じゃなくて「作業」に集中する 緊張感を取り戻そうとすると、「医学部合格!」「絶対に受かる!」と自分に言い聞かせがちですが、それが逆にプレッシャーになることもあります。 それよりも、 ・「今日は青チャートのベクトルの例題を3つやる」 ・「寝る前に英単語だけ20語見ておく」 など、“今日やること”という単位で自分を動かす方が気持ちが軽くなって、集中しやすくなります。 「集中しなきゃ」ではなく「やることをこなしていけば、そのうち集中してた」という状態を目指すのがコツです。 ④ 自分が「頑張っているか」分からないときは… これは、たぶん「自分に厳しい人」がよく感じることです。 でも、質問の文章を読んでいて、あなたは間違いなく頑張っています。 ・勉強を習慣化できている ・眠くなったりしてもやめずに続けている ・不安になってもこうして相談してくれている これって、表には見えにくいけれど、本当に大事な“頑張り”です。 自分では見えにくいけど、続けている人はちゃんと積み上がっています。 🌱 最後に 受験勉強は、体力もメンタルもじわじわ削られる長期戦です。 今あなたが感じている「しんどさ」や「不安の消失感」は、むしろ本気で頑張っている人にしか出てこない感覚だと思います。 だからまずは、深呼吸をして、自分の心と体を整える時間を少しだけ取ってください。 そのうえで、今日できることを一つだけこなす。それでいいんです。 また元気が出てきたら、「1週間の過ごし方」や「ルーティンの組み直し」も一緒に考えましょう。 ひとりで抱えず、いつでもここに頼ってくださいね。16:T1073,ありきたりな表現にはなってしまいますが、受験生になるにあたり焦りや不安があることは至極当然のことです。誰にだってあります。自分だけだと孤独感に苛まれると余計に負のループに突入してしまいます。  そのうえで私からのアドバイスは3つです。1つ目はとにかく質の良い十分な時間の勉強量を確保することです。焦りや不安感を根本から解決するためには誰よりも努力し、自信をつけることしかありません。確実に誰よりも勉強に真剣に取り組み努力したという自負は受験当日の不安な気持ちも軽減してくれます。  2つ目は自分にとって信頼できる相談相手を作ることです。近年はAIも非常に発達していますが、私のおすすめは生身の人間です。それが友人である必要はありません。むしろ学校の教師や予備校のスタッフ、親や年上の親戚であった方が受験生特有の焦りや不安感を経験し乗り越えてきた人生の先輩としての有益なアドバイスや解決法を聞くことができると思います。また、このような信頼できる相談相手はなるべく身近な人であると良いと思います。身近な人であればあなたの些細な変化を読み取り、相手側から声をかけてくれることもあるでしょうし、気軽に相談することができます。  3つ目は自分を卑下しすぎないことです。自分より頑張っている友人を見て落ち込むことがあると思います。しかし、あなたが頑張っているときにその友人が頑張っていないということも往々にしてあります。もちろん自分のことを過大評価し、根拠のない自信を持ちすぎてしまうのは考え物です。だからと言って自分で自分のことを過小評価し卑下する必要はありません。どちらかといえば自分はすごいんだと多少思っているくらいがちょうど良いと考えています。  少なくともあなたは高1から大学受験を見据えてコツコツ努力することができています。スタプラを毎日欠かさず1年もの間入力し続けることができています。これは誰にでもできることではありません。あなたの1年間の勉強量を100とし、その間同じ一橋大学志望の人は80しか勉強していなかったとします。その人たちは3年間の総勉強量であなたに追いつくためには高3の1年間で最低でも140の勉強をしなければならず、1.75倍以上の勉強量が必要なことになります。しかし、受験生だからと言って今まで80の勉強しかしてこなかった人のうち140も勉強できるようになる人はごくわずかです。うまくギアを入れることができない自分に落ち込み、焦ることもあると思いますが、この時はこのことを思い出してください。    また、相談文中に数学の問題で解けないものがあると泣いてしまうとありますが、別に泣いても問題ないと思います。泣いてしまうことはできないことを悔しいと思えている証拠です。伸びしろがあります。ただ、どんなに泣いても3分以上たったら泣きながらでも手を動かしてください。あなたのおっしゃる通り1つの問題に10分も20分も泣いているほどの余裕はありません。泣きながら取り組んだことは思い出になりますし、何よりその問題は記憶に残りやすくなります。  最後にいくら受験生とは言え、休憩は必要です。お風呂と睡眠以外すべての時間を勉強に捧げろなどという人がいますが逆に非効率です。適度に休憩や娯楽を挟むことでより勉強に集中できます。人間の集中力の限界は90分と言われています。メリハリのある受験生ライフを過ごしてください。2:["$","main",null,{"className":"px-4 pt-4 加えて、経験から言うと、最後の追い上げというのは本当に力を限界以上までアップさせます。なので、個人的にはまだ焦らなくてもいいんじゃないかと思います。逆に今はその未来の自分がかましてくれることを信じて、気楽に勉強してみてはどうでしょうか。焦っていては集中はできません。また、集中力はいきなりつくような物ではなく、段々とついてくるものです。心がリラックスした状態で勉強に継続して取り組んでいれば意識せずとも自然と集中力がついてくると思います。なので、無理に自分を焦らせたり追い込ませようとするのではなく、あえて自分を落ち着かせ、気楽な心持ちで勉強を少しでもいいから毎日行うという方法が良いのではないかと思います。\nただ、この時期から焦るということは受験に対して本気になっている、本気で受かりたいと思っている証拠だと思います。本気な人は受かるので、焦りは捨ててもその本気な心は捨てずに頑張ってください!応援しています。\n長文乱文失礼しました。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。勉強しなきゃいけないのに、ぼーっとしている感じがして集中できない時期は自分にもありました。そんな時にどうすれば上手く切り替えられるのかを解説します。\n\nまず、結論から言うとぎょうざさんの頭は今とても疲れている状態です。このままズルズルと勉強していても効率も良くないですし、頭が疲れたまま受験に突入することになってしまいます。\n\nでは、どうすればいいのか??\n\nそれは休むことです。直前期に無理!と思うかもしれませんが、意外と休むことを挟むのは効率が良いです。人は12時間机に向かっていたとしても、実際に集中している時間は4時間程度です。残りの8時間を無理やり机に向かって収穫のない時間をダラダラ過ごすよりも、思い切って休んだ方が翌日以降にも繋がります。休むと言っても、丸一日休むのではなく、朝6~12まで勉強して、午後フリーにするという日を1~2週間に1回のペースで作るといいです。あと、休み方については自由にしてもらって構わないんですが、怪我をしない範囲でなるべく体を動かすのがいいかと思います。例えば、ジョギングだったり散歩だったり…体を動かすと科学的にも頭が冴えますし、大学生に向けて受験期に鈍った体を絞る準備段階になります。(自分の場合は受験期に太ってしまったので痩せる手立てにめっちゃなりました)\n\nまた、睡眠時間を充分にとることも大事です。集中力向上以外にも免疫向上にも繋がります。(運動も同じく)\n\nそして、最後に普段の勉強で集中力を上げるコツですが、スマホを自分の部屋に持ち込まないようにしてください。電源を切って別の部屋に置いておくのがいいかと思います。スマホは存在するだけで脳のリソースを食ってしまうのです。それだけで集中力がさがります。(詳しくは受験後に『スマホ脳』参照) mb-1","children":"はじめまして!\n集中力が長時間続かないというお悩みですね。\nまず自分の勉強している時のことを振り返ってみて、集中の途切れる原因を自分なりに分析していく事が大事であると思います。例えば、\n\n英語ができない→長文の部分の得点が低い→長文の演習不足だった\n\nのように原因の原因を追いかけていくことで解決策を見いだしやすくするのです。\n\n個人的には、集中力の続かない原因は大きく内面的な問題と環境的な問題に分けられると思います。内面的な原因というのは、例えばそもそも飽きっぽい性格である事が原因であるとかです。この場合性格を変えるというのは無茶なので、勉強法に工夫をする事が考えられます。例えば勉強する教科を短時間で切り替えていくなどです。一方で環境的な原因というのは気を散らすような周囲の状態に注目します。これは例えばスマホがそばにあるとかですね。この場合はスマホを目の届かないところに置くなど簡単なアプローチが可能ですね。\nただしこれはあくまで僕の所感であるため、自分自身の力で原因を分析し対策を考えるということは必ずやってほしいと思います。これも一つの勉強だと思うので。\n以上です!勉強頑張ってください!\n\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
