14:Td25,こんにちは。 今回は僕が受験生の時の休憩の仕方についてランキング形式で紹介していきたいと思います。 第1位 昼寝 なんといってもこれが一番です。一度使った頭を休めることができるだけでなく、次に始める勉強で眠くならないようにできます。更に寝ると脳の海馬で記憶が整理されるので、記憶の整理、学習事項の定着にもつながります。 ただし、寝すぎは厳禁なので寝る時は時間を決めて15分までに押さえましょう。スッキリして勉強に取り組めます。 第2位 エナジードリンクを飲む エナジードリンクは炭酸で刺激があるため眠い時などにぴったりです。カフェインが入っているので眠気も吹っ飛びますし、何より元気が出ます。それに美味しいので脳で快楽物質が出てくるので幸福感を味わえます。おススメはモンスターエナジー。でも飲みすぎには注意。多くとも1日1本までにしましょう。 第3位 友達と話す 勉強は基本的に孤独にやるものです。勉強中に話すことは滅多にないです。ですので知らず知らずのうちに話したい欲求やイライラが溜まります。そんなときにおススメなのは話すことです。不安や勉強の進捗を友達と共有することでストレス解消になったり、やる気が出たりします。ただし、時間を忘れて話し過ぎないこと。 第4位 散歩する 机の上で何時間ものあいだ座りっぱなしになってしまうのが受験勉強です。同じ姿勢でいることで筋肉がこわばったり、腰を痛めたりします。受験本番までに余計な怪我や持病を作りたくないですよね。適度な散歩やストレッチをしてリフレッシュしましょう。10分程度歩くだけ、少し立ってストレッチするだけ、外に出て深呼吸するだけでだいぶ変わるものですよ。 第5位 甘いものを食べる。 チョコレートやラムネ、ようかんや大福などをよく食べていました。これらのものはグルコースが多く含まれているので疲れた脳に栄養を補給するのに最適です。甘いものは食べてるだけで幸せですよね。ただし、食べすぎると眠くなるので注意が必要です。 ※注意 模試が終わったあとやる気がなくなってしまい、勉強しようとは思っているものの全然身が入らないというのは痛いほどわかります。ほんとに辛いですよね。おそらく燃え尽き症候群的なものに近いと思います。第2回の全統記述模試で良い判定をとろうと努力し、その1、2週間前くらいから少しいつもより集中して勉強するなど身体に負荷をかけていたからでしょう。 私がその時効果があるなと思ったことが複数思い当たるのでこれから話していこうと思います! まず一つ目は、仲の良い友達といつもよりハイテンションで話すということです!勉強のことは一旦忘れて、友達との勉強以外の話で盛り上がることによってリフレッシュすることができます!1日だけ友達と思い切って遊びにいくというのも良いと思います!些細なことに気が散ってしまうのであれば、地元にある自然が多い場所に遊びにいって、お茶を飲みながら茶菓子を食べて落ち着くというのが個人的にはおすすめします! 二つ目は、好きな飲み物を自習室などで飲みながら勉強するということです!私はモンスターが好きだったのでカロリーゼロの青色のモンスターをよく飲んでいました!(モンスターに限る必要はないです。)なんとなく元気が出るような気がしたので、エナジードリンクの効果には驚きました。 三つ目は、机の上で寝ることです!寝ることによって、ストレスが緩和され、頭もスッキリし集中することができるようになります!ただ、注意したいことは寝過ぎないことです。私は15〜20分で自然と起きるような体質だったのでタイマーはかけませんでしたが、1時間寝てしまうなどという人はタイマーをかけることをおすすめします! 四つ目は、第一志望校の過去問を試しに解いてみるということです。自分がまだまだ合格点まで届いてないと思ったら、気合が入ってくるかもしれません。また、第一志望校だけではなく、自分が受からなければいけない最低ラインの過去問も解いてみるのも良いです。そこで点数が取れればモチベも上がりますし、取れなかったらヤバいと感じてまた気合いが入ると思います! 以上のことで直らない場合でも、次の模試が近づいてくると自ずとまた気合が入ってくると思います!とりあえず、集中できなくても勉強はし続けてみるというのが良いです。これから気温も涼しくなってくると思うので、冷房の効きに左右されなくなってくると思います!なので、勉強する習慣だけはなくなさないでおくと良いです! 一度いろいろ試してもらえると嬉しいです!😊 当然睡眠の質は下がってしまいますし、寝ても起きても勉強というのは心にも悪いです。 私は寝ない方法を考えるというよりは、ストレスを緩和して夜よく眠れるようにすることで眠気に対処していました。 以下に具体的な方法をお伝えします。 ・自習室ではこまめに栄養を補給する お昼がゼリーだけというのは少し寂しいです。 実は人体で一番カロリーを消費するのは脳です。朝から勉強して疲弊した脳にはカロリーをプレゼントしてあげましょう。 夕方にかけての集中力の急激な失速に対処できるだけでなく、食べることでオキシトシン(幸せホルモン)が分泌されます。まさしくストレスの緩和です。食べることはとっても大事なので、お昼はもう少し豪華にしても良いと思います。 ただし、お昼にまとめてご飯を食べると満腹中枢が刺激されて眠たくなってしまうかもしれないですね。そこでこまめな栄養補給なんです。好きなお菓子や果物をちょこちょこ口に入れながら勉強してみてください。(あまり栄養にはこだわらなくて大丈夫です。一番はメンタルケアなので。) その変わりお昼は炭水化物をお忘れなく。 (もしも自習室が飲食禁止のタイプでしたら、バレないようにこっそりですよ。) ・あらかじめ休憩するポイントを決める 休憩も大切です。この単元が終わったら、この問題が解けたら、この解説動画を見終わったら、など自分でポイントを設定して休憩しましょう。 この休憩は好きなことをして大丈夫です。 どうやら巡回があるようなので眠ることはできなさそうですね。 体を起こしたまま瞑想してみてください。落ち着くはずです。(考え事は厳禁ですよ) ・休憩とは別に、友達と話しながら知識の確認 特に理科や社会、英語といった知識の詰め込みが必要な教科はお友達の存在が大いに役に立ちます。一緒に勉強するというよりは、人と話すことで知識の定着を図ります。単語クイズ、歴史の記述問題の一問一答、用語の口頭試問など、眠くなりませんよね。一日に一時間ほどこの時間を作れるのが理想です。 人と話すというのは驚くほどストレスを和らげる効果があるんですよ。 ・チューターや塾のスタッフと積極的に話す 彼らは味方につけるべき人間です。 少しとっつきにくい先輩方ですが、大学入試のことはよく知っている人たちです。大学でのあれこれを質問してみてください。きっと喜んでお話してくれます。 勉強に関係ないだろと思いましたか? たしかに勉強に直接は関係ないでしょう。ただ、これこそまさに低ストレスで勉強に向き合うことができる環境を整えることです。 間接的にプラスです。 ・志望大学のサークルについて調べる mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n\n勉強の眠気に関してということですが、僕もよく勉強中に眠気に襲われていました。\n\n睡眠に関して、まず根本的なことなのですが、睡眠時間と起床時間は固定するようにしましょう。\nその二つがバラついていると体内時計が安定しないため、昼などに眠くなってしまうからです。\n理想だと7時間は寝たいところです。\n\nその次に、それでも眠くなった場合についてです。\n僕も布団で寝てしまうと、決めた時間より長く寝てしまうため困っていた時期がありました。\nなので僕は机に突っ伏して授業中に寝るような形で寝るようにしていました。\nあと、15分以内で仮眠をとるとすっきり起きられるということを聞いたことがあったので、仮眠は10〜15分でとるようにしていました。\n\nそれでも眠いと感じる場合は、エナジードリンクの力を借りていました。\nただ、エナジードリンクだけでなくコンビニの100円コーヒーでも効果はあるので、お金がない場合はそれで対応するといいと思います。\n\n参考になれば幸いです。\n頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n何故か眠い日ありますよね。僕も勉強始めると眠くなってしまうことが多く大変でした。\n僕が眠たくなった時にどうしていたかというと、大人しく寝ていました。正直集中できていない状態で勉強しても意味がありません。眠い状態で勉強した場所は往々にして覚えていません。目が覚めてもう一度覚えていないからとやり直すのでは時間の無駄です。眠くなったら寝てください。一旦寝て目が覚めれば眠気はしばらく来ないものです。変にレッドブルやモンスターを過信してガブガブ飲むよりも一度寝たほうが効率が上がります。\n眠くなったら寝ていた僕でも京都大学に受かりました。\n\nまた、有名な話に15分睡眠というものがあります。\n15〜30分の短い睡眠はパワーナップと呼ばれ、短時間で睡眠不足を解消したり、疲労回復、脳の活性化、記憶力の向上など様々な効果があるらしいです。パワーナップはNASAやGoogleも取り入れている程有益なものであり、昼食後にパワーナップをする事で勉強効率を上げることができるかもしれません。是非試してみてください。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"まず食事について僕は模試や試験本番の時、休み時間は昼休みを含めおにぎり一個やカロリーメイトなど軽食程度に抑えたりしていました。やはり満腹の状態でいるとどんなに意志が強くても眠気が襲ってきます。それよりはむしろ軽くお腹が空いていた方が、僕はかえって集中しやすかったので是非一度空腹の状態で勉強してみてください。そっちの方が集中力は確実に高いです。\nまた昼休みにこれらをやっても心配な場合は、問題を配るまで仮眠を取るのも1つの手です。そのあと寝ぼけたり、頭が回らないことが心配になるかもしれませんが10〜20分に抑えておけばむしろ頭が冴えて高い集中力を保つことができるとともに、眠気は一切来なくなります。\nこれらはおそらく個人差があるため模試を受ける際に試してみることをオススメします。またあまりオススメはしないですが、どうしてもという時にはモンスターエナジーやレッドブルなどのエナジードリンクを飲むことも1つの手ですが、カフェインは利尿作用などデメリットもあるため最終手段として考えてください。疲れた時にはチョコを食べましょう。\n長くなりましたが勉強頑張ってください。応援しています。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex ✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️\nこんばんは、マキアヴェリです。\n\n勉強とにかく疲れますよね、しかも部活もやっていると心身共にヘトヘトになると思います。私も当時部活と塾とで割と忙しい高校生活を送っていました。そんな私がやっていたことをお伝えしますね。\n\n①起きたらすぐシャワーを浴びる\n私も寝起きがとても辛かったタイプです。とにかく目が覚めずだるい感じが続いてしまっていて、朝練など体を無理やり動かせばどうにかなりますが普通の日だともうやる気も出ない感じでした。そこで始めたのが朝シャワーです。やってみてください。パッと目が覚めます。と言うより体が覚めると言う感覚です。また、暖かいシャワーを浴びれば結構も良くなり前日の部活の疲れなどもさらに取れます。朝のルーティンとして取り入れていました。\n②チョコをひとかけら食べる\n頭が疲れた時、糖分をとると良いと聞いて始めたのがきっかけです。私はあまり普段から甘いものは食べないタイプですし部活もやっていたので、脳が疲れたなと感じた時だけ食べるようにしていました。これは条件付けのようなもので、元気が欲しい時にチョコを食べていると、だんだんチョコを食べると元気が出るようになってきました。もちろん、チョコそのものに覚醒させるような効果があるわけではありません。何か疲れた時、元気が欲しい時だけ食べるものを作ると良いのかなと思います。\n③15分睡眠\nこれはTVでやっているのを見かけたのですが、15分の睡眠は頭をスッキリさせるのにちょうど良い時間だそうです。なので、塾なので自習していて疲れた時、私はタイマーをかけ15分だけ眠るようにしていました。眠気もなくなり頭もスッキリするのでオススメです。また、本当に眠らなくても目を瞑っているだけでもある程度の効果はあるそうなので、頭を休憩させるためにも活用してみてください。\n\n以上が私が受験期に実際にしていたことです。科学的根拠のあるものかわかりませんが、実際元気が出たりスッキリすることがあったので紹介してみました。人によってこれは異なると思うので、色々試してみるといいと思います。くれぐれも休みすぎには気をつけてください。勉強応援しています!\n\n\n\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"集中力が続かないのにはいろいろな理由があると思いますが、やはり勉強へのモチベーションが足りないのではないでしょうか?\n僕も同じように自習室に行ってもやる気が起きなかったことはよくありました。その時には、自分の第一志望の大学のパンフレットを見たり、ネットで第一志望の合格体験記(調べてみるとたくさん載っています)をみてモチベーションを上げてました。\nあともう一つ考えられるのが、やることが多すぎて何から手をつけたらいいのかわからない→やる気なくなるというものです。この場合、一度自分のやらなければならないことを紙に書き出して、それをいつまでにやるべきか、どのくらいのペースでやっていくかなどを決めます。そうすることで、今やらなければならないことがある程度明確になるので、多少は勉強しやすくなるのではないでしょうか?\n飲み物や食べ物ということですが、僕も含め周りの人はラムネを重宝していました。どうやら、ラムネはブドウ糖が多く含まれていて(というかブドウ糖の塊のようなもので)脳に行き届きやすいそうです。ただ、飲み物や食べ物を契機にして勉強の集中力を出すのは、意外と遠回りだと思います。まぁもちろん最終的にはそういうものに頼ってもいいと思いますが、上記したように勉強のやる気をうまく引き出せるといいのではないでしょうか?\n稚拙な文章ですみません。また何かあればコメントで聞いてください。\nがんばってください!!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは!東北大学文学部のkitaです!\nお答えさせて頂きます!\n\n僕も高三になってから何回も模試を受け、その度に何がいいんだろう、と考えていました😅\n僕の中で答えが出たのは2次試験本番のときだったので、覚えている限りで書かせていただきます🙌\n\n・午後の紅茶レモンティー\n→単純に好きなのに加え、適度無甘さで糖分も取れる。さらには、コーヒーなどのように飲んだ後に口に残らないから。\n・おにぎり1つ\n→味に特にこだわりはないが、パリパリの海苔ではなく、海苔なし、または鶏五目のように予め海苔がついているものを選んだ。理由は、パリパリだと周りに落としてしまうので、変に気を使う。\n・菓子パン1つ\n→自分はドーナツ。糖分がとれるし、変に喉が乾かないから。\n・バターロールのような6個入りのパン\n→食べたい量で調節ができる。このとき、マヨネーズ入りは避けた方が無難。試験室が意外に暑く、少し危なかったかもしれないと反省してます😅\n・カカオ72%のチョコ\n→糖分補給。溶けにくいため、暑い試験室でも大丈夫。\n・柑橘系のグミ\n→口の中がさっぱりするからおすすめ。\n・水\n→共通テストも二次試験も会場に自販機はあるが、場所によっては使えないし、変な心配をしなくていいから、多少多めに持っていくのがおすすめ。\n\nこのような感じでしょうか?🤔\n僕が意識していたのは、勉強以外で余計な心配をしないこと、です!\nそれを念頭に考えれば、結構自分なりのメニューが組めますよ😉\n\nぜひ、これからの模試では、このような食事も含めて、色々試行錯誤してみてください🙌\n\n最後に、ミヤビさんの目標が達成されることをお祈りしています。頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
