19:Tc94,お疲れ様です。私が夏休みどのように過ごしていたか書くので参考にしてみてください。

私は夏休みは、家にいるとだれて絶対に勉強しなくなるので、学校の講習を取っている日は学校に、そうでない日は塾へ行き、必ず外で勉強するようにしていました。そして、学校に行く日も、塾へ行く日も、その場所が開く時間に必ず行くようにしていました。

朝は大体6時に起きていました。起きたら、着替えたりご飯食べたりなどを終えた後に、塾でもらった簡単な数学の問題が集まったプリントを時間を計って解いてました。頭の体操というか頭を起こすつもりでやってましたね。

そして、私は世界史選択でしたが世界史が大の苦手でしたので、苦手な分野をピックアップし、そこの部分の問題集のページ数をやる日数で割り1日何ページ解くと決め、それを塾/学校に着いたらまずやっていました。世界史は苦手であると同時に嫌いでもあったので、嫌いなものは先にやらないと永遠にやらなくなると思って、最初にやるようにしていました。
何が言いたいかというと、苦手、もしくは嫌いな教科があったら、それは1日の最初くらいにやってしまうといいと思います、ということです。そしてそれが終わったら、自分の好きな教科(私は数学だったので数学)をやるといいです。嫌な気分が元に戻ります。

大体上に書いた嫌な教科→好きな教科をしたら12時になっていたので、30分くらいでお昼を食べて一度休憩して、その後好きな教科、もしくは手をたくさん動かすようなこと(英作文など)をしていました。昼食後は眠くなってしまうので、長文読解とか、国語系はやらない方が安全だと思います。

そしてその後は講習の予習復習などを含めた勉強をやって、塾の閉館時間になったら家に帰ってました。
ちなみに帰る電車の中ではターゲットか世界史の教科書かどっちか必ず読んでました。隙間時間の活用は大事です。

そして、寝る前に覚えたことは記憶に残りやすいと聞いたので、その日解いて覚えていなかった世界史の知識などを寝る前に覚え、12時に寝ていました。

それから小論に関しては、夏にそこまで力を入れてやる必要は無いと思います。以前別の質問に答えた時も書いたかもしれませんが、小論はとりあえず数回解いて先生に添削してもらうくらいでいいです。今は小論はガチになる必要はなくて、それよりも英語とか日本史の知識とか全ての受験で大事になる力を身につけてください。

こんな感じです。長くなりましたが、1日の起床時間・勉強開始時間・就寝時間の固定だけは守るようにして、体のリズムを作るようにしてください。

科目ごとのばらつきがあるのは私もそうでしたので大丈夫です。私の場合も世界史が苦手で結構時間かけていました。克服しようとして時間をしっかりかけている科目は必ず伸びます。やり方さえ間違わなければ必ずです。ですから全ての科目を均等な時間で勉強する必要はないのでご心配なく。

以下に私の1日の勉強スケジュールと私が同じ立場だったらどうするかを書いていきますね。

【私のスケジュール】
私は主に1日分のスケジュールを4つ作り1週間で回していました。まずその4つを紹介します。

①英単語50個(1hr)・英語長文2題(2.5hr)・古単語30個(1hr)・古長文1題(1.5hr)

②英単語50個(1hr)・英語長文1題(1hr)・現文2題(2hr)・古単語30個(1hr)・世界史復習(1時間)

③英単語50個(1hr)・英語長文2題(2.5hr)・古単語30個(1hr)・古長文2題(2hr)

④世界史授業(4hr)・世界史復習(4hr)

この1日単位のスケジュールを

と言った感じに振り分けていました。

＊(hr or min)は時間の目安で決まりはないです。
長文は復習を含みます。また漢字・現文キーワードは個人的に覚えやすかったので電車で暗記してました。
英古単語数などは1週目が終わればペースも速くなるので途中からは100個以上に増えたりもしてました。10月ごろ古文の暗記が固まってきたころに漢文の単語、長文を同じような配分で取り入れました。

＊古文が苦手ということなのでしっかりと毎日触れられるような学習が必要です。英語は引き続き長文に触れ伸ばすのが望ましいです。世界史は水曜で新項目の学習をして木金でその復習をする。日曜日に調整をするという習慣をつけると良いでしょう。

自分がやっていた勉強のスケジュールは以下のようでした！自分は私立文系で英語、国語、日本史だったので3科目の話しになります！！参考にしてみてください！！！

まずは平日です！！

6時半〜7時　起床　そこから9時ごろまで　
学校に行くまでに英単語帳、熟語帳、古文単語帳などをやる。（朝はあまり頭が起きてないので暗記系メイン。）自分は学校に少し早く行って勉強して他の人より勉強できているというマインドを作っていました。受験前の自信にもなるので非常に大切だと思います。

9時〜17時　学校

17時〜18時　まずは勉強の軌道がのるまでハードルの低い社会科目の一問一答などの暗記系からやっていく。

18時〜19時　英語長文などの演習

19時〜20時　現代文　古文の演習

20時〜21時　日本史の問題集などをやる

21時〜22時15 風呂に入ったり食事の休憩、この休憩を必ず時間を決めてそこまでいったら勉強を始めましょう。自分はこの時間で早稲田生のYouTubeの動画（ゴンとベールさんやクルクラさんなど）をみてました。

22時15〜0時　自分が遅れているなと思う科目を進める。（自分の場合は英語でした。）
暗記系でもいいし、解釈でもいいし、ここで最後の踏ん張りで頑張りましょう！

0時就寝　

続いて土日です！

7:30 起床　朝食などを済ませる
終わり次第英単語や英熟語の暗記や速読英単語の文章を読んだり音読したりする。

10:00〜12:00  英語長文を解いて直しなど

12:00〜13:00  昼食　食べている間は前日に問題集をやって間違えた日本史の用語を確認する。

13:00〜17:00 国語の現代文、古文の問題を解く。直しまで丁寧に。

17:00〜21:00 日本史の問題集を解いたり、日本史の用語の復習

21:00〜22:30 夕食、入浴、休憩

2230〜0時ごろまで　古文単語とその日に間違えたとこの英単語などの暗記や日本史の用語の暗記などをして就寝

こんな感じだったと思います！もちろん途中途中短い休憩を挟んだりしてますがだいたいこういう形で進めてました。

また、具体的な各教科の科目の比率ですが

英語4.5現代文1古文漢文1.5選択科目3（自分は日本史でした。）
ではなぜこのような配分にしてたかというと英語がまず最もやることが多く受験生が早慶レベルまで届かない人が多いです。そのため英語に全体の半分弱くらいの労力をかけていました。また国語は暗記とかではあまりないので当日の運も必要だなと思っていました。また、選択科目は自分は日本史でしたがこれはとにかくやればやるだけ点数が上がるので非常に大切だと思います！！

mb-1","children":"計画的に勉強するのは、とても大事です！\n定期的に勉強をすることで、勉強がスムーズに進んだり、頭に入りやすくなると思います。\n\n…でも、計画的に勉強を進めることができる人って、実際にはほとんどいないと個人的には思います。周りにもそういう人が多かったり、私もそうでした。\n\nその日のやることを計画したり、問題集をこの日までに終わらせるという期限を設定したりしても、計画外の勉強をしたり、その日は乗り気ではなかったりと、計画通りに終わることはほとんど無かったです…笑\n\nということで、当時の私の個人的な解決方法は、「緻密な計画を立てない」でした。\n\n例えば、\n「この教科は、この問題集を終わらせたい。」という計画に関しては、「この日までに絶対に終わらせる！」というキッチリした目標ではなく、「とりあえず、この教科の勉強はこの問題集を終わらせることにして、これが終わったら次の問題集にしよう。」と少し甘めの目標にしてみたり、\n\n「今日は、〇時から〇時までの△時間勉強する！」ではなく、「とりあえず、気分が乗ったら勉強して、合計△時間勉強しよう。」とか「昨日は全然勉強できなかったから、今日はいつもより少し多めに勉強しようかな。」とか、少し幅を持った目標にしてみたり、\n\n少し、自分に甘い目標を立てることから始めてみるのもいいのかなと思います。\n\nもし、計画を立ててその計画通りにいかなかったら、その計画が崩れてしまうだけでなく、自分のモチベも下がってしまい、今後の勉強に支障が出てしまうかもしれません。\n\nなので、最初は甘い計画を立てることから始め、達成できたら前よりも少し厳しめな計画を、達成できなかったから、前よりも少し甘めな計画を。という風にしていくのがいいと思います！\n\n不向き向きはあると思いますが、私もこれでなんとか勉強できましたし、お友達もこの方法でやってました！\n\n是非参考になればと思います。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"現役慶應経済に通う者です！商も受かりました！\n1日食後の30分ほど寝るのはその後の集中力も上がるしいいと思います！眠気が襲ってくるけど勉強するということよりも、大まかな計画と1ヶ月、1週間、1日の細かい計画を自分のできる範囲できめてそれを毎日実行していくことを重視すべきです。　\n3科目だと確かに飽きると思います笑自分も私立文系なので気持ちわかります笑慶應は何がなんでも英語勝負です。英語を軸に計画を立てて2時間やったら日本史または世界史1時間、もしくは現文解くとか他教科を休憩に使ってみてはどうでしょうか？これが計画通りいくと気分いいし、焦りながらやるので集中も途切れません！多少の無理は必須ですが、無理しすぎるのはかえって悪影響です。散歩したり昼寝したり音楽聴いたりするのを決まった時間内でやるのはとてもいいと思います。もちろん限度ありますが。\n商学部の英語は速さが勝負です。内容と難易度はマーチレベルですが量が早慶です。とにかく速読できるように500字程度の文を音読し続けましょう。毎日量をこなせば必ず結果が出ます。音読の時にはただ声を出すのではなく、頭動かしながら意味考えながらやるのがコツです。同じ文章であっても5回でも10回でも読む意味があります。むしろ初見のものより8割がた意味わかる子を読んだ方がいいと思います！\n地歴は教科書読み込んだり一問一答やっとけば8割かたいです。小論は過去問のやり込み度と運次第ですね笑\n\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"改善策としては2点考えられるかなと思います。計画を立てる上でのポイントですね。\n\n\n①計画は3層くらいにわけてたてる\n今1週間ごとの予定のみを立ててる状況だと思いますが、例えば日毎に何をやるのか、あるいは月毎にどこまで進んでいればいいのか、この辺りまでざっくりとでいいので考えてみてはどうでしょう。日、週、月という３つのレイヤーで予定を立ててみれば、ミクロな視点からもマクロな視点からも自分の学習を管理できるので、以前よりは計画的に勉強できるかもしれません。\n\n②予備日は必ず設ける\n計画というのは崩れることを前提に作る必要があります。例えば急に重めの課題が出たり、体調を崩してしまったりといった不測の事態はよく起こります。そんな時のために、全ての時間をギチギチに勉強計画に組み込むのではなく、予備の時間をある程度確保しておきます。そうすれば勉強が偏ってしまったとしてもそこで埋め合わせることができるでしょう。\n\n\n実行の仕方としては、あまり計画に固執しすぎない方がいいかもしれませんね。ここまで書いてきてなんだよと思うかもしれませんが、完璧な計画などありませんし、計画通りにことが進む方がむしろ珍しいくらいです。なので計画とズレたなと思っても、そう悲観せず次の日の予定を変えるとか、臨機応変な対応を心がけるといいと思います。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex 睡眠\n\nっていう感じでした。私は高1の秋に慶應合格するって決めてからずーっとこんな感じでした。直前期とかもっと追い込めよって話なんですけど、勉強嫌いだし、一日にそんなにたくさん勉強しようと思ってもどうしてもできなかったので直前期もこんな感じでしたよ！それでも合格できたのは、一年生のときからこの生活を続けていたからです。継続は大事！\n\n勉強内容についてです。私は席についたらまず最初に単語帳を開いて単語暗記をすることを習慣にしていました。そのおかげで、すんなり勉強モードに入れました。そして、塾には行かず参考書で勉強していたのですが、１日のノルマを決めていました。英語だと、単語王１日10unit（300語程度）、速読英熟語１日3長文を10回音読、文法語法1000１日100題、ポレポレ１日3長文を10回音読、長文問題１日1題みたいな感じです。最終的には単語王は30周以上したし、ポレポレ１例題につき300回以上だったかな？はしたし、毎日毎日続けるのが大事です。当たり前だけど難しいですよね、、、\n\n単調な毎日で本当に辛いと思いますが、大学生活最高です！自由！！がんばってください！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
