1c:T12aa,こんにちは!! 集中力が切れてしまうこと、勉強中ねむくなってしまうこと、よくありますよね💦私も学生の頃はどうやったら集中力を持たせることができるのか、睡魔とどう戦えばいいのか、ということをいつも自問自答していました…笑 私が学生の頃、最も意識をしたのは、「集中力があるない関係なく机に座ってペンを持つ」ということでした。 ある説では、人間の集中力は20分も持たないとも言われています。。 では、集中力が20分しか持たないならば20分勉強して、休憩して、また20分勉強して、というサイクルをすればいいのではないかとも考えられます。(実際にポモドーロ・テクニック)と言ったような勉強法も存在します。 もちろん、上記のような勉強法で成功している方もいらっしゃいますし、その勉強方法自体が悪いとは私も全く思いません。 しかしながら、この勉強法のデメリットとして、勉強する時間が大幅に少なくなってしまうことが挙げられるのではないでしょうか? 勉強は質はもちろんですが勉強した時間も大事になってきます。(わたし個人的には後者の方が大切なのではないかと考えています) 理由としては、インプットの時間は増えれば増えるほどアウトプットの時間を有効的に使えるからです。 集中している、していない関係なく勉強して机に向かって、暗記をする、問題演習をする、過去問を解くということを日頃から行なっていれば、勉強時間を確保できるのではないでしょうか? また、入試本番は、必ずしも集中できる環境(静寂で邪魔するものがなにもない)とは限りません。私自身も実際早稲田の入試の日に隣の席の人が試験中何かボソボソ喋っててあまり集中できませんでした笑。 しかし、そのような場面でも私個人としては実力を発揮できたのではないかと考えています。それは常日頃から必ずしも集中できる環境で勉強を行なってきたわけではないからです。 このように日頃から集中できるできない関係なく勉強をするということを練習しておくことは、非常に入試本番の悪い事態を想定した良い経験にもなるのでとても良いことなのではないかと考えます。 また、睡魔との戦いですが、私が受験生の時は眠い時は寝るようにしてました。しかしながら15分だけしか寝ないということを自分の中の絶対的なルールにしていました。それ以上寝ると、熟睡モードになるからです。塾の自習室ではアラームをバイブだけにして、携帯を片手に握りながら寝るようにしてました。(振動で起きれるので笑) ただ、集中力がなくなっている時に暗記を行なってもそこまで実際単語がたくさん覚えられるかどうかと言われれば微妙なところではあります。 なので私の場合は 寝る前に暗記科目(日本史・英単語など) 寝て朝一番にまた前日の夜やった暗記科目の復習を行うということは必ずしていました。 また、英語の演習は頭がすっきりしている午前中に行う、また学校がある日は学校が終わって一番最初に行う科目を英語にするというふうに工夫をしていました。 国語は実際の入試本番でも、お昼過ぎにある事が多いので、お昼過ぎの一番眠くなる時間に敢えてやったりもしていました。逆に眠くなってきたな〜って時に国語の問題を解いてみるのもありかもしれません。だいぶ辛いけど慣れると武器になります笑 各科目の時間配分としては、私がもし4時間勉強するとしたら、 日本史1.5時間、国語1時間、英語1.5時間という時間配分になると思います。 比率的には時間がどう伸びようと同じです。 但し、このスケジュールが確実ということではなく、受験生個人個人にも得意科目、苦手科目の差があると思いますので、自分の得意科目と苦手科目とをうまく調整を取り、苦手な科目からも逃げずに逆に得意にしてやる!くらいの気持ちで勉強時間を取るといいと思います。 これからも勉強頑張ってください!! mb-1","children":"眠気に関して\n高二で部活後にそれだけ頑張ろうとしている姿勢だけでまず、なかなか偉いと思います。正直、強い眠気には誰も勝てません。高二であれば、寝る時はしっかり寝た方が効率的かと思います。高三になれば部活はなくなるので、その悩みは確実に解決されます。であれば高二のうちは、あまりに眠い時はしっかり1~2時間寝た方がよいでしょう。強いて言うなら、私は数学をやるのが1番眠くなりませんでした。\n求めている解答とずれているかもしれません、すみません。\n\n集中力に関して\n人間の集中力の最大は1時間もないと言われています。自習室がどんな環境であるか分からないので一概には言えませんが、とりあえず50分やったら10分休憩くらいのペースで休憩を挟むといいと思います。ずっと集中なんてどうせできないので、休憩を悪とせずに、スマホをいじってもいいし、ふらふらお散歩をしてもいいし、したいことをする時間にしてください。そうすれば意外と1日勉強してられます。休憩が多いように感じるかもしれませんが、これを1日やってれば10時間は勉強できます。受験生でもそんなもんなので高二であればかなり十分ですし、受験期でもこの方法は結構いいと思います。\n\n休日というのがどんな休日かが分かりませんが、夜ご飯の後はもう疲れているのでお風呂に入って、準備などをして、少しだけ勉強すればいいと思います。英単語を15個覚える、や数学の問題を2問解く、など自分で必ずのノルマを決めそれだけこなすようにすればそこまで苦痛ではありません。もちろん1日遊んでいた休日であれば話は多少変わりますが、部活や勉強を頑張った1日なら、夜ご飯以降はゆっくり休んでいいと思います。高二から精神的に疲れてしまっては、受験期を乗り越えられないので。\n\n\n全体的に、質問者さんの意図とずれてしまったのではないかと思うところではありますが、思ったことを書いたので参考になれば嬉しいです。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"まずは9時まで習い事本当にお疲れ様です。\n受験生で勉強と習い事の両立本当に大変だと思います。\n\nさて本題ですが夜あまり寝られずに昼間の授業中に寝てしまうとのことですがご自分でも気付いてらっしゃる通りあまりよろしくない状況ですね。\n受験勉強をする時間が他の人より取れないのであれば隙間時間を見つけて勉強時間を補う、学校の授業時間を他の人よりも濃密なものにするというのが時間がない人が他の人に追いつくための一般的な方法です。\n昼間寝る代わりに夜勉強すればいいと思われるかもしれませんが、やはり同じ睡眠時間でも昼に寝るのと夜に寝るのとでは疲労回復が大きく異なりいわゆる昼夜逆転に近い生活になると体調を壊しやすくなったり体がだるくなりやすいです。体調不良等が受験生にとって致命的であることは言わずもがなですのでまずは夜にしっかり寝て昼間は授業を真面目に受ける生活にしていきたいですね。\n\nとなると夜の睡眠時間は6時間程度はとりたいので全く足りていませんね。今は昼間に寝ているせいで夜寝れずにまた翌日の昼に寝てしまうという悪循環に陥っているので、なんとか夜の睡眠時間を増やしていきましょう。\n実際私も昔夜に全然寝れなくなったことがあったのですがその時はASMRと呼ばれる動画を見ることで眠れるようになりました。(今はASMRを見ないと寝れないです。笑)\n決してASMRを見ろと言っているのではなく何か睡眠環境に変化を加えてあげることで睡眠の手助けになることがあります。\nアロマなども睡眠の手助けになると聞いたことがありますね。\n後は反対に睡眠の妨げになることを避けることも大切ですね。私は寝る1時間前はスマホを触らないようにしていました。脳が覚醒してしまうためです。\n他にも睡眠前にしてはいけないことや、入眠しやすくなる方法はネットで調べればいくらでも出てくるので、まずは自分にあったものを見つけて夜の睡眠時間を増やす努力をしてみてください。努力なしで今の生活サイクルを変化させる事はできません!\n\n\n最後になりましたが習い事の方と勉強の方どちらも大変だとは思いますが後悔のないように頑張ってください。応援しております。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"続かないか、続くかは一度試してみたらどうでしょうか?\nそれは本人にしか分からないことですし、なによりも一度試してみてダメだったら切り替えたら良いだけです。\n失敗を恐れずに、色々挑戦してみましょう!\n\n\nーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー\nここからは個人的な見解です。\n勉強は量も大切ですが、質も大切です。質を上げるために大切なことは何か。\n①しっかりと質の良い睡眠を取る\n②適度な運動をする\n③息抜きを忘れない\n④栄養の取れた食事をする\n\n大きく分けてこのことが大切になってきます。質の良い睡眠を取るために僕は必ず23時前までには寝ていました。\n睡眠のゴールデンタイムは22時〜2時までだそうです。\n実際に僕は23時を超えて寝ると、睡眠時間に関係なく少し体がだるくなったので早めに寝ることにしたのです。\nそうすることで、次の日の気分は良く、かなり集中して勉強することができました。\n1.2時間勉強量を増やすよりも、睡眠を大切にして欲しいですね。\n次の日の勉強時間全てに影響してくるよりかは寝たほうがマシです。\nほかの項目についても同じです。人間、一日中ぶっ通しで勉強はできません。\nできてもそれを1ヶ月続けることはできないでしょう。\n適度に運動や息抜きを挟んで、継続的にして下さい。\nマラソンで最初はめちゃめちゃ飛ばして、後から皆んなに追い抜かれるお調子者の男子いましたよね笑\n彼らみたいにならないように。\n\n栄養も大切です。健康管理は当たり前ですが、それに+脳の働きが良くなる食べ物を食べましょう。\n魚が良いらしいです!他もあるので調べて下さい!\n\n頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"初めまして。結論から申し上げると、受験生の運命を変えるのは秘訣ではなく忍耐です。長時間勉強出来る様になるには、忍耐に次ぐ忍耐が必要です。と突き放した様な言い方をして逃げるのも良くないので、私なりの心得を記しておきます。今後の学習にお役立て頂ければ幸いです。まずやりがちなミスは、続けられる自信が無いのに初めから10時間!みたいなデカい目標を立てる事です。私からすればこの手のミスをする人は、野心家などではなく手っ取り早く頭を良くしたいという煩悩だらけの人です。まずは確実に集中出来る時間だけ勉強し、徐々に時間・量ともに増やしていくというのが鉄則です。私はこのやり方で夏休み中にどうにか10時間以上勉強出来るようになりました。ただ、これは私だけかも知れませんが、「毎日当たり前のように」出来た事はありませんでした。正直毎日辛かったです。でもこれが合格に繋がると信じて、殆ど本能で勉強していました。それが功を奏したのだろうと自分では思っています。地味な道になるので、何度も嫌になる時が来ると思います。しかし、謙虚に実直に努力を重ねられる人に勝機はやって来ます。ローマは一日にしてならず。奢らず、着実に進んで下さい。あなたなら出来ます。応援しています。\n\n追伸:書く所が無かったのでここで言わせて欲しいのですが、モチベーションの高低が激しい間は丸一日のオフを取る事はお勧め出来ません。休憩は1週間の中に分散させましょう。毎日一定時間続けられる自信が付いたら、オフの日を検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"私の受験時代と全く同じで懐かしくなりました笑\n\n人によって必要な睡眠時間、休養時間は異なるので、無理して遅く起きなきゃ!と焦る必要はないですよ。私も頑張っても12時まで起きてるのがやっとな人間で、いつも2時とかまで起きて勉強してるというクラスメートの会話を聞いてて凄いな〜と思ってました笑でも、こんな私でもちゃんと第一志望受かったので大丈夫ですよ!\n\n起きてる時間が少ない分、勉強量では徹夜組に勝てないなと思ったので、その分頭を使って効率の良さを求めました。簡単に言うと、無駄なことをしない、がモットーでした。\n\nまず、受験で得点しなきゃいけないレベルと今の自分のレベルを比べて、どのくらい実力が足りていないのかを知り、弱点をひたすら潰しました。過去問を分析して、ここは取るべきところ、ここはたぶんみんな出来ないからあまり気にしなくても大丈夫なところ、と分けて取るべきところを確実に取れるように勉強をしました。\n\ntodoリストをつくり、見えるところに貼って終わったら消してくというのをして無駄を防ぎました。\n\nしかし、やっぱり受験期になると遅く起きなきゃかなと思いますよね。私は一気に寝る時間を遅くするのではなく、ちょっとずつ遅くして体に慣れさせました。9時に寝ているのであれば、1週間9時半〜10時まで起きて勉強してみてください。そこで次の日に体調不良、授業中寝ちゃう、1日ぼーっとしちゃう、など悪影響が出たら自分は遅く起きるのは向いていないんだと諦めてください。もし、いけそうだったら、次は10時半、11時、11時半と徐々に遅くしてみてください。私はこの方法でたまにだったら12時まで起きてられるようになりました。\n\n自分の体は自分が1番わかると思うので、ベストな状態で勉強ができるよう調整してみてください。他人と比べなくても大丈夫です!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
