落ちることを想像すると、辛くなっちゃいますよね。

状況があまりにも去年の私と重なるので、少しでもお役に立てればと思って回答させていただきます。

今とても不安ですよね。
状況を考えれば考えるほど、勉強が手につかなくなっちゃうと思います。私も偏差値50を取った後は、不安で勉強どころか、睡眠もできませんでした。

でも、不安なのは理由があります。
何と戦っているかがわからないからです。
勉強が進んでいないから、どうすればいいかわからない。全体像が掴めないから、ぼんやりとした、でも猛烈な不安に襲われる。

そこで、まずは大雑把な計画を立てましょう。
例えば
9月中に基礎を終わらせ、10月には中〜上級の参考書を終わらせる。11月には共通テストの対策に取り掛かり、12月にはひたすら予想問題集と過去問をこなす。共通テスト後はひたすら赤本をやる、と言った具合に。
もちろん、これは私の例ですので真似する必要はありません。とりあえずこの後六ヶ月をどう過ごすかを決めましょう。
その後、基礎ってどこまでだろう、と考え、英語なら単語はターゲット1900、文法はvintage。日本史は通史を終わらせる。といった具合に具体化していきます。

受験はただのテストであり、結局はそれに向けて勉強するだけなんです。この教材をやる、と決めたら目の前の教材から一生懸命学ぶだけです。落ちた後のことなどは考えないでください。どの大学に落ちようが受かろうがあなたは一人の人間として変わらず尊い存在です。

自分語りになりますが、実は私は受験から逃げたことがあります。8月中は頑張りましたが、9〜11月は1日3〜5時間ほどしか勉強に手がつきませんでした。中には勉強をせずに終えた日もあります。そんなのでも受かれるよといった安易な慰めをしたいわけではありません。自分が受験生としてあるべき姿から離れていく感覚は、さらにやる気を削いできます。
こんな勉強の仕方でいいんだろうか、受かる人はもっと早く、もっと時間を費やしてるんじゃないだろうか、もう無理なんじゃないだろうかと考えてしまいます。
でも、11月の後半くらいに、もうあとちょっと頑張ればもう解放されるんじゃないか、と思い至りました。終わりが見えてるなら、後はひたすら計画に従うだけです。

何が言いたいかというと、計画通りにいかない時も、やることをやってる時も受験が終わるまでずっと不安なんです。
でも、そんな自分とうまく折り合いを付けながら、一語でも一問でも1分でも多く学んでいく中で何か立ち向かう勇気が湧いてきます。

うまくやれない自分だけど、そんな自分が頑張るから意味があるんです。受験が終わるまで、何度も挫けながら何度も立ち上がりましょう。

応援しています。1b:Tbf0,偏差値が伸びずに落ち込む気持ちは分かります。でも、落ち込んでいる間にも、時間は過ぎていきます。入試本番の日がどんどん近づいてきています。全国にいるライバルたちは、今も必死に勉強して、力をつけています。あなたが入試本番で戦うのは、今までの模試であなたより良い点数を取り、今あなたが勉強していないときも勉強している人たちです。

偏差値というのは、その模試を受けた全ての人の中であなたがどの位置にいるかを示したものなので、勉強して解ける問題が増えたところで偏差値が上がるとは限りません。他の人も勉強して、力をつけているからです。だから、偏差値を上げて他の受験生に勝つには、他の受験生以上に勉強しなければなりません。皆が3時間やっているなら4時間5時間やる。皆が10ページやっているなら15ページ20ページやる。もちろん単に量を増やせばいいわけではありませんが、まずは量を増やしてみましょう。やっていくうちに質は高まってきます。今の段階でライバルたちにリードを許しているなら、その差を埋め、そして追い抜くための努力が必要です。

入試前日の1時間も、今日の1時間も、同じ1時間です。これは絶対に変わらない事実です。入試前日になれば、誰もが必死で勉強します。だから、ライバルたちに勝つには、今やるしかないんです。時間は有限です。毎日の限られた時間を大切にしましょう。

今日はもういいやと思ったところから、もうひと頑張りしてみましょう。その頑張りが本番の1点につながり、積み重なって、合格点に達するかもしれません。今日のひと頑張りが、合否を分ける1点になるかもしれません。合格発表の日、家族や友人、先生と、ともに喜びあっている姿を想像してみてください。春、行きたい大学でできた仲間と楽しい日々を過ごしているのを想像してみてください。逆に、合格最低点に1点届かずに不合格になったことを想像してみてください。今日の頑張りが、あなたの未来を変えます。今やりましょう。受験までの残り時間は、今このときも減り続けています。


ここまで、とにかく勉強しようと言ってきました。しかし、その勉強の方向性が間違っていたら、効率よく成果に結びつきません。ときには冷静になって、今自分は何をすべきか、やっていることは正しいか、考えてください。自分で判断できなかったら、あなたのことをよく知る人に相談しましょう。客観的に自分を見ることも大事です。

mb-1","children":"こんにちは　早稲田大学文化構想学部に今年現役で受かったものです。\n\n勉強が結果に直結しないの、めちゃくちゃ苦しいですよね、、、\n私も受験生時代は思うように模試やテストの点数が上がらず四苦八苦していました。そんな中でわたしがどう乗り越えたかについて書けたらいいなと思います。\n\nでは早速ですが\n\n1.「模試の結果と向き合う」\nこれだと思います。模試でどこの部分が悪かったのかをちゃんと確認し、その勉強をすることだと思います。「こんな簡単なこと」と思われるかもしれませんが、意外とこれができる人って少ない気がします。\n「自分の弱点はわかってる」と思っていても意外とできてると思ったところが弱点だったりします。\nですので点数が低かったら、逆に「弱点見つかったラッキー」と思うように私はしていました。ポジティブに思われるかもしれませんが模試とはそういうふうに使っていって実力に直結させるものだと思います。\n\n2「スランプかも」\n勉強も実はスポーツと同じく「スランプ」というものがあります。\nこれは脳が学習した内容を1ヶ月かけて整理するためです。その過程で今までできていたところができなくなったりすることがあります。しかしこれは個人差がありますので、もしかしたら投稿者様の試験日がそれだったのかもしれません。\nちなみにスランプの抜け出し方は「復習」です。基礎から復習していくことで実力が大幅にアップします。ですのでもしスランプなのだとしたら復習するのが良いかと存じます。\n\n3.「勉強法があってない」\n今はわかりませんが、ぶっちゃけ早慶志望の方は共通テスト模試は7〜8割くらい取る方が大勢です。ですので、一日中勉強しても思うように取れないのなら勉強法が合ってない可能性があります。(しかしこれはあくまで可能性です。もし投稿者が受験初学の方なら当てはまりません)もし自分でも勉強法が合ってないと感じたのなら塾の無料面談に行ったり、学校の先生に頼ったり、ネットで調べるのも一個の手段だと存じます。私に限らずUniLinkはさまざまな勉強法が載っているので、一回調べてみてはいかがでしょうか？\n\n最後に\n\n受験勉強って苦しいですけど、ぜひ乗り越えて志望校に受かってほしいと思います。\n勉強、がんばって！！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"焦ってもいいことはないのでとりあえず落ち着きましょう。\n第1志望は変えなくていいですよ。\n3科目で絞ってるなら、まだギリギリ間に合う時期にいると思います。\n\n模試で偏差値50切ってしまった理由は以下の3つのうちどれかだと思います。\n\n①たまたま模試の時に調子が悪かった。\n②あまり勉強してない。\n③勉強しているのに解けない。\n\n①の場合は気にしなくていいのです。\n②の場合は今から死ぬ気で勉強すれば何とかなります。ですが、これまで甘えてきた自分を恥じて、心をいれかえないとですね。\n問題は③の場合 でこれはそもそも根本の勉強の仕方を見直した方がいいです。\n勉強してきた事がちゃんと身についていない可能性があるので、何故なのか自分で考えてみてください。\n復習をちゃんとしてないのか、難しすぎる問題をやっているのか。\n\n偏差値50を切ってしまうのは基礎ができてないので、まずは焦らず基礎を固めてください。この時期からでもです。\n私立文系の場合英語がすごく重要になっています。\n\n単語帳1冊、文法書(ネクステなど)の問題を完璧に解けるようになるだけで偏差値50は行くと思います。\nその後は長文を読みつつ、構文の参考書(おすすめはポレポレ)をやるのが1番手っ取り早いと思います。\nこれらの参考書を本当の意味で完璧にやるだけで、偏差値65近くは行くと思います。\n\n焦ったり、これまで何やってたんだって自暴自棄になってもなんにもプラスにならないです。 \nこれからメンタル持ち直して頑張ってください。\n短期合格のポイントはメンタルだと思ってます。\n知識の面では、ほかの受験生に劣っていても、いかに自分の持っている知識を最大限活かして最低点に達するかが重要です。\n\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex 点数、偏差値、順位なんてオマケみたいなもんと思ってもらって大丈夫です 模試を受けることの真の価値は【普段の勉強でどうしても少なくなりがちなアウトプットの作業を集中的にやることで、インプットできてないもの、できていてもアウトプットできないものを改めて実感する】ことにあります 同じ50点でも例えば計算ミス、スペルミス、中学レベルの簡単な文法ミスで点数を大きく落としたのか、または50点分何もわからず落とすべくして落としたのかでは大きく内容は異なります \nなので模試が終わったら解説見て理解して全問解けるようにしましょう 1日違いでその模試じゃ無双できる力ついたんだけどなー！！くらいのテンションでいっちゃって大丈夫です\n\n②\nこれも少し①と被りますが、模試で点数を取れた人が必ずしも総合的に学力があるのかと言われれば全員ではない(その可能性は点を取れてない場合よりだいぶ高いが)し、点数を取れてないから学力がないというわけではないです\n\n試験は時の運も大きく関わります 入試本番もです これは避けようがないです 非常に多くの場合、勉強したばかりの内容は試験型のものでは結果として反映されません そのためには自分の中に蓄積させ、実際に問題を解き、より身近なものにする必要があるからです 勉強してすぐ結果が出るものなんて単語の小テストか範囲や限定されている定期試験くらいです\n\nなんで、夏にやったものは無駄じゃなく、確実にあなたの身体の中に入り始めてるものなんで、もっと身体に馴染むのを待ちましょう
