1c:Tbd5,自分は高2の10月から朝4時起き生活を始めて、受験間近まで継続できました。その経験を生かして回答させていただきます。 どうすれば起きれますかという質問ですが、この回答を見てくれている他の受験生のために、まずは朝方のメリットについて話します。 一つ目は寝る時間と起きる時間が安定するということです。そうなることで、眠りにつきやすく、起きやすくなるので、睡眠の質が上がります。睡眠の質は日中の集中力におおきな影響があるので、大事ということは言うまでもありません。 二つ目は余計な時間が減るということです。夜なかなか勉強始める気になれなくて、youtube などをなかなか抜け出せなくなるということが多くの方は経験したことがあると思います。それを夜早く寝るとyoutube 見始める時間もないので、時間の浪費を防げます。ある研究で、夜よりも早朝の方が合理的な判断ができることは証明されています。 三つ目はたとえ勉強していなくても親からガミガミ言われないことです。夜中勉強してなかったら、早く勉強しなさいと怒られる方もいると思います。しかし朝だと親が起きてないので、親に叱られません。 四つ目は午前中は夕方や、夜と比べて集中力が高い傾向にあります。これを利用して、夜は簡単な単語帳などをやって、朝は難しい数学などをやるのがおすすめです。 あとは受験前夜何時に寝るかを考えたとき、9時10時くらいだと思うのですが、直前まで0時くらいまで勉強してた人が当日だけ9時に寝れると思いますか?寝れないのが余計緊張して寝れなくなるのが目に浮かびますよね笑笑 というように数えきれないくらい朝方にはメリットがあるので、是非調べてみて、実践してみてください。 お待たせしてすみません笑 ここから自分が実践していた方法をいくつか紹介します。というのも自分もなかなか起きれずにいろんな工夫を実行していたからです笑 1、アラームを歩かないと届かない位置におき、止めた後の一連の流れを決めておく。 例えば、止める→顔洗う→ベランダに出る のように止めたあとすぐにベットに戻らないルーティーンを作る 2、起きたらすぐ目が覚める系のガムを噛む 3、起きたらすぐ、ベットメイキングする line-clamp-2 mb-1","children":" こんにちは。私も質問者の方と同じように昼過ぎの勉強を始めるとすぐ眠くなっていました。そんなときには私も仮眠を取っていました。ですが、ただ昼寝をするだけでは起きた後に勉強を始めるのが億劫になってしまうので意識していた点が何点かあります。\n\n 1つ目は寝る直前の勉強を中途半端なところで終わらせることです。質問者の方は区切りのいいところまでやってその後に仮眠をとっていると思うのですが、これは逆効果になってしまうことが多いです。「とりあえずここまでやったから大丈夫」と、無意識のうちに勉強に対して一区切りしてしまっている可能性が高いからです。微妙なところで勉強を一旦終わらせれば、まだタスクが残ってるから完全には休憩できないなー、と考えて脳が完全にシャットダウンすることはかなり減ります。\n\n 2つ目は睡眠時間を20分未満に抑えることです。人間は一旦長時間寝てしまうと、脳を活動状態に戻すまでに膨大な労力を必要としてしまいます。その長時間の基準になるのが20分です(以前ネットで調べたことなので誤差があるかもしれません、申し訳ないです)。ですので、仮眠をとる際は18分程度に抑えることを強くおすすめします。\n\n 3つ目は寝る直前にコーヒーを飲むことです。コーヒーに含まれるカフェインは飲み始めてから30分後に効き始めます。ですので仮眠が終わって、少ししたらカフェインが効き始めるくらいの睡眠時間が前述した時間、というようになります。そうするとかなりスッキリした状態で起きれます。\n\n 最後は絶対にベッドで寝ないことです。確かに疲れている時はベッドでゆっくり寝たくなってしまうものですが、これをしてしまうと脳が完全にお休みモードに切り替わってしまいます。ですのである程度活動状態をキープするために、机の上で突っ伏して寝ることをオススメします。大体20分くらいすると腕のしびれで自然と目を覚ましますしね。笑\n\n mb-1","children":"仮眠をするなら突っ伏して、10〜15分程度がオススメです。それ以上寝ると起きられなくなるし、ベッドに行けば朝までぐっすりコースだからです。\n睡魔に打ち勝つ方法、というのはあまり思い浮かびませんが、一番は、一瞬寝てスッキリすることです。眠くなったらアラームをかけて10分寝てください。机に突っ伏して、起きたらある程度頭がスッキリするんじゃないかと思います。\nスマホのブルーライトもあります。5分だけゲームをして頭を覚醒させたりもしたことがありますが、目に良くないのでおすすめはしません。でも効くには効きます…\nまた、コーヒーを飲むのもいいと思います。カフェインが入っているので、眠気覚ましになります。ついでに言えば私の場合、これを飲むとカフェインで眠くなくなってくる、と思いながら飲むとプラシーボ効果が高まってました笑笑\n私なら朝方に振り切りますが、朝方が合わないのであれば、やっぱり夜の勉強前に少しだけ寝て頭をスッキリさせることです。ちなみに、授業前の数分の仮眠でも結構違うので、次の授業やばいかも、という時は先に寝ておくことをオススメします。\n眠気とうまく付き合って勉強していきたいですね。大学に入ってからも課題になるので、今のうちから上手い対処法を、自分で見つけられるときっと役立ちます。頑張っていきましょう!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"高1から早起きの志素晴らしいです!\n周りの睡眠時間が短くても不安に思うかもしれませんが、寝ないと勉強したことが定着しないので焦らないでください!\n\n私が実践していたのは、まず睡眠時間を決めます。例えば、7時間半は寝ると決めると10時半に寝たら6時に起きることになります。私はいつもこの6時に起きられなかったので6時から6時半の間に起きる!と決めました。\nもし6時に目覚ましかけて眠かったら30分寝れると考えると気が楽でした。また、前日の夜に寝るのが10時45分になってしまったら必ず7時間半は寝たいので6時15分に目覚ましかけてました。この30分の猶予が心の余裕を生んでいたと思います!あと6時に起きれたら30分いつもより長く勉強できるラッキー!と思ってました。\nまた、朝起きてすぐ窓を開けて空気を入れ替えるのもおすすめです!\n\n応援しています!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"最近始めた21時-4時睡眠の生活を安定させるまでは、眠くなってしまうのは仕方ないのかもしれません。\n人間の習慣が定着するまでは、しばらく時間がかかります。人によりますが、1ヶ月以上はかかるとよく言われます。それまでは、定着を待つしかないかもしません。\nすでに習慣化してもおかしくない時期に来ているのであれば、私が睡眠に関してしていたことをいくつか書いておくのでよろしければ試してみてください。\n1、目覚ましアプリの導入\nレム睡眠、ノンレム睡眠の周期に合わせて起こしてくれるアプリです。いくつかありますが、私はsleep meisterというアプリを導入しました。お気に入りの曲を目覚ましの曲にできるし、朝スッキリ起きられます。\n2、朝シャン\nちょっと刺激を与えてみようと思い、朝シャンを取り入れた時期があります。夜はお風呂に入ると眠くなりますが、朝はスッキリしてある程度効果はあったように思います。でも、音といい水道代といいデメリットもあるので状況に合わせてですね。\n3、立って勉強\nもう面倒になって立って勉強してみたりもしました。\n4、記録つけ\n自分に正直に勉強記録をつけました。そうなると、勉強せず寝ている自分が浮き彫りになり、嫌な気持ちになります。その気持ちをバネにして勉強に移る、ということもしました。\n5、コーヒー\nコーヒーが好きだったのでドリップコーヒーをよく飲みました。おしゃれだから気分も上がるし、カフェインで眠気も覚めます。\n\n以上です。参考になれば嬉しいです。\n頑張ってください💪"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
