確実に学力が上がっているはずなのに、時間を費やして努力したはずなのに、読めているのに、内容もわかるのに全く点が取れない…そんなスランプ期ありますよね。

私にも勿論ありました。そのときは現代文が全く取れなくなっていました。10月の早慶オープンでは、現代文と小説の記述以外は0点、国語の偏差値は39でした。そのような状態が1月末まで続きました。受かる自信はありました。ですが点数がそれに追いついてこない、とても怖かったのを今でも覚えています。


このような状態にかなり多くの受験生が陥ります。みんな何かしらの不安に駆られています。

だからその状態を逆手にとってやりましょう。この辛い時期を乗り越えればきっと明るい未来が待っていることでしょう。

ここまでメンタル面について話しましたが、具体的にどう切り抜ければいいだろうかという話をします。

自分を客観的に見れていますか？
視野が狭まくなっていませんか？

時間ばっかり考えていませんか？問題を解いている時、その形だけを意識しすぎていませんか？字を追っているだけになっていませんか？パラグラフごとに内容を自分の言葉にしてますか？解答に至るまでの過程よりも○×しか考えていませんか？


1度自分を客観視しましょう。

どういう事を意識して問題を解けばいいのか、今どういうふうに解いているのかノートに書出してみましょう。


例えば現代文。
根拠を明確に持っているか
背景知識を知っているか
問題文を先に読む
タイトル問題があるか
内容一致が満遍なくあるもしくは偏っている場所にあるか
空白にメモをとる、自分の言葉にする
言い換え
長い一文は主語述語をしっかり確認
長い設問が並んでいる時、共通部分と違う部分にわける、しかしだが、など逆説で一旦区切る
選択肢の中で要素に分けて○×
2択で悩んだ時、優先順位をつける、2つの違いを確認
対比 逆説 並立 抽象と具体しっかりチェック
変化の重要性、変化前と後はどうなっているのか
時間を気にしすぎてる


など正しい解き方を書きます。
それに合わせてなあなあになっている解き方を1度壊して直しましょう。

過去問ノートに各学部各科目各大問ごとに解き方や特徴、自分の苦手な所を書き出していました。
スランプになったらそれをみて矯正する。この繰り返しです。

また、解いたことのある問題をもう一度解いてみましょう。お気に入りの問題があってもいいかもしれません笑
これが良いウォーミングアップになります。一日の初めにやるがいいと思います。
