1b:Tf64,京大文学部所属のvenusと申します。よろしくお願いします! 単刀直入に言いましょう。睡眠時間を削るメリットはないです。言い方を変えると、睡眠時間を無理に削って得られる利益が、睡眠時間を失うという損失を上回ることはないです。 質問者さんがどのくらい睡眠時間をとってらっしゃるかは知りかねますし、どのくらいの睡眠時間が適しているかも分からないのですが、一般的に受験生で「寝過ぎている」という人はいないと思います。そのため、現状が必要十分な睡眠時間か、少し足りないか、のどちらかだと考えられます。 そこからさらに睡眠時間を「削る」ことによる主なデメリットを書き並べてみます。 ①健康を害する 睡眠は健康の基本なので、睡眠が損なわれれば健康が損なわれます。健康が損なわれれば、結局勉強可能な時間が減ってしまうし、試験本番ではベストパフォーマンスが出せないので、本末転倒です。 ②記憶が定着しない 脳内で記憶が作られるのは睡眠の時です。睡眠時間を削って勉強しても、記憶が作られないのでは、努力が水の泡です。 ③集中力が落ちる 眠いまま勉強しても全く集中できておらず、生産性はほぼゼロに等しいです。 こんな感じです。睡眠時間を削ることがいかに愚策か、お分かりいただけたことでしょう。 ではどうすればいいのかという話ですが、2つのアプローチから考えてみましょう。 1)勉強時間を増やす 睡眠時間を削る以外にも勉強時間を増やす方法はあります。 一番おすすめはスキマ時間の活用、いや、駆使です。学校の休み時間、通学時間、「ごはんできたよ」と言われて食卓に行ったらまだできてなくて持て余す時間、etc.。「今、何の時間?」という時間は全て勉強に充てる、これだけで1日体感30分〜1時間は増やせます。特に暗記系(英単語等)は、目にする時間よりも回数の方が大切です。1時間単語帳と格闘するよりも、5分のスキマ時間を12回繰り返す方が頭に入ります。 もう一つは、スマホ等、娯楽の時間をある程度犠牲にすることです。何かを得るためには何かを犠牲にしなければいけないです。 ただし、これについては私見があって、適度な娯楽はむしろ勉強に好影響を与えると思っています(リフレッシュ)。大切なのは、娯楽に支配されないことであって、娯楽を完全に遮断すると、かえって気分が暗くなって勉強どころではなくなってしまうことに注意です。 2)勉強の質(効率)を上げる 一番大切なことは、志望校のレベルと自分のレベルのギャップを知り、どんな力がどのくらい足りないのかを理解し、逆算して何をすべきかを、明確にすること。こうして、合格に直結する勉強ができます。 もう一つアドバイスとしては、頭がスッキリしている午前中に数学や理科などの思考系に、記憶を定着させる就寝の前には地歴や単語帳などの暗記系に取り組む、ということです。 mb-1","children":"はじめまして、質問拝読しました。\n\n結論から言うと、量より質に特化した勉強にシフトするべきだと思います!睡眠を削る勉強方法はあまりにも効率が悪すぎます。利点などなにもありません!!\n\n私自身も、偏差値32からのスタートでしたが、\n常に量より質をメインに考えた勉強方法を意識しており、夜の12時以降勉強した日は1日もありませんでした。(起床時間は6時の6時間睡眠です)\n\n\nだらだら2〜3時間勉強するよりも、\n1時間なら1時間ときめて、この1時間でこの内容を理解する。だったり問題集の何ページまで解ききる。だったり常に時間に対しての勉強密度を意識した勉強を行ってみてください!!\n\n\n密度の濃い勉強方法であれば1日11〜12時間程度(私はここが集中力の限界でした)でも十分に偏差値を伸ばしていけると思います。\n\n\nこれから受験生にとって辛い事も増えてくると思いますが、応援しています!頑張ってください!\n\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"睡眠時間削って、集中力は変わりませんか?もし今までと変わらないくらい勉強できるのなら、うめさんはかなりのショートスリーパーなのだと思います。普通なら体がそろそろSOSを出してもおかしくないですね。たぶん、勉強云々の前に、体を壊してしまいますよ。\n私は高3の時点で国立志望ではありませんでしたが、最後までE判定だったこともあり、志望校から遠く離れていたと自覚しているので、回答させていただきます。高2は部活漬けだったので、定期テストのための勉強しかしていません。それでも睡眠は重要だと、心の底から思います。\n5時間やらなきゃいけないなら10時間やろう、は素晴らしいことだけど、そういうことじゃないと思うんです。一時間増やして6時間勉強するだけでも、できることは全然変わってきます。無理をしすぎると、本当に体調を崩します。そうやって言い切れるのは、私自身、睡眠時間を削って体調を崩し、秋に二か月近く勉強できなかった経緯があるからです。ちょうど成績も伸びてきたころで、このまま受験を迎えられるのかもわからなかったし、浪人も頭をよぎりました。私はうめさんに、そういう状態になってほしくないと思っています。\nそもそも、学校がある日に10時間やる人を、私は見たことがありません。もっと健康的な勉強法があるはずです。電車に乗っているとき、休み時間の移動教室、終礼前のちょっとした時間。単語帳程度なら、勉強できる瞬間はいくらでもあります。そして、そういう一見小さく見える勉強が、あと一点に結びついたりするんです。そしたら家では数学などの問題集を進められます。あとは学校とか授業にもよるかもしれませんが、内職をするとか。私は内職をする時は、必ず同じ教科の参考書や単語帳を開くようにしていたので、表立ってお勧めはできませんが、意外とはかどりました笑。\nどうか焦ることなく、自分の力を出し切ってほしいなと思います。ぜひ寝てください!!\n少しでもお役に立つことができたらうれしいです。\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"まず気になったのは、何時に寝ているのでしょうか?\n早寝早起きで勉強している場合は、良いのですが、睡眠時間を削って勉強している場合は、体調を崩しやすくなったり、勉強の効率が落ちていくので、オススメできません。基本的には【6】時間以上は寝ることをオススメします。\n特に、疲れが溜まっているのが原因とのことなので、睡眠時間を増やす判断が的確かと思います。\n\n次に、疲れた時にどう勉強を頑張るかについてです。\n私がとっていた手段をいくつか紹介します。\n⑴変わったところで勉強する\n⑵時間を計って演習をする\n以上2つのどちらかを使っていました。\n⑴暗記物などをやらなければいけない時は、そこそこ人通りはあるが勉強する場所ではない学校スペースで勉強していました。(多目的スペースのような場所でやっていました。)もし異常な場所で勉強をしていれば、他人から見たら、受験生だし勉強頑張ってるなぁと思われますが、寝てたら本当に変人だと思われます。そのリスクを自分に与えて、無理矢理勉強させていました。\n⑵演習系は時間を計って解くようにしていました。過去問の演習もオススメです。時間に追い立てられれば、疲れていてもやらざるを得ません。また、受験本番も緊張して、どうせ絶好調な状態では解けないから、通常の演習であれば、疲れている中でやってもいい点数を取れるようにならなければならない。と考えていました!\n\nP.S.\nお身体に気をつけて頑張ってください!応援しています!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"結論から言うと、睡眠時間は削るべきではありません。\n少なくともほとんどの人の場合は。\n\n睡眠時間が確保出来ない状況で机に向かっていても、頭が働かなかったり、すぐに気が散ったりして質の良い勉強ができません。たとえば英語の長文が眠くて入ってこなくて、もう一度読み返すことになったら無駄な時間ですよね?数学でもぼーっとした状態では解法が閃かないことが多いです。\n\n世の中には稀に、ほとんど睡眠を取らなくても平気な人がいます。毎日3時間睡眠でも元気なショートスリーパー。憧れますが努力でなれるものではありません。そこまで極端な例でなくても、定期試験前に徹夜してもスラスラ解けちゃう人や、毎回LINEの返信が深夜なのにも関わらず成績の良い人もいることはいます。\nしかし、自分のとるべき睡眠量はある程度一定で、沢山寝ないと力を発揮できない人はそれを変えることはほとんど不可能です。どれくらい寝ないとスッキリできないかは自分が一番分かっていると思います。\n\nここからは私の話ですが、受験期が近づいても睡眠時間を削ることは一切しませんでした。 6時間を切ると勉強してても質が落ちるなぁとはっきり感じていたからです。毎晩0時〜1時には就寝、朝は学校に間に合うギリギリの時間(7時半くらい)までひたすら寝てました。大抵それでも眠くなるので、自分が要らないと判断した学校の授業(この時期にはさすがにないかもしれませんが…)や休み時間、移動時間などもよく寝ていました。\n\nもし今、自分の勉強時間が足りていないと感じるなら、削るべきは睡眠時間ではなくその他のことに当てている時間です。そしてより良いのは今確保できている勉強時間の質を可能な限りあげることです。申し訳ないけど学校の先生の昔ながらの根性論的なお話は聞き流してしまいましょう。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex line-clamp-2 mb-1","children":" こんにちは。私も質問者の方と同じように昼過ぎの勉強を始めるとすぐ眠くなっていました。そんなときには私も仮眠を取っていました。ですが、ただ昼寝をするだけでは起きた後に勉強を始めるのが億劫になってしまうので意識していた点が何点かあります。\n\n 1つ目は寝る直前の勉強を中途半端なところで終わらせることです。質問者の方は区切りのいいところまでやってその後に仮眠をとっていると思うのですが、これは逆効果になってしまうことが多いです。「とりあえずここまでやったから大丈夫」と、無意識のうちに勉強に対して一区切りしてしまっている可能性が高いからです。微妙なところで勉強を一旦終わらせれば、まだタスクが残ってるから完全には休憩できないなー、と考えて脳が完全にシャットダウンすることはかなり減ります。\n\n 2つ目は睡眠時間を20分未満に抑えることです。人間は一旦長時間寝てしまうと、脳を活動状態に戻すまでに膨大な労力を必要としてしまいます。その長時間の基準になるのが20分です(以前ネットで調べたことなので誤差があるかもしれません、申し訳ないです)。ですので、仮眠をとる際は18分程度に抑えることを強くおすすめします。\n\n 3つ目は寝る直前にコーヒーを飲むことです。コーヒーに含まれるカフェインは飲み始めてから30分後に効き始めます。ですので仮眠が終わって、少ししたらカフェインが効き始めるくらいの睡眠時間が前述した時間、というようになります。そうするとかなりスッキリした状態で起きれます。\n\n 最後は絶対にベッドで寝ないことです。確かに疲れている時はベッドでゆっくり寝たくなってしまうものですが、これをしてしまうと脳が完全にお休みモードに切り替わってしまいます。ですのである程度活動状態をキープするために、机の上で突っ伏して寝ることをオススメします。大体20分くらいすると腕のしびれで自然と目を覚ましますしね。笑\n\n
