1a:Tda2,長時間勉強は「タスクをこなしながら勉強をして気づいたら10時間超えていた」が理想です。(最初はできなくても全く問題ないです) 私も勉強時間はその日自分がどれだけ頑張れたかの指標になるので、勉強時間を基準にしていました。それでもやはり質問者様のように、目標までにあと○時間、、、など頭の中で計算してしまい、集中力が切れ、ただ机に座っているだけと考えてしまうことはよくありました。 そこで、おすすめなのが 「タスク、やることベースで考えること」です。 朝、勉強を始める前にやることを書き出して、その量に合わせてどれくらいかかりそうか大体の時間を決めます。(予想であって正確でなくて良い) それに合わせて、○時間(分)は続ける、○時までやったら休憩、など時間基準を取り入れた目標を設定すればタスクベースかつ時間も意識しながら勉強ができると思います。 集中力に関しては、自分で「○時間(分)勉強したら○分勉強」のサイクルを作るといいと思います。私の場合、夏休みは1時間勉強、15分休憩、直前期になると2時間勉強、20分休憩、くらいのサイクルでやっていました。これは勉強していくうちに自分にあったリズムが見つかると思います。その日の体調ややる気に合わせて少し緩くしたりキツくしたりしてもいいと思います。サイクルが決まったら、休憩のためにあと○分は頑張るということができます。たまにですが今日は集中が続くぞってときは何時間もぶっ通しで勉強することもありました。 また、教科、参考書を適度に変える、勉強場所を変える、休憩で体を動かす(立ち上がって伸びをしたり廊下を歩いたりするだけでもいい)などのも効果的でした。そして、私がよくやっていた集中力回復法は「目薬をさす→目を瞑る→イヤホンで好きな音楽を10分間聴く」です。目を瞑って視覚からの情報を遮断し、音楽を聴くことによって自分の世界に没頭してリラックスできました。 長時間勉強のコツとしては、長期休みなど一日を自由に使える時には一日を三分割すると勉強時間を意識しながら勉強しやすいと思います。 (例)6時起床24時就寝の場合 1…午前6:00~12:00 2…午後12:00~18:00 3…夜 18:00~24:00 方法:25分集中して勉強し、5分休憩を取る。これを繰り返し、4回目の後には長めの休憩(15〜30分)を取ります。\n\n 理由:短期間に集中して、定期的に休憩を入れることで、集中力を持続しやすくなります。時間の管理も明確になるので、気づかないうちに時間が過ぎることを防げます。\n\n\n 2. タイマーを設定する\n 勉強開始前に「このタスクは○分で終わらせる」と決めて、タイマーをセットします。時間が来るとアラームが鳴るため、集中力が途切れていても気づきやすくなります。\n自習室では音が鳴らないタイプのタイマーを使い、目に入る場所に置いておきましょう。\n注意:絶対に携帯のアラームでやらないようにしましょう、そのつもりでなくても通知が目に入り携帯を触るたびに勉強から離れてしまうリスクが高まります!\n\n\n3. 環境の整備\n 集中しやすい環境を作ることも大切です。スマホの通知を切ったり、静かな場所で勉強したり、作業を始める前に必要なものをすべて整えることで、無駄な気が散ることを防げます。\n\nオススメ:自習室や図書館で勉強する時は家にスマホを置いていきましょう、家で勉強する時は数千円で購入できるタイムロックボックスを利用すると良いと思います。(私は6日間このボックスに入れて日曜日だけ携帯を利用し、また6日間入れるを繰り返していました。退屈な受験生活に楽しみができ、良いメリハリになりました、この習慣が合格に直結しました!!!)\n\n\n4. 集中状態を意識的に確認する\n mb-1","children":"こんにちは、慶應の経済学部の者です。\n\n僕はリズムに乗るとそのリズムを切らしたく無かったので、休憩は5分にしていました。休憩の時は音楽を聴いたり、トイレ行ったり、飲み物を飲んだりしていました。休憩の時はスマホには触らないようにしていました。\n\n基本的に休憩時間はうまく切り替えれる時間に設定すればいいと思いますが出来れば30分以内が望ましいです。\nそれは何故かというと、あまりに長い休憩をとるとダラダラしてしまって、段々と勉強する気がなくなってしまうし、過度な休憩は時間がもったいないからです。\n\nそして、休憩する時に大事なのは『スマホを触らないこと』です。脳科学的に休憩の時にスマホを触ってしまうと、脳は休憩出来ていませんし、メンタル的にも休憩した気分にならないそうです。\n\nスマホは何でも出来て面白いので、つい手を伸ばしてしまいがちですが、勉強するときはその欲をグッと抑えて、勉強に専念してください。このメリハリが大事ですよ!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"自分も休憩にゲームしてた時期がありましたけど、あれはホントに良くないですね。休んでるつもりになっているだけで、頭はしっかり使っていますから。結局疲れが取れた気がしなくてダラダラとゲームが続くわけです。休憩と遊びは全くの別物です。脳の負荷を0にすることが目的であるということを忘れないようにしてください。もし息抜きを入れたいなら、目を瞑りながら好きな音楽を聴くとか外に出て散歩するというように、頭を使わずにリフレッシュできるものが一番良いです。\n\n因みに漫画はストーリーを追うため基本的に脳は動きますし、先の展開が気になって中断するタイミングを失いやすいです。こういう類いのものを勉強の休憩にする人はそもそも勉強する気ないんだろうなと思います。人によって色々な休憩の仕方があるかと思いますが、アソビではないことだけは意識してください。これだけでも勉強効率は格段に上がりますし、さまざまな誘惑を断ち切ることができるようになります。\n\nスマホ・漫画・ゲームは勉強の後。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"平日の6限の後、常にではないとはいえ5時間勉強してるのはかなり頑張っていることと思います。逆に5時間以上は厳しいでしょう。僕もこの時期フル回転でやってはいましたが、昼寝などを挟んでいたので、放課後の勉強時間は5時間に届かないくらいだったと思います。\nとりあえず、コンスタントな放課後の5時間の勉強は続けていけるよう頑張ってもらうとして、もしさらに時間を捻出したければ、禁忌かもしれませんが学校の授業時間を削るしかないですね。\nもちろんただ内職をするだけでは、授業についていけなくなるし、先生にも嫌われるので、良くありません。\n休み時間や始業前の時間などを利用して授業の範囲を予習しておけば、少なくとも授業にはついていけますし、先生に突然当てられても対応できます。\n僕の周りには、全く授業を聴かずにひたすら内職し、当てられても余裕で答えられるような非凡な人もいましたが、僕はそこまでの地力はなかったので、この手法を取ってました。受験勉強と普通の勉強のハイブリッドですね。\n受験で使わない科目と、受験勉強を精力的にしているので授業をしっかり受ける必要のない科目の授業時間を優先的に使うことをオススメします。センターだけ使う科目であるとか、単純に苦手な科目はしっかり受けましょう。\n休み時間は人によって使い方が色々あっていいと思います。そのときくらいは羽を伸ばしてもいいでしょうが、もちろんその時間も勉強に投入するのもアリですね。\n\n以上で、元の5時間を含めて、8時間前後の時間が確保できるはずです。使い方も大事なので、あまり時間捻出だけにこだわって欲しくもないですが、勉強量は十二分に確保できるでしょう。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"寸暇を惜しんで勉強しようとする心がけは本当に素晴らしいです。ただ、それを実際に行うことが正しいかは、人それぞれだと思います。多分、ずっと勉強を続けるというのは受験生であっても不可能です。時には休息を取ることも非常に大切です。\n例えば私の場合、途中で休憩を挟むと勉強に戻れないと感じていたので、問題集を終えたら単語帳で軽く休憩し、また参考書に戻るという方法で勉強していました。代わりに夕食の後、少し時間をとって、志望校の先輩方のYouTubeを見ていました。一方で、休憩の取り方が上手な人だと、10分で睡眠を取ったりゲームをしたりという人もいるみたいです。とりあえず、休憩を何も取らずに勉強し続けるのは、体力的にも精神的にも疲れますし、新鮮味がなくなって飽きてしまいます。是非途中で休んでください。その時に自分の志望校の先輩が撮っているYouTubeなどをみると、モチベーションも上がりますし、これからまた頑張ろう!という気持ちになるのではないでしょうか。阪大出身のYouTuberさんにも、素敵な方はたくさんいらっしゃいますしね!\n最後に、勉強していてモチベーションが下がっている頭に入っていない、と感じた時に、「だめだ自分…もっと勉強しないといけないのに、最低な受験生だ…!」と悲観することだけは、絶対にしないでください!勉強に対してマイナスな気持ちになると、やる気もなくなくなってしまいますし、最悪免疫力が下がって体調を崩します。今日の私も頑張った!と、嫌でも思うように心がけてみてください!\n少しでもお役に立てたら嬉しいです!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
