mb-1","children":"勉強でたまる唯一の負債、それが疲れです。\n大抵の肩こりなどの「血行不良と筋肉の硬直」として出てくるので、対処法としては、ゆっくりお風呂に入ることや、お風呂あがりにマッサージなどをすることでしょうか。\n\nただ、個人的にオススメしたいのは、ゴリ押しな方法で恐縮ですが、ジョギング、ランニングで無理矢理血行を良くし、筋肉をほぐすことです。\n\n当たり前ですが、人間、デスクワークの疲れより、運動による疲れに対する回復の方が圧倒的に得意です。デスクワーク疲れの特徴は、体の局所的な部分が極端に疲れるところですから、これを運動で、全身の満遍ない疲れで上書きしてしまうわけです。これが案外効果が高い。\n寝つきも当然良くなります。オススメです。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"無理をせずに休んでください。\n体調が悪いとパフォーマンスはかなり落ちます。\nおそらく休むという行為に罪悪感や焦りを感じると思っていませんか?\nそんなことはありません。\n普段自分の出せる力を1とすると\n体調が悪い時の力は半分の0.5くらいです。\n0.5の力で10日間勉強をすると5の積み重ねが生まれます。\nしかし、5日間しっかり休んで体調を戻し、1の力で5日間勉強をしても同じ5の積み重ねになります。\nつまり体調悪い状態でダラダラやるよりも万全の体調でしっかりと取り組んだ方が効率がいいのです。\n体調を崩したら休む、これは基本です。\n体調が良くなるまで部活か勉強のどちらかを休む方がいいです。\n\n僕の話をします。\n僕は大学で週6の活動をしているガッツリ体育会の部活に入っています。\n1年生の年末の時に38度の熱を出しました。\nしかし部活が休める雰囲気ではなかったので、無理をして毎日筋トレをしていました。\n12月30日に頭痛と目眩と脱力感で死にそうになりながら筋トレをした後、京都から6時間かけて電車で実家に帰りました。\nそして熱を測ったところ39度まで上がっていました。\nこの熱は1月2日になるまで下がらずせっかくのお正月を病床に伏して過ごしました。\n死にそうになりながら思ったのは無理をしてはいけないということです。\n実際体調が悪い状態で筋トレをしても何の意味もないですし、更に体調を悪化させるだけでした。\nこのことがあったので僕は体調が悪い時は勇気を出して休むようにしました。\n\nちなみに僕は一人暮らしであまり栄養のある食事ができているとはいえません。\nしかし、最近は風邪や他の病気にもかかっていません。\n無理をせずに休むこと、1日7時間寝ている結果元気に過ごすことができています。\n\n結論として、一度しっかりと休息を取って体調を回復させてください。\nそして夜はしっかり寝てください。\n何もやらないというのはとても不安になると思います。\nしかしその不安が体調回復時のモチベーションに繋がります。\n本当に無理だけはしないように頑張ってくださいね。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
