と問題点はかなり多かったです。 そこで僕は考えました。得意であった地歴は本番でもできると割り切ってほとんど勉強せず、短時間で力を伸ばすことができないであろう国語に関しては赤本を流し読みする程度にしました。苦手な数学と英語だけに絞って勉強したのです。 英語の英文和訳の勉強方法は問題を解かずに「京大の英語25ヶ年」をひたすら読み続けました。1日8時間くらい読みました。英単語帳や辞書はその間使いませんでした。分からないところがあっても飛ばし飛ばし読む。何故なら調べていると時間がかかりそれまで読んでいた文章を忘れるからです。まずは分からないまま読み進めることに慣れるべきです。逐一訳そうとするから集中力が切れるのです。分からないところは分からないままにするくらいの大雑把さと余裕を持ってください。一番最後に和文を見て照らし合わせればいいのですから。京大の英文は非常に長いので、まず長文をノンストップハイスピードで訳し続ける力が必要です。そしてそれは英文をひたすら長時間読み続ければ、たった2週間でも十分つく力です。 和文英訳問題に対しては書いた文を先生に添削してもらいました。問題集の回答に載っている表現以外にも正解となる表現があり、そちらの方が簡単だったりするからです。 新しい単語を覚えることはしましたが、構文を別個に覚え直したりなどはしませんでした。構文は単体で覚えるよりも問題の文章の中に出現したものを覚えていく方が記憶に残るからです。また、近年は少し傾向が変わってきているようなので東大の英語も解いた方がいいかもしれません。 僕はひたすら「京大の英語25ヶ年」を読み続けた結果本番で100点を越えることができました。他の教材はユメタンという単語帳だけです。問題集は結局25年分は訳せず、訳せたのは10年分くらいでした。 僕のやり方は他の教科をあまり勉強しない点でリスキーですが、苦手な科目を短期間で本気で克服するには振り切らないといけないと思います。 僕はずっと英語ばかりしていると疲れてしまうので、間に得意な日本史を1時間ほど挟んで息抜きをしていました。集中力が切れてきたと思ったら違う教科で少し息抜きをするべきです。あるいは少し睡眠をとるべきです。ダラダラ何もせずに椅子に座っている時間が一番良くないです。疲れたら温かい飲み物を飲むのも良いですよ。 あと私は、ふとした瞬間に耳にしたCM音楽などが、試験中に急に流れ始めて集中できず困ったことが何度かありました。そういう時のために私が編み出した方法が、「音楽が流れていると気づいたら、その音楽の語尾をしばらく伸ばして、音楽を消す」という方法です。は?と思われるかもしれませんが(笑)、一応それなりの効果がありました。例えばアナ雪が流れてる!邪魔!と思ったら、♪生まれ~て~は~じめ~て~の「て」を、5秒ほど伸ばして、曲ごと忘れ去ろうという作戦です。曲が流れて困ったときはやってみてください! mb-1","children":"要するに、集中して勉強する方法、ですね。\nこれは人それぞれ色々な方法があると思いますが、僕が現役時代実践していた方法を紹介させて頂きます。\n\n名付けて、「タイマーロケットスタート法」です。(今名付けました)\n\n手順は以下の通り。\n①手元にタイマーかストップウォッチを用意する\n\n②いつも通りの勉強道具を用意する\n\n③勉強スタートと同時にタイマーで5分セットする\n\nこれだけです。\n\nこれは予備校講師に聞いたやり方なんですが、5分測るところがミソですね。その5分間だけは絶対に集中を切らさないぞ!と強く意識しながら勉強を開始して下さい。目の前にタイマーを置くことで、テストのような緊張感をもってやることができます。\n\nそして5分経つ頃にはどうでしょう、完全に集中モードに入れているのではないでしょうか。そこから先は、もうタイマーなど使わなくても集中を維持できるようになっているはずです。つまり、タイマーで5分測ることによって集中状態のロケットスタートを切れるというわけです。\n\nもし慣れなければ、最初のうちは5分経過したらいっそのことそこで勉強を一度終わらせてもいいです。続けているうちに5分を超えても集中が持続するはずです。10分、20分、30分と続けていけば、集中力は確固たるものになるでしょう。\n\n\n冒頭にも述べましたが、集中できる方法は人によって合う合わないがあります。これも一例として試してみて下さい。これが合わないようでしたらお手数ですがまた質問を寄せて下さい。次は違う大学生に回答してもらいましょう。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
