1c:T1729,こんにちは。 勉強習慣に関して、お勧めでできることが多くあるためお伝えしますね。 まず初めに、何よりも重視していただきたいことは、 「環境を本気で整える」 ことです。あなたの夢を応援するからこそ、本気でアドバイスします。 「環境」とは何か、と言いますと勉強に対する周りの環境です。そのままですね笑 以下、具体的な環境づくりの方法を述べていきます。①〜⑤の中で、全てとは言わないですがなるべく実践することをお勧めします。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 《①部屋にスマホを持ち込まない》 【勉強時】 スマホは、部屋にあるだけで集中力を削ぎます。タイマーとして使うこともよくないです。ある研究で証明されてしまっています。 どうしてもというなら話は別ですが、音楽を聴きながらの勉強も基本避けましょう。 【睡眠時】 目覚まし時計として使うこともお勧めしません。朝起きた瞬間、手が届く位置にスマホを絶対おいてはいけません。 よく言われているのは、寝る90分前はスマホを避けることですね。部屋にそもそも持ち込まなければ達成可能です。 一度触ると、 時間の確認から天気の確認、それからsnsと連鎖していきます。朝10分間スマホを触らないだけで自然と勉強意欲は湧きます。 わかないなら、1分だけでいいので勉強することをおすすめします。 やる気は湧かせるものです、無理やり。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 《②寝る前に次の日スケジュールを立てる》 「朝起きて5分間でやること」 これを絶っっっ対に決めてから寝ることをお勧めします。朝が崩れると1日は崩れます。 寝る前に単語を勉強したのなら、その復習をしましょう。(ちなみに私はこの方法をお勧めしています) 5分間でやることを決めたら、次は 「明日一日での勉強時間」 の目標を決定しましょう。 その次は「勉強科目」ですね、どれにどれくらいの時間を割くか考えて、スケジュールを立てることをお勧めします。 目標がなければ、モチベーションは湧きません。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 《③周りの人間に目標を宣言する。》 「○○大学に合格する!」 「〇〇時間勉強する!」 と親や友達に伝えましょう。 これが、最も効果的且つ簡単です。しかし、多くの人は行いません。恥ずかしいからです。 まじでやってみてくださいよ!!!!! 人生変わりますよ!!!!ほんとに!!! これは飛ばしていいかなと思ったでしょう、本当にやってみてください、恥を捨てて!!!! 「こんなん意味ないって」 「効果あるわけないやん」 こう思ってませんか?それは目標を宣言しないためのあなたの口実にすぎません。恥ずかしいからしたくないだけですよね。こう考えれば、宣言する必要ありませんから。 ただぐっと恥を忍び、宣言してみてください。意味がない、効果がないと嘆くのはその後からでも可能です。 1番、なによりも重要です。①〜⑤の中で最も簡単で、最も効果があります。 少なくとも親の前で宣言すれば親の前でサボることはなくなります。 本当にお勧めしています。ぜひ、ぜひ。 どうせ3年後には皆あなたの宣言なぞ忘れてます。やってみてくださいね!!!! これはやるか迷った時点で本当にやってほしい ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 《④最低限ルールをきめる》 1日10秒は音読する。 1日一文は長文を読む。 と言ったように、自分が絶対にできるラインの最低限ルールを決めることをお勧めします。 ②の際にも書きましたが、やる気は勝手に湧いてくるものではないです。湧いても15日に一回くらいですよね。 行動した後から湧いてくるものと認識を改めてください。 1分勉強した後のあなたは、きっともっと勉強できるはずです。 (最悪できなくてもいいです、その最低限さえ守っていただければ。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ⑤ Not to doリストをつくる。 ①や②に通ずることですね。 To do リストを決めてやることを明確にすることも大切ですが、 「絶対にやらないこと」 を決めることもまた同様に大切です。 こちらは自分で決めてもらって結構です。 おすすめはやはり①で述べたことに関するものですね。 他にも、例えば 「電車でスマホを使わない」 「睡眠時間は絶対に6時間は確保する」 等ですね。 ちなみに勉強習慣のため睡眠時間にはあまり触れていませんが、6時間は必ず寝ることをお勧めします。それ以下で勉強しても本当に効率が悪いです。 例) 時間   × 効率     🟰 成果 12時間  × 1(6時間睡眠)🟰 12 15時間  × 0.5(5時間睡眠)🟰 7.5 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 勉強開始   12:00-13:00 お昼休憩         (眠かったら15分の仮眠は🙆‍♀️) それ以降は自分で考えて休憩を挟みながら勉強に励む。 ② 適度な運動をする。 運動とストレスや自律神経はとても密接な関係にあります。勉強時間を長く取るより、30分でも運動した方が効率があがります。 ③ 細かいことは気にしない。 浪人期は本当に不安で孤独でどうしたらいいかわからないと思います。 でもそんなことは気にせずに行きましょう。 浪人期は先の見えない低迷期ではなくて、 あなたの人生の可能性を広げてくれるとても明るい時期なのです。この時期の努力があなたの人生をこれからも照らし続けてくれる源になります。 大人になった時に、あの時期は1年間頑張れたな。だから今苦しいけど大丈夫と思える時が必ずきます。 暗いことなんて一個もない。 この時期を乗り越えて華々しくて明るい大学生活を楽しみましょう!! 補足 生活リズムは本当に大事なので、 もし本当に起きれない、寝れないなどあったら病院に行きましょう。 私も自律神経がおかしくなってそういう時期があり、漢方薬を処方してもらい飲んでいました。 お医者さんに起きれないのはあなたのせいではない。病気なのだから仕方ない。 直せばすぐに起きれるし、やる気も出てくるよと言われ信じて通い続けたら治りました。 自分のせいではないのだから頼れるものは頼っていこう! 睡眠について 眠れなくても目を瞑るだけで脳の8割から9割は休めることができると聞いたことがあります。眠れなかったら一旦目を瞑ってみるだけでも大丈夫🙆‍♀️ 昼寝について 15分がおすすめ。 それ以上はさらに眠くなるので🙅‍♀️ mb-1","children":"無理をせずに休んでください。\n体調が悪いとパフォーマンスはかなり落ちます。\nおそらく休むという行為に罪悪感や焦りを感じると思っていませんか?\nそんなことはありません。\n普段自分の出せる力を1とすると\n体調が悪い時の力は半分の0.5くらいです。\n0.5の力で10日間勉強をすると5の積み重ねが生まれます。\nしかし、5日間しっかり休んで体調を戻し、1の力で5日間勉強をしても同じ5の積み重ねになります。\nつまり体調悪い状態でダラダラやるよりも万全の体調でしっかりと取り組んだ方が効率がいいのです。\n体調を崩したら休む、これは基本です。\n体調が良くなるまで部活か勉強のどちらかを休む方がいいです。\n\n僕の話をします。\n僕は大学で週6の活動をしているガッツリ体育会の部活に入っています。\n1年生の年末の時に38度の熱を出しました。\nしかし部活が休める雰囲気ではなかったので、無理をして毎日筋トレをしていました。\n12月30日に頭痛と目眩と脱力感で死にそうになりながら筋トレをした後、京都から6時間かけて電車で実家に帰りました。\nそして熱を測ったところ39度まで上がっていました。\nこの熱は1月2日になるまで下がらずせっかくのお正月を病床に伏して過ごしました。\n死にそうになりながら思ったのは無理をしてはいけないということです。\n実際体調が悪い状態で筋トレをしても何の意味もないですし、更に体調を悪化させるだけでした。\nこのことがあったので僕は体調が悪い時は勇気を出して休むようにしました。\n\nちなみに僕は一人暮らしであまり栄養のある食事ができているとはいえません。\nしかし、最近は風邪や他の病気にもかかっていません。\n無理をせずに休むこと、1日7時間寝ている結果元気に過ごすことができています。\n\n結論として、一度しっかりと休息を取って体調を回復させてください。\nそして夜はしっかり寝てください。\n何もやらないというのはとても不安になると思います。\nしかしその不安が体調回復時のモチベーションに繋がります。\n本当に無理だけはしないように頑張ってくださいね。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"症状は違いますが、私も受験生時代に大きく体調を崩した経験があるので、答えさせていただきます。\n\n私は自粛中に全く勉強せず、そのまま夏休みになってしまいました。相変わらず一日3〜8時間くらいで過ごしていたので、夏休み最終日に、これではダメだと初めて実感しました。そこで9月から、肉体的にも精神的にも自分を追い込んで勉強を始めたところ、10月に完全に体調を崩し、病院に行ったら自律神経系だと言われました。そこから1ヶ月は何の参考書も進められず、最終的に完全な状態で受験に臨めたわけではなかったので、少しお話しできることはあるかもしれません。\n\nまず無理矢理勉強しようとするのはやめてください。よく言われることですが、30%の力で10時間勉強するより、3時間でいいから90%の力を出せた方が、最終的には自分の役に立ちます。私の場合は痛いというより怠さがありましたが、体調悪いなと感じたら諦めて寝ていました。意外とそっちの方がスッキリするかもしれません。\n\nまた、睡眠時間はしっかり取るようにしてください。これは体調に関わらず、ですが。8時間寝たとしても、うまくいけば12時間は勉強できます。コンディション面でも、その方が効率が良いはずです。\n本当に辛ければ、医療機関を受診した方がいいと思います。もともと通っていたところもあるでしょうが、精神面での支えが必要なら心療内科もたくさんあります。\n\n最後に、あまり追い込んだり自分を責めたりしすぎないことです。また\n体調崩した、いい加減にしてほしい、などと思わないでください。割り切るのは難しいですが、やっぱり受験のために体を壊すのは良くないです。受験生だからと気負いすぎず、辛い時は素直に休んでください。自分のことは大切にしてあげてください。\n\nなかなか勉強が進まず、苦しいときもあると思います。そういう時は周りの大人や友人に相談してください。オンライン上ではありますが、私たち回答者もどんどん頼ってください。身体面では大した役には立てないかもしれないですが、少しでも気持ちが楽になれればいいなと思います。\n\nあまりお役に立てず申し訳ないです。応援しています!\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"普通に思い浮かぶ優しい対処法と、荒療治の2種類をおすすめします。\n\n優しい対処法の方は、5時とか6時とか、これまでの起床時間よりも朝早く起きることです。\n早く起きることでいつもより時間を有効に使えそうな気持ちになって頑張れるかもしれません。\nまた、最近していないのであればメイクをしてみるとかもいいかもしれません。ビジュがいい時って気分上がるからね。\n\n荒療治は、1日まるっと勉強しない日を作ってしまうことです。焦る焦る焦る!!!!!\nでも、それで次の日からは頑張れる、という方法です。私も浪人していた時の直前期に、東大に受かった先輩がやってきてこれくらいの時期の思い出話をしてくれたのですが、丸一日何もしない日をこの時期に作った、というぶっ飛んだ話をされてびっくりしました。\n彼曰く、「オンオフの切り替えができないやつに受験はできない、一生懸命勉強するためには、休むことにも全力で向き合えるべきで、休むと決めたその日は丸一日絶対に、どんなにやりたくなっても、単語帳1ページたりとも開かない覚悟でやれ」とのことでした。\n流石に私にはそれをやる勇気はなかったけど、どうやら映画をみたり漫画を読んだりして1日過ごしてその彼はリフレッシュしていたそうです。\nどうかな、この荒療治合う人いるんだろうか、と思いますが、当時衝撃的だったので共有させていただきます。\nやれ、やらないととと言われるとやりたくなくなりますが、絶対やるなと言われるとやりたくなるのかもしれません。\n\nなんにせよ、勉強しても休んでても泣いても笑っても本番はやってきます。\nあとちょっと、がんばれ自分、と言い聞かせて頑張ってください!!!!\n応援しています!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
