1日10時間勉強することも結構大変だと思います。よく頑張られているのですね！質と量については誰もが一度は悩むことだと思います。私が意識していたことをお伝えしたいと思います。

1.時間ではなく、目標を意識して勉強計画を立てる
勉強時間を目標に勉強していくとどうしても辛い時があります。周りは十何時間も勉強しているのに自分は一桁時間だったなと思ってしまったり、現実的にどうしても時間を取ることができないのに無駄に悩んんだりしてしまいます。
それでは心身ともにダメージを受けます。時間ではなく、自分の目標から逆算して勉強内容を決めるのはどうでしょうか。私は模試の目標点数を決め、そこを一つのゴールとして勉強のモチベーションを保っていました。自分の弱点を明確に知り、今日はこの問題集をここまで何時間で終わらせる、午前中はこの教科書を読むなど、内容と時間を決めるといいと思います。時間だけ増やしてもダラダラ続けて、内容が薄くなるようでは体力だけ奪われてしまいます。それほど辛いことはないです、、！
内容と時間を決めて勉強していくうちに、自分がどのくらいの時間でどのくらいの量に取り組むことができるのか分かるようになってきます。この力は本番でも生きたような気がします。

2.リフレッシュを入れる
私の高3の4月時点の休日勉強時間はせいぜい1日7-8時間でした。私は家では勉強に集中できなかったので図書館で勉強していました。徒歩で家から20分の図書館だったため、移動に40分かかります。この時間をもったいないと思う人もいるかもしれませんが、私にとってこの移動時間はとてもいいリフレッシュの時間になっていました。授業が無くなってからも片道1時間かかる学校に毎日登校し、一日中学校で勉強していました。移動時間を考えると12時間なんて勉強に割くことはできませんでした。しかし、ダラダラと同じ場所で勉強するよりも集中できていた気がします。移動時間をリフレッシュにして集中力を保っていくのもおすすめです。

3.私の勉強時間
先程も少し触れましたが、私の勉強時間は他の人と比べると多い方では無かったと思います。4月から7月は体育祭や文化祭の準備もあったため、土日といえ、10時間に達したことはありません。夏休みも毎日文化祭の劇の準備をしていたので、一番長く勉強した日で9時間でした。文化祭が終わった9月頃からはその分お昼休みも返上で勉強時間を確保し、やっと10時間になったかなくらいです。今10時間も時間を取り、集中できているのであれば十分すぎるくらいだと思います。焦らなくて大丈夫です！もしどうしようも無く焦ってしまい、心が辛くなるのであれば、一度、勉強時間ではなく、勉強内容を確認してみるのはいかがでしょうか。2:["$","main",null,{"className":"px-4 徹夜はあまり効率が良くないです。\nなぜならば、翌日の勉強効率が落ち、しっかりと寝た場合と比較して、勉強時間は増えますが、勉強量や定着率は同じ、もしくは徹夜の方が低くなる、という事が考えられるからです。\n\n学校がある日で15時間というのは、正直言ってかなり厳しいです。\nそのために、勉強時間を確保する事は当然必要ですが、ここからは必要な勉強時間を減らす（勉強を効率化する）ことが必要になります。\n\nいくつか具体的な方法を挙げます。\nまず、机に向かって暗記をする時間、というのは無くしていきたいです。\n・朝起きて布団出る前\n・移動中\n・ちょっとしたスキマ時間\nこのような時間で、英単語、無機などの暗記を進めます。\n\n出来る問題を解く時間は減らしたいです。\n・パッと見て、解答が”完全に”イメージ出来るもの　はガンガン飛ばす\n・出来ない問題には印をつけて、出来ない問題を優先的に勉強する\n※ 「出来ると思い込んで飛ばす。結果、模試やテストで見た事あるけど解けない」というパターンが一番の危険です。これだけは注意してください。\n\nといったような事で、必要な勉強時間を減らして、勉強の効率化をしていくしかないと思います。\n\n個人的には、賭け のような要素が強くなるので、推奨はしないのですが、秋以降 慶應大の対策に本当に力を入れて、専用の対策に多くの時間を割く事で、同レベルの他大の合格率は下がりますが（幅広い勉強の時間が減るため）、慶應大の合格率は上げる mb-1","children":"初めまして。受験生との対話を重ねてきて思うのですが、どうも時間にとらわれている人が多い気がします。恐らく受験情報誌の「合格した先輩の声」みたいな欄によく「10時間以上やりました」などと書いてあるのが原因でしょうが、それを見て「よし自分も10時間やろう」と安直に考えるのは二流です。情報誌に乗るような先輩達は凄いです。でもその先輩達が本当に凄いのは、10時間勉強した事自体ではなく、それを最後まで「継続した」事です。普段から長時間勉強の経験を積んでいない人が、どうしていきなり10時間も出来るようになるでしょうか？何より大切なのは、単発でドカッとやるのではなく、小出しでも良いので続ける事です。自分が集中出来る時間だけ勉強する。それを毎日実践して初めて、「もう少しやってみよう」と思えるようになります。こうして段々と10時間に近付いていくのです。受験はこの積み重ねだと考えて下さい。\n 他方「1週間のトータルが多ければ良いのでは？」という疑問もあるかも知れませんが、それは間違いです。少ない時間でも毎日勉強を「続ける」目的、それは安定したコンディションで本番に臨むことです。「調子が良い日」と「悪い日」があっては、本番が「悪い日」に被った時大変です。でも毎日同じくらい勉強していれば、コンディションのブレも減らせるはずです。\n mb-1","children":"結論としてはスマホやテレビをご自身の手の届かないところに置くのがいいでしょう。私自身受験の時はスマホを親に買ってもらえずにいたので自分の意思とは無関係にその状態になっていたのですが、大学生になってスマホがいかに人の集中を妨げるかと言ったことを身をもって痛感しました。また、自分より頭の良かった人も受験時代にスマホに溺れたことで東大、一橋などの第一志望に落ちている姿が散見されました。\n具体的にどのようにスマホなどを遠ざけるかということですが、親に預かってもらう、塾の自習室などでの勉強を基本とし、スマホ、テレビにアクセスできない環境に身を置くなどすれば良いのではと思います。\n便利なツールを手放すのは大変だとは思いますが残り短い受験期間を一区切りと考え、モチベーションを維持しましょう。頑張ってください。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"確かに集中力がすごくあるなら休憩なくてもいいと思います。しかし僕の場合はそうではありませんでした。だから休憩はしっかりと取って、ストレスがたまってしまわないように努めました。具体的に説明すると、僕が勉強していたのは9時から21時までで、そのうち1時間くらいはご飯休憩に使っていました。ご飯をゆっくり食べてリラックスしたりもできるので、お昼の食べる時間すら削ってしまうのは良くないと思います。その他にも、お昼寝に1時間ほど使っていました。1時間と言ってもぶっ通しで寝てたわけじゃなくて、2〜30分の睡眠を2度取っていました。昼寝は脳内の情報処理をしたりする時間だし、眠気を飛ばす役目にもなっていたので結構オススメです。お昼寝のコツとしては寝る前に暗記系の科目の勉強をやって起きた直後にその復習をすることです。あともう１つ忘れてはいけないのが寝る時間は絶対に30分を超えないようにしてください。人は30分を超えると眠りが深くなってしまうので、25分くらいのお昼寝がベストです。あとは疲れた時に軽くスマホをいじっていました。しかし、このスマホをいじるという行為はストレス解消にはなりますが手放せなくなると勉強が全くできなくなります。よってこの諸刃の剣は、切り替えがきちんとできる人だけに許される休憩です。\n\n以上のことをまとめると9時から21時までの12時間のうち、ご飯1時間・昼寝1時間・休憩1時間の3時間ほどは休憩していました。つまり勉強時間は9時間ですね。一生懸命やることもいいと思いますが、適度な息抜きも大切ですので心に留めておいてください。みなさんの合格を祈っています。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
