まず1番よくやっていたのが散歩がてら外のお店に買い物に行くことです!私は児童館の自習室で勉強していたんですが、お弁当を食べたあとに友達と近くの薬の福太郎に何か買い物に行ってました笑\nほんとにどうしようもなく眠い時はモンスターとかレッドブルを買って、ちょっと眠いときはコーヒーとか買って、元気な日は炭酸で安くなってるやつ買ってました!散歩で目を覚ます&飲み物で目を覚ますのダブルパンチで眠気覚ましにしてました!\n\n それでもまた夕方ごろから眠くなるときってあるんですよね、、。そういうときは河野玄斗の15分のタイマー動画がYouTubeに上がってたのでそれで寝てました。プラシーボ効果かもしれないけどなんとなくiPhoneのアラームで15分寝るより疲れ取れてた気がします!\n\n あとは児童館だったので卓球で遊んだりとかもできてよく卓球してましたね!たまにモンスターかけて試合してたときは盛り上がるので眠気覚めるし、シンプルにモンスターをお供に勉強できてよかったです!まあ毎日やると金欠で死んじゃうんですけどね笑\n\n まあとにかく体を動かすのってけっこう大事な気がします。体が固まらずに済むし、血行がよくなって脳も活発化するそうですし。こんな感じで私は睡魔と戦ってました!\n\n ただそもそも論としてちゃんと夜は寝た方がいいですよ絶対!私の場合は7時間くらいは寝ないと夜全く集中できなくて疲れも蓄積していって、、、といった感じで悪循環に陥ってしまっていたので夜ちゃんと寝るようにしましょうね!おすすめは11時寝6時起きです😁\n\n mb-1","children":"こんにちは!\n\n回答にならないかもですが結論から言うと昼寝した方がいいかなと思います!!\n\n自分も日中に眠くなってしまう質問者さんの気持ちがすごくよくわかります!なぜなら自分も受験生の時6時間半くらいしか寝てなくて必ず午後には眠気がきてしまいました。\nそこでまず自分が考えたのは昼ごはんをあまり食べないことです。どうしてもお腹いっぱいになると眠くなってしまうので昼ごはんは炭水化物を少なめにして少し空腹ぐらいで午後も勉強するようにしてました。\n\nそれでも眠い時はもう逆に自分は少し寝てました。ただベッドで寝てしまうとそのあともダラダラしてしまうので机に座って10分くらい突っ伏して寝ると意外と体がスッキリします。正直自分はこうでもしないと眠気はなくなりませんでした。一番最悪なのはずっと眠気とたたかって勉強も進まずに眠いままになるということです。とにかく眠気をしっかりとった上で勉強したほうが効率が上がると思うので少しでも昼寝をしてみるといいと思います!!\n\n参考になれば幸いです!!また、いつでも何か聞きたければこちらのコメントでお答えするのでお気軽にどうぞ!(答えられる範囲で答えます!)\n\nまた、UniLink mb-1","children":"早稲田文学部のぷらんたんと申します。\n\nわたしも寝るつもりがないのについ授業中や勉強中にうとうとしてしまいました。\n\nなぜ眠気が来てしまうか、1度考えてみました。\n\nわたしの場合は\n①睡眠不足\n②授業や勉強に対して受け身になっている\n③手を動かさずに勉強している\n④わからないと思っている\n\nこの4パターンでした。\n\n①はしっかり睡眠時間を確保すること\n時間だけでなく質を高めること(同じ6時間でも0時前に寝るときとそれ以降に寝る時は眠気が違いました)\n休みの日の夜更かしをしないなど、睡眠のリズムを変えないこと、で解消されました。\n\n②は先生の話を聞いている、教科書をぼーっと眺めているなど、自分が主体的に勉強していないときに眠くなると気が付きました。\n授業も、この授業でなにを学べるか?この時間で習ったことを完全に理解する!という目標を決めると眠くなりにくくなりました。\n\n③は、②とも共通していますが、手を動かさないと眠くなるんですよね。板書も写すだけだと眠くなるので、理解しながら書く、先生の言うことをメモするなどして手を動かすことを意識していました。\n教科書を読むときもただ読むと眠くなるので、立って読んだり、音読にしたり、体を使うように心がけました。\n\n④これが1番厄介なんですが、わからないと眠くなりました。寝てしまってさらにわからなくなるという悪循環も起こりました。\n授業の場合は内容に目を通すくらいでいいので予習をするとよかったです。\n自習の場合は問題演習をうまく織り込むことでどこがわからないのかはっきりして、集中してインプットすることができました。\n\n\nまずは、自分がどんなときに眠くなってしまうのか1度考えてみるといいと思います!\n\n長文失礼致しました。\nなにか参考になれば幸いです。\n\n頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n\n勉強の眠気に関してということですが、僕もよく勉強中に眠気に襲われていました。\n\n睡眠に関して、まず根本的なことなのですが、睡眠時間と起床時間は固定するようにしましょう。\nその二つがバラついていると体内時計が安定しないため、昼などに眠くなってしまうからです。\n理想だと7時間は寝たいところです。\n\nその次に、それでも眠くなった場合についてです。\n僕も布団で寝てしまうと、決めた時間より長く寝てしまうため困っていた時期がありました。\nなので僕は机に突っ伏して授業中に寝るような形で寝るようにしていました。\nあと、15分以内で仮眠をとるとすっきり起きられるということを聞いたことがあったので、仮眠は10〜15分でとるようにしていました。\n\nそれでも眠いと感じる場合は、エナジードリンクの力を借りていました。\nただ、エナジードリンクだけでなくコンビニの100円コーヒーでも効果はあるので、お金がない場合はそれで対応するといいと思います。\n\n参考になれば幸いです。\n頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"まず、夜の睡眠時間は必ず6〜7時間は取りましょう。必ずです。それが出来ていないと勉強の効率は大きく下がります。\nそして朝ご飯昼ご飯夜ご飯と全てしっかりと摂りましょう。これは量ではなくて、栄養バランスやタイミングなどをしっかりと、という意味です。食事によってリズムを整えることで日中は起きて夜に眠る時間だけ眠るというサイクルが確立できます。\nまたお昼を食べた後に20分間の昼寝をする事で午後の集中力がぐんと上がります。20分間以上でも以下でもダメです。\nどうしても眠い時にはミント系のガムやタブレットを口にしたり、エナジードリンクに頼ったりという方法の他にも軽くストレッチをすることで血流が良くなり眠気が覚めます。目薬をさすのもおすすめです。\nまた、勉強している部屋の気温は少しだけ低め(23度ほど)が1番効率の良い状態と言われています。少しでもあったかいと感じる状態では眠気が襲ってきます。\n\n色々と自分にあった方法を試行錯誤してみてください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"眠くなる理由には、単に睡眠時間不足と、糖分などの栄養不足というものがよく当てはまります。まずは睡眠時間をたっぷり確保し、朝ごはんをしっかり食べてください。\n\nそして、ひとつ質問したいことがあります。毎日、眠くなるまで起きていませんか?中学生以降になるとこのような生活が当たり前になっているかもしれません。しかし、本当は眠気を感じなくても毎日決まった時間に寝ることが大切です。私も今は大学生活を送っていますが、不規則になりがちです。そのような時は眠気に関わらず、必ず寝る時間を決めてその時間になったら寝るようにしています。そうすると次の日の目覚めが良く、朝から活発に活動できるようになります。\n\nさらに、朝ごはんを食べることも重要です。朝ごはんは必要無いと思うかもしませんが、頭を使うには必ずと言っていいほど栄養がいります。そんな時に朝ごはんを食べていなければ、頭が働かずに何もすることができません。受験生になると時間の無駄や効率を気にするようになると思いますが、朝ごはんを食べないことは非常に効率の悪いことです。頭が最善の力を発揮できない中で、午前中に勉強してもあまり良い効果は期待できません。一生懸命勉強しているかもしれませんが、朝ごはんを食べずにいると朝の勉強時間を無駄にしていることになります。これほど勿体ないことはありません。ぜひ朝ごはんをしっかり食べてください。\n\n最後に、眠くなくても決まった時間に寝ること、朝ごはんを必ず食べることを意識して生活リズムを整えてください。最初は大変だとは思いますが、慣れると楽です。応援してます!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
