1b:T124e, 自分は慶應で、今「浪人について」のところをチラっと見ただけなので、またその他は他の先輩に きいてみてください。  私は一浪しても志望校に行けずに他大にいって、そこで勉強を進めるなかで新しい環境(慶應文)で学びたいという気概が湧いて、そのまま再受験したの実質二浪です。自分のやりたいことをつきつめた結果の二浪です。ですから後悔なんてさらさらありません。 多くの人にとって浪人は何となくよくないイメージがあるかも知れませんが、たとえば浪人して日本人特有の同調圧力に屈した一方通行的なみんな同じ方向向いていく感じのキャリアというか人生のレールを外れることは、めちゃくちゃ私個人にとっては有意義でした。何にも怖くなくなりました。今、慶應では自分が二年ずれていることもあり、先輩ともそれほど心理的障壁がなく、よき友達として授業や課外活動で親しくしています。そのほか、もう何にも怖くない(笑)ので、あるいはどうせ 人生のレールをいったんはずれた経験をしてこれがなかなか気持ちよかったので、学校でいろいろ実験的な活動を自分からしています。例えば、サークルを立ち上げてみたり、ライブハウスと一緒に、 ライブハウスという異空間で大学の講義を社会にひらいたらどうなるかとかの企画、また、 私は地方の出身ですので、慶應にでてきて上京して、地方ならではの良さとか個性にもきづかされま した。よって地方創生の活動を色々やったり。後は、小説なんかも書いて文学賞に応募りようとした り、とにかく浪人を経験した人は他をみていても、「本当に自分がやりたいことはなになのか」に 一、二年間の放浪生活を経て向き合ってきた分、挑戦的な人が多いです。また、こうやって 挑戦を失敗おそれず(浪人という一種の失敗を経験しているのでそこそこの失敗とかリスクはどう ってことないです)、「バッターボックス」にたつ回数が増えるので、結果的に「ホームラン」すな わち成功する確率が高いです。その分失敗も経験しますが、自分できちんと修正して切り替えて どんどん好きなことに挑戦するのです。これは浪人を経て培った行動力です。こんなものが浪人して 一度社会からの決まりきったかたいかたいレールから一度はなれて所属を失うことで得られます。 本当に宝物です。  具体的に予備校や塾に顔を出すなら、そこのコミュニティで新しい発見もあるでしょうし、これは ストレートで合格した人には経験できないものです。人生100年のたった一年、この浪人生活が 経験できることは本当に喜ばしいことと思っていいと思います。ものは考えようですから、自分なり によく考えて(自分がやりたいことは何なのかをよくよく吟味して、考えて)、貴重な体験を 充実させてください。  今初めての経験にとまどって、なかなか感情が整理できずにあるいは考えがまとまらず、不安も 大きいと思います。私もそうでしたから。一浪のすえ第一志望の国立大学にすべったときは、 リビングのこたつで打ち上げられたセイウチみたいにひれ伏してましたよ。一日中。 それでも普通に受かっていたらしぬまで経験できなかった経験が今できているこの貴重な貴重な 経験をかみしめて、今好きなことに没頭できています。 ご自身と向き合う機会です。自分の行きたい大学を見据えて合格に向けて勉強する生活を基礎地 のフォーマットにして、前に進んでください。他人との比較ではなく、自分自身と向き合って。 ちょっとフワッとしたところを語ったので、明らかに回答不十分ですが、本当に思うところです。 考え方としてこんなところもあります(笑)。 浪人生活ですが、身体を積極的に動かしてくださいね。運動沢山して、一年後の大学生活を楽しみに mb-1","children":"これは多くの受験生が悩みますよね。\n僕も受験生時代は不眠症に悩まされていました。大学生となった今でも嘘かのように秒で眠りにつきます。\n自分なりに当時の不眠症を分析して解決策を考えたので聞いてください。\n\nお話した通り、受験生時代は不眠症で2時間、3時間経ってようやく眠りにつくことも多かったです。それが今ではほんの数分です。\n今と受験生時代に違うことは、体の疲れ具合が違ったことが一番大きかったと思います。\n今は毎日外に出て歩きますし、人と話したり常になにか活動しています。\n質問者さんは浪人生なので同じだと思いますが、受験生はそこまで活動範囲も広くなく運動量も少ないためあまり疲れません。\n特に浪人生はそうです。\nなにが言いたいかというと、眠りに早くつくには体が疲れていることが必須です。\n僕は浪人時代も15時間くらい勉強した日(本気で勉強できた日)は体の疲れが半端なくてすぐに寝れました。\nだからそれくらいの勉強量をこなす。が1つの解決策です。\n勉強に対する姿勢が本気だと、体は自然と疲れてしまいました。\n勉強がたくさんできて早く寝れるって最高ですよね。\n\nもう一つは昼寝をあまりしない。浪人生時代は昼寝をたくさんしていたので眠りにくくなっていたのかと思います。\n20分以上の睡眠はかなり影響するらしいです。これを超える昼寝はやめましょう。\nあとは16時以降は一切仮眠を取らないこともポイントです。\n本当に眠たいときは5分程度の仮眠に抑えましょう。\nあとは睡眠サイクルを維持し、運動を適宜行うことです。\n運動すると脳にも刺激を与えますし、体が疲れて寝れるしいいこと尽くめだと思います。\n運動もしてください。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"まったく同じような経験をしました。\n\nそこで僕は夏に入る前に3つの決断をしました。\n・スマホを捨てること\n・健康的でいること\n・昼食を摂らないこと\nです。\n\n\n・スマホを捨てることですが、正確には受験が終わるまで親に預かってもらっていました。スマホがあるとどうしても触ってしまいます。確かに勉強について何か調べることもありますが、試験範囲はネットでは参考書なので。参考書の中から調べるか、その中の知識で理解しました。\n連絡手段なんてなくても半年くらいなんてことありませんでした。\n\n・健康的でいることとは適度な運動です。私も毎日開館から閉館まで予備校で勉強していました。そこで16時過ぎくらいから近所の高校生が自習室に入って来て、物凄い集中力で勉強しているのを見て自分が知らず知らずの内に競争心をなくし非効率的な学習をしている不安に駆られました。\nそこで2時間早く閉館する日曜はジョギングをし、視界に入った人は全員抜くという競争心煽りマラソンをしていました。この頃から自分で自分に適した参考書や勉強法を選べるようになったと思います。\n\n・昼食を摂らないこと。これについては賛否両論あると思うので本当に一例として見て欲しいです。13時頃と18時頃の自習室での浪人生の居眠り率が半端ではないと自分で思っていて、周りと差をつけるためにここで集中したかったので、色々と考えた挙句、1日2食になりました。昼食時間も勉強できるので圧倒的成長です。適宜ガムやチョコは食べていました。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
