mb-1","children":"まず気になったのは、何時に寝ているのでしょうか?\n早寝早起きで勉強している場合は、良いのですが、睡眠時間を削って勉強している場合は、体調を崩しやすくなったり、勉強の効率が落ちていくので、オススメできません。基本的には【6】時間以上は寝ることをオススメします。\n特に、疲れが溜まっているのが原因とのことなので、睡眠時間を増やす判断が的確かと思います。\n\n次に、疲れた時にどう勉強を頑張るかについてです。\n私がとっていた手段をいくつか紹介します。\n⑴変わったところで勉強する\n⑵時間を計って演習をする\n以上2つのどちらかを使っていました。\n⑴暗記物などをやらなければいけない時は、そこそこ人通りはあるが勉強する場所ではない学校スペースで勉強していました。(多目的スペースのような場所でやっていました。)もし異常な場所で勉強をしていれば、他人から見たら、受験生だし勉強頑張ってるなぁと思われますが、寝てたら本当に変人だと思われます。そのリスクを自分に与えて、無理矢理勉強させていました。\n⑵演習系は時間を計って解くようにしていました。過去問の演習もオススメです。時間に追い立てられれば、疲れていてもやらざるを得ません。また、受験本番も緊張して、どうせ絶好調な状態では解けないから、通常の演習であれば、疲れている中でやってもいい点数を取れるようにならなければならない。と考えていました!\n\nP.S.\nお身体に気をつけて頑張ってください!応援しています!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"眠気に関して\n高二で部活後にそれだけ頑張ろうとしている姿勢だけでまず、なかなか偉いと思います。正直、強い眠気には誰も勝てません。高二であれば、寝る時はしっかり寝た方が効率的かと思います。高三になれば部活はなくなるので、その悩みは確実に解決されます。であれば高二のうちは、あまりに眠い時はしっかり1~2時間寝た方がよいでしょう。強いて言うなら、私は数学をやるのが1番眠くなりませんでした。\n求めている解答とずれているかもしれません、すみません。\n\n集中力に関して\n人間の集中力の最大は1時間もないと言われています。自習室がどんな環境であるか分からないので一概には言えませんが、とりあえず50分やったら10分休憩くらいのペースで休憩を挟むといいと思います。ずっと集中なんてどうせできないので、休憩を悪とせずに、スマホをいじってもいいし、ふらふらお散歩をしてもいいし、したいことをする時間にしてください。そうすれば意外と1日勉強してられます。休憩が多いように感じるかもしれませんが、これを1日やってれば10時間は勉強できます。受験生でもそんなもんなので高二であればかなり十分ですし、受験期でもこの方法は結構いいと思います。\n\n休日というのがどんな休日かが分かりませんが、夜ご飯の後はもう疲れているのでお風呂に入って、準備などをして、少しだけ勉強すればいいと思います。英単語を15個覚える、や数学の問題を2問解く、など自分で必ずのノルマを決めそれだけこなすようにすればそこまで苦痛ではありません。もちろん1日遊んでいた休日であれば話は多少変わりますが、部活や勉強を頑張った1日なら、夜ご飯以降はゆっくり休んでいいと思います。高二から精神的に疲れてしまっては、受験期を乗り越えられないので。\n\n\n全体的に、質問者さんの意図とずれてしまったのではないかと思うところではありますが、思ったことを書いたので参考になれば嬉しいです。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex さん、起きようとしていてとても偉いですね。では、如何にしたらなるべく勉強中に眠気を除くことができるのか、アドバイスをしていきます!\n\nその前にまず、高校1年生の時期というのは成長期真っ定中であって、身体が十分な睡眠を必要としているということを頭に入れておいて下さい。つまり、その年齢で勉強中に眠たくなるのはよくあることだということです。\n\n①20分仮眠をとる。\nはい、これは眠たければ眠ればいいという単純な解決策です。20分仮眠を取れば頭がスッキリして勉強に集中できるはずです。ただし気をつけて欲しいのが20分以上の仮眠は取らないで下さいということです。\n\n②部屋の温度を低くする。\n暖かければ眠くなります。少し部屋の温度を下げることで眠気が抑えられるはずです。\n\n③カフェインを取る。\nコーヒーやエナジードリンクなどに含まれるカフェインを取ると脳が活性化されて眠くなりにくくなります。ここで私がお勧めするのがカフェイン入りのガムを噛むことです。実際私はカフェインを含むガムを噛むことで眠気を抑えています。カフェイン入りのガムを噛むことはカフェインを摂取することの他に噛むことで頭を刺激することができます。\n\n④目標を定める。\n勉強は長時間やればやるほど、集中力が低下してきます。学校の授業が50分であるのもその為です。おすすめの勉強方法としては25分勉強をして、5分休むというサイクルを繰り返すものです。これならば、25分間集中して勉強に取り組むことができて効率が非常によくなります。勉強は量も大切ですが、質も同じくらい大事なのです。で、その25分間は目標を決めてやって下さい。(この25分間でここまでやるなど)目標を作ることで、集中力が上がって眠くなりにくくなります。\n\n(⑤)炭水化物を摂りすぎない。食べすぎない。\nこれは有名でご存じかと思いますが、食べたあとは血液が胃に集中して流れる為、脳に回る血液の量、すなわち酸素の量が減って眠たくなります。食べ過ぎない、これにも注意をして下さい。\n\n以上の5つを紹介させて頂きました。如何でしょうか。これらを是非実践してみて下さい。\n\nまた何か疑問などがありましたら、気軽に聞いて下さいね♪\n\nそして受験、頑張ってください!\n応援しています📣"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"確かに集中力がすごくあるなら休憩なくてもいいと思います。しかし僕の場合はそうではありませんでした。だから休憩はしっかりと取って、ストレスがたまってしまわないように努めました。具体的に説明すると、僕が勉強していたのは9時から21時までで、そのうち1時間くらいはご飯休憩に使っていました。ご飯をゆっくり食べてリラックスしたりもできるので、お昼の食べる時間すら削ってしまうのは良くないと思います。その他にも、お昼寝に1時間ほど使っていました。1時間と言ってもぶっ通しで寝てたわけじゃなくて、2〜30分の睡眠を2度取っていました。昼寝は脳内の情報処理をしたりする時間だし、眠気を飛ばす役目にもなっていたので結構オススメです。お昼寝のコツとしては寝る前に暗記系の科目の勉強をやって起きた直後にその復習をすることです。あともう1つ忘れてはいけないのが寝る時間は絶対に30分を超えないようにしてください。人は30分を超えると眠りが深くなってしまうので、25分くらいのお昼寝がベストです。あとは疲れた時に軽くスマホをいじっていました。しかし、このスマホをいじるという行為はストレス解消にはなりますが手放せなくなると勉強が全くできなくなります。よってこの諸刃の剣は、切り替えがきちんとできる人だけに許される休憩です。\n\n以上のことをまとめると9時から21時までの12時間のうち、ご飯1時間・昼寝1時間・休憩1時間の3時間ほどは休憩していました。つまり勉強時間は9時間ですね。一生懸命やることもいいと思いますが、適度な息抜きも大切ですので心に留めておいてください。みなさんの合格を祈っています。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"まず睡眠時間を十分確保しているか確認してください。必要な睡眠時間は個人によって違います。8時間必要な人も多いです。更に規則正しい就寝時間・起床時間を心がけてください。夜型・朝型など個人差はありますが、23時に寝るなら必ず23時頃、2時に寝るなら必ず2時頃に寝るようにすると良いです。\n\n次に、部活などで疲れ切っている場合、思い切って、勉強に取り組まずにすぐに寝てしまうのもありです。睡眠時間が足りているなら(そして睡眠の質も十分なら)朝早く起きれるはずです。\n\nここでおすすめなのが、sleep betterなどの睡眠計測アプリです。振動を拾うことでレム睡眠とノンレム睡眠の周期を記録してくれて、一番眠りの浅い時にアラームを鳴らしてくれます。私はこれでかなりすっきり起きることができました。\n\nそれから、夜勉強する場合のアドバイスを少しだけ書きます。\n食後は眠くなるので食事の前に勉強してみるのもいいかもしれません。\nまた、その場しのぎの方法ですが目薬を点したりミンティアなどを口に入れると少しは目が覚めます。\n\nただし、勉強した後にちゃんと寝る必要があるので夜の勉強のためにカフェインを飲むのはおすすめできません。(睡眠の質が落ちます)"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex 8:30〜9:00〜10:30\n③昼食後の眠気が飛んだ15:30〜16:30あたり\n④午後の最後の一踏ん張りが効きやすい18:00〜18:30〜19:00\n⑤夕食も風呂も終わった後の小1時間は軽い勉強ならOK\n→ここで集中して量を稼ぎたい。理数の重たいやつとか英語長文\n\n逆に集中できないタイミング\n①食後は基本全てキツい\n②朝飯ブーストの切れてくる11:00〜12:30あたり\n③昼食後の13:00〜14:30あたりはどうしてもボーッなりがち\n④午後の疲れが来る17時前後あたり\n⑤夜は基本的に重たい勉強するとすぐ眠くなる\n→ここは上手く科目変えながら凌ぐ。理系なら社会をやって気分転換したり、音楽少し聴いたり、身体動かしたり、少し仮眠したりなどなど、工夫しよう。単語はこのタイミングで、スマホ見るくらいのノリで見る。単語帳はあくまで補助的な勉強でメインではないから集中してやるんじゃなくていい。\n\nこんなところでしょうか。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。東京科学大工学院のプロトンです。\n私も勉強中眠くなっちゃう時はありました。昨日ちゃんと早めに寝たはずなのに、ふと睡魔が襲ってきます。\n\n人の集中力の限界は90分と言われていますが、実際に集中力が持続するのは20分くらいです。そりゃあ20分勉強すれば眠くなるのも無理はありません。苦手かつつまらない科目なら尚更です。\n\nそんな中、集中力を保つためにいろいろと努力した結果、合格に繋がりました。今回はその中でも効果的だった方法をご紹介します。\n\n〈具体的にやる内容と時間を決める〉\n私の場合、25分刻みでスケジュールを立てていました。25分勉強したら5分休むというサイクルで、休日は特に集中力を切らさずにできたので、一度実践してみることをおすすめします。\n勉強を開始する前に、「この25分でワークのp.25~p.28を解くぞ!」と、ページ数等の目標を設定します。目標は、易しい目標の方が続きやすいです。25分終わったら、どこまで解き終わったか、目標達成できたか確認したら5分休憩です。休憩の時にはスマホは控えましょう。スマホを触ると勉強に戻るのが大変な上、目が疲れてしまうので眠くなる原因にもなります。勉強中はスマホは電源を切ってしまっておきましょう。\n\n〈波の音を聴きながら勉強〉\n波の音には、集中力を高める効果があります。実は、波の音には超音波(人間の耳では聞き取れない周波数の音)が含まれており、その超音波が人間の脳にはたらきかけて、アルファ波という癒しの効果がある脳波が出る仕組みになっています。\nイヤホンしながら勉強は良くないとされていますが、それは邦楽などの歌詞のある曲の場合です。BGMとして聴く分には問題ないと私は思います。\n\n〈休憩では甘いものを補給する〉\n勉強するとブドウ糖が使われて糖が不足します。糖が不足すると、脳の動きが鈍くなって眠くなったり、集中力が無くなってしまいます。そこで、甘いものを補給することで糖を補うということです。\n\n私はよくひとくちラムネを食べてました。小さいので全く罪悪感無く食べれますし、ブドウ糖をそのまま食べているようなもんなので、効果大です。\n\n以上、私が実践していた集中力を保つ方法をご紹介しましたが、集中力を保つ方法は人によって合う合わないがあると思います。\nこれを1つの参考に実践していただき、自分に合いそうなものを取り入れて貰えればと思います。\n応援しています!!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
