1b:Td95,私は予備校でアルバイトをしながら、仮面浪人（同志社大→大阪大）をしました。 まず、私は浪人生が適度にアルバイトをするのは賛成です。理由は、勉強ばかりでは息が詰まってしまうと思うからです。 では以下で具体的に私の仮面浪人時の生活を書かせていただきます。 生活スタイル： 私は休学せずに仮面浪人をしました。 そのため、同志社大で授業があり、予備校には通えませんでしたので、参考書で受験勉強をして試験に挑みました。 また、アルバイトは予備校のチューターをしておりました。（基本週１回6h勤務） 浪人した理由、勉強法： 仮面浪人を決めたのはゴールデンウィーク明け頃でした。（大阪大の得点開示がこの時期です。） まず、なぜ自分は落ちてしまったのかを考えました。 例えば英語は思ったよりも取れていませんでしたので、英語の何がいけなかったかについて自身で考えてみました。 構文をしっかり覚えきれていなかった点、和文英訳で典型的な表現を覚えきれていなかった点などが挙げられました。 次にそこの対策用の問題集をYouTubeなどの情報を参考にしながら購入し、問題集の内容をインプットしていきました。（具体的には、『基礎英文解釈の技術 100』や『英作文ハイパートレーニング』などを使用） その問題集が完璧になってきたら、演習の問題集でどの程度できるようになっているかを確かめました。（『英文和訳演習 中級編』などを使用） そして、『世界一わかりやすい 阪大の英語』や予備校の模試、過去問を使用して阪大の対策に特化しました。 また数学は応用レベルの典型問題が不十分だったので、標準問題精講をしました。 予備校に通われるのでしたら、授業は必要最小限に抑えるか、もしくは宅浪を考えてもよいのではないかなと考えます。 予備校で浪人するよりも、自宅で浪人したほうがかかるお金が少なくなるので、授業料の支払いが大変な場合はおすすめです。 また、宅浪は予定を自身に合わせやすい一方、予備校に通うとその時間帯が縛られてしまいますのでこの点もおすすめです。 アルバイトについて： アルバイトは受験勉強のリフレッシュ的な立ち位置となってくれるようなものを探すのがおすすめです。 このため週1 or 2 が望ましいと考えます。（特に直前期は週1でも多いので、休ませてもらうか辞めましょう。僕は高三生を担当しておりましたので、直前に先生が変わるのは受験生の立場だったら嫌だなと思い、面談のために行っていましたが、12月から3時間勤務にしていただきました。） 体力を使い果たして受験勉強できなくなってしまっては、何をしているのかということになってしまいますので、勉強にあまり影響を与えない点にはくれぐれも留意しながら探してください。 ご家庭の事情はさまざまあると思いますので、参考になれば幸いです。 応援しています！！1d:Tddc,こんにちは！自分は一浪で早稲田に入ってから仮面浪人で東大に入った者です。僕の場合は理系で二浪目だったので少し参考になりにくい部分有りましたら申し訳ないですが、早速質問に答えさせて頂きます。 1、バイトはしてませんでした。もちろん仮面浪人するのでしたら、金銭的な事情等で必要がなければしなくていいでしょう。大体のバイトは最低でも週2くらいはシフト入らされるとこが多くて結構時間と体力取られるので、どうしてもやるなら単発系がいいんじゃないかと思います。友達とか先輩に聞いてみて楽なのあったらやってみてもいいかもです。 2、大学の勉強時間が、必修落とさず仮面に失敗して進級することになったとしても困らない程度授業を取って1日5〜7時間（授業時間と課題も合わせて）くらいは取られるイメージでした。学部にも依りますし本当に進級のために最低限取るだけならもう少し時間減らせるかもしれません。 　　受験のための勉強は学校がある日は2、3時間で土日は5〜10時間くらいでしたね。自分の場合はかなりバラバラで時間をそこまで意識してなかったです。 　　夏休みが2ヶ月くらいあると思うのでそこが勝負です！さすがに夏休みはしっかり勉強してました。 3、自分の場合は受けませんでした。純粋に時間とお金を節約したかったことと、二浪目なのもあって試験の雰囲気とか緊張感には慣れてたからです。試験本番の雰囲気とか緊張に慣れるための練習がしたい場合や、周りに受験生のいる空間で刺激を受けたいというのが無ければ基本受けなくてもいいと思います。個人で申し込むの色々面倒くさいですし、判定より過去問解いた自分の感触の方がよっぽど当てになる気がします。 　ただ大学別模試は受けられるといいかもしれません。 4、最低限留年しないように単位取ることだけは気をつけてました。試験本番で落ちても最悪何とかなる安心感が欲しかったので。基本仮面浪人が他の浪人形態に勝ってるのってそこしかないかなって思います。でも実際大きなアドバンテージです。 　　大学の単位は探せば、ほぼ出席するだけで、なんなら受験勉強しながら受けても取れるような楽なのがあるはずなんで、そういうの見つけて取っとくのがオススメです！楽ではなくても割と面白い授業もあるはずですし、英語とか社会科で受験に役立てられるような授業も少しはあると思うので大学の勉強もある程度頑張ってみて欲しいです。 mb-1","children":"こんにちは。私もマーチに通っていましたが8月に仮面浪人を決意してそこからは大学生活と受験勉強を両立して、現在は早稲田大学に通っています。\nまず仮面浪人という形態自体がそもそも本来はキャパオーバーな事、という認識を持ってください。大学に疲れて勉強が出来ない日もあると思います。でもそれで自分を責める必要はありません、無茶なことをしているんですから。仮面浪人は自分を追い込まなくても、環境や様々な外的要因から半強制的に追い込まれていくのでせめて自分くらいは自分に優しくしてあげてください。私の周りの仮面友達を見ていても、その位の方が結果として長続きしてます。\nまた仮面ではどれだけ長い時間を勉強に割けるか、ではなくて、どれだけ短い時間で自分の身になる勉強ができるか、を常に意識して下さい。\n友達は多い方が試験前とかは特に助かりますが、自分から仮面のことを話す必要はないでしょう。周りはもう既に受験の結果は切り替えて、新生活に踏み出している訳ですから。もし何か聞かれたら留学したいから勉強してるとか、奨学金の関係で良い成績取らないといけないから勉強してるとか言えば大丈夫です。\nスキマ時間に関しては、通学時間は日本史のCD教材であったり単語帳付属のリスニングを聴いたりしてました。手を使わずに出来るモノがオススメです。\n\n最後になりますが、仮面浪人はハッキリ言って普通の浪人よりも苦しいです。勉強時間も予備校浪人に比べたら圧倒的に少なくなりますし、精神的に追い込まれて仮面なんて辞めたいと思うこともあると思います。\nそれで辞めても決して間違いではないと思います、むしろ本来はそれが健全なんです。\nそれでも絶対に早稲田に行くのだと強く強く自分を信じ、死にたくなる位の苦しみも乗り越えて限界に挑戦し続けたのなら、大隈講堂で紺碧と校歌を歌い入学の喜びに満ちた春が待っていると思います。\n応援しています、頑張ってください！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"浪人経験のあるものです。自分の場合は基本朝は予備校の1限の授業に合わせて登校し、授業が終わってからは予備校の自習室に夜の8時くらいまでいました。\n\n趣味などに関しては帰ってから夕食と風呂を早めに済ませて毎日1時間くらいダラダラする時間を作っていました笑\n\nまた土日に関しては土曜日は朝から晩まで自習室にこもり、日曜日は家で午前中は勉強し、午後は好きなことをやって過ごしてました。\n\nこのようにしっかりと勉強時間を確保しながらも勉強以外のことをやる余裕もあります。大事なのは勉強をやるときとやらない時のメリハリをつけることです。\n\nまた浪人が決まった際にやるべきことは予備校を決めることです。上記に示したように予備校の自習室は浪人生にとってのホームのような場所です。しっかりと見学などをして情報収集したうえで決めましょう。\n\n自分も経験したので絶望的な気分になってしまうのはわかりますが、浪人が確定した瞬間から次の勝負は始まっていますので、気持ちを切り替えて頑張りましょう！(後期試験の合格を祈っています)\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"慶應大学に通うものです。\n私の経験をそのままお伝えします。\n３月は高校の友達と旅行に行ったり、遊んだりして勉強は一切せずに過ごしました。よく３月からやらないと間に合わないと言われますがそんなことはないと思います。ただ予備校によっては入塾テストがあるのである程度の準備が必要な場合もあります。\n４月からはギアを入れ一日１０時間ほどはやるようにしました。そしてそのリズムに慣れてくるのが５月後半なのでその時期からは１２時間やるという日を増やし、なるべく勉強時間を確保しました。基本的にここから受験までは時間を減らすことはありませんでした。\nしかし、夏休みに１日だけ休息日を作り息抜きをしたり、日曜日の夜に１時間だけテレビを見る時間を作って息抜きをするようにしていました。これがないと精神が持たないと思います。\nまた夏以降予備校の授業がない日には１３時間ほど勉強し、センターから本番の間の時期には１５時間ほど勉強しました。一年間勉強記録をつけていたため大体１年間を平均して１日１２.５時間ほどの勉強だったと思います。\n勉強は量だけをこなせばいいというものではありませんが、やはり質だけでなく量がものをいいます。勉強時間は自信にもなります。睡眠時間以外の毎日の行動を効率化し勉強時間を捻出することが重要です。\n是非頑張ってください。\n\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"早稲田社学1年の者です。初めまして。\n\n僕も浪人ですが、厳しい事を言わせてもらうとあまりにも勉強時間が少なすぎます。1日8時間勉強しているそうですが逆にそれ以外の時間は何をしているのかと疑問に思ってしまいます。基本的に受験生はご飯食べるか、寝てるか、1日5分10分携帯を見るか勉強するかのどれかだと思います。\n\n この時期はやはり追い込む時期だと思います。いかに勉強時間を長時間確保してその中でいかに質の良い勉強をするのかが大事です。当然ずっと勉強してるのは疲れますから、今から昼ごはんまで頑張ろう、そして次は夕方くらいにコンビニに自分の好きな飲み物なり軽食を買いに行くのを楽しみに頑張ろうなどなど短期的な目標を立てながら勉強して行くと集中力もわりかし続きながら質の良い勉強ができると思います。\n\n mb-1","children":"決して短くありません。\n\n私は短期型でしたので、10月頃から2月までガッツリ勉強という感じでした。\n\nその1日1日も7.8時間しかやっていなかったので、週56時間程度です。\n\n今からであれば単純に考えると私の数倍はできるということになります！\n\nもちろん質には自信がありましたので負けませんが、それでも全然大丈夫です！\n\nただ心配なのは、バイトの疲れで勉強が捗らないことです。\n体は大丈夫かもしれませんが、頭が回らないのが一番危険です。\n\n睡眠は8時間はとって欲しいので、バイトは多くて5.6時間がベストかと思います。\n\n大変ではありますが、バイトと同時に勉強する事は将来必ず役に立つと思います。\n\n頑張って欲しいです！！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"私は浪人時代、ちょびっとだけ朝通常より遅く起きて、勉強し、夜はお風呂にゆっくりつかったりして少しだけのんびりしていました。\n\nまた、私は一週間ごとにどれだけ勉強を進めるのかを決め、勉強していたため、私は日曜日は、その一週間でやるはずで、まだできていない勉強、やりそびれた予習・復習などをする補填日としていました。\n\nそのため、もしも勉強が予定通り、または予定よう早く進んでいたら、日曜日は気分が乗っていればもう少し勉強、または部屋の掃除、美術館にいく、映画を見るなど何か違うことを数時間はしていいことにしていました。\n\n1日オフにするのもアリかとは思いますが、この時期ですし、多分自分が落ち着かないと思うので、休んでることに罪悪感を感じない程度、でもしっかり休める過ごし方がいいと思います。\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
