やらないことができていないという気持ちは自己肯定感をどんどん無くしてしまいます。これは個人的経験からして非常に良くないことです。毎日やりたいことがやりきれずに終わるというのは明らかに理想が高すぎます。今日も目標を達成したという気持ちが大切です。嘘のようですが、自己肯定感は自信につながります。この気持ちはモチベーションを保つ上でも、本番のメンタルのためにも大事なものです。 毎日の目標を例えば数学の問題集から2問、単語を20個といった感じに、毎日絶対にこなせる目標にして、その目標を確実にクリアしてください。それ以外は+αです。もちろんこれらもスケジュールを立てて進めるのが良いですが、予定通りできなかったことを気に病まないでください。それが普通です。当然のことですが、1日に出来ることには限界があります。出来なかったことは諦めて、割り切ることが大切です。 また25時までやる、やる気があるのは良いですが、その分のつけは絶対後で来ます。その日は頑張った気になっても、そのツケが回ってきた日と平均するとマイナスになっていることがよくあります。毎日同じ時間に寝るようにした方がいいです。 学校の勉強と自分の勉強の両立については、これは自分で優先順位を考えて、進めるしかないです。先ほども言いましたが、できる量には限界があります。 優先順位に関しては、今の質問者さんの状況からすると、模試や演習で出来なかった問題をとりあえずはできるように復習をしっかりするのが良いと思います。新しいものに取り掛かるのも大事ですが、量が膨大すぎるので全てに手を回すのは不可能ですし、効率も悪いです。出来なかった問題はテストに出る内容だけどあなたが出来てないこと、つまりは得点アップに一番つながる可能性が高いところです。そこを確実にできるようにしていってください。特に物理が苦手と書かれていますが、特に物理は基礎がわかっていないと本番で大コケすることがあります。 また夜疲れるというのは当たり前のことなので、寝るのが一番だと思いますが、個人的には昼寝をすることをオススメします。可能であればYouTube等から睡眠用BGMを使うと、周りの雑音も消せますし、20-30分間で目覚まし音もついたものもあります。私は大学生になっても昼に30分寝るようにしていますが、時間が取れなかった時と比べると午後の頭の回転が全然違います。 mb-1","children":"私も高校時代は日曜日以外毎日部活があって、勉強しなきゃと思っても疲れきって寝てしまうことが多々ありました。ですがももさんはまだ1年生ですから、無理に夜中まで頑張ろうとするよりは、眠い時はしっかりと寝て、学校の授業では絶対に寝ないようにした方がいいと思います。3年生になったら部活を引退して今までの事を全て復習することになると思います。だから今は、授業をきちんと聞き、理解することが必要だと思います。もちろん復習とかはしないと身にはつかないので、そこはスキマ時間とかを上手く使って頑張った方がいいと思います。\nでも私は眠い時に無理やりやっても全く身につかないので、無理な時は潔く寝るようにしていました。どうしてもその日のうちにやっておかないと理解できない、授業についていけない、ということだけは自分を奮い立たせて頑張るようにしてみてはどうでしょうか?\nあとはほんとに時間をうまく使うことです。部活と勉強の両立、頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n部活に塾にと、とても忙しい生活を送っていらっしゃるのですね。その中でも夜に勉強をしようと思う気概は素晴らしいと思います。\n\n私の意見ですが、部活・塾と疲れた身体で、そこからさらに勉強しようとしても正直全然集中できないかと思います。だって疲れて眠いですから笑\n\nですので私のオススメは眠い時はちゃんと寝ることです。\n\n勉強は効率が大切。疲れた身体で集中していない時にどれだけ勉強しても効率が悪いです。寝起きから朝飯食うまでとか、その辺の方が効率がいいかと思います。部活と塾で疲れて飯食って風呂入ってすぐ寝る。\n23時に寝たら意外と7時前に起きれたりしますから、それこそ30分くらいは勉強できますよね。\n\n逆に疲れて眠い、ということは睡眠の効率が高いと言えます。同じ時間を使うなら効率よく睡眠をとる方が有益です。\n\n疲れて眠いのに寝付けずなんだかんだスマホいじってたら1時になってる、なーんてこともあるかもしれませんが、ここで簡単に眠る方法があります。\n\nベッドに入りながら暗記ものをペラペラしたり、教科書読んで基礎固めとかをすることです。\n授業が眠たくなるのと同様、疲れた身体で勉強してたらあっさり眠くなります笑\n暗記ものは睡眠を通じて長期記憶に変わるので(もちろん反復は必要ですが)効率もいいです。\n\n私はそんな感じで受験期を過ごしていました。\n\nとにかく、眠い時に勉強しても効率が悪いです。\nやるなら頭がスッキリしてる時に集中して進めることをお勧めします。\n\nそれと、あなたは1年生ですよね。\n遊ぶことや恋したり部活に精を出すことは、受験に一見役立たないように見えても、人生単位で見た時には大きな意味を持ちます。\nぜひその辺も大切にしてあげてくださいね!\n\n応援しています。\n頑張ってください。\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex まだ高校一年生なので、例えば20時半から寝るまでみっちり勉強するべきかというと、部活もあって苦しいと思います。そこで、一つの手として朝(例えば六時や七時)に起きて、そこで1,2時間勉強するのも手だと思います。運動部や吹部などであれば疲れも相当だと察します。私もテニス部でしたが、疲れて勉強どころではなく、ご飯食べたりしてからまず寝ました。思いきって寝るのです(仮眠)。そのあと起きてから1時間から2時間ほど「短時間集中」で学校の予復習中心に勉強してたように思います。このとき、仮眠の取りすぎには注意してほしいです。夜眠れなくなるだけではなく、勉強時間も当然なくなります。すっきりした仮眠はひとそれぞれですので、とにかく今日明日から自分にとって適切な仮眠時間など実験してみると良いかしれませんね。\n ここまで、①思いっ切って朝方の勉強にしてみる(朝一番で学校に登校してみる)。②夜仮眠をとって、寝る直前に短時間集中の勉強時間をとる。の二点おすすめしてみました。\n 追記ですが、夜学校から帰ってきて、そのままの恰好で即座に机に座り、何も考えずに勉強にかかり、自分の集中が続くまで続ける方法もあります。ごはんやお風呂は後回しにするものです。\n人間は、何か物事をするときに、「最初にとりかかる」タイミングが一番の障壁になるといわれてい\nます。逆に言えば、最初に何か物事にとりかかる「壁」を小さくすればするほど(すぐにそれにとり\nかかることを習慣にすればするほど)、何でもできると言えそうです、基本的に。ですから、\n極論、玄関口に机を設置して、学校から帰ってきてその足で短時間集中の勉強時間を確保する\n友人もおりました。\n mb-1","children":"おそらくなのですが、学校に帰って寝るということがしばらく続いている状況ですよね?ということは、今あなたの気持ちが潜在的に家に帰ったら寝る、という方向で既に固まっている可能性があります。そのため、ガッツリ寝てしまっているんだと思います。\n家の中で、リビングで勉強するなど勉強の環境を少しでいいので変えてみてください。\nまた、寝るにしても眠りを浅くするために机に向かった状態で突っ伏して寝てみてください。10分程度で目覚ましをかけましょう。寝る体制が整った状態で横になって寝てしまうと、こちら側の世界にはほぼ戻れないと思います。\nそれから、もとの睡眠時間が5時間半では短いと思います。もともとしっかり睡眠が取れてなければ、勉強に集中できませんし、定着もしません。\nちなみに私も朝型だったので、参考になればと思い私のルーティンも紹介しておきます。私は電車通学で、部活や生徒会もあるため7時帰宅、9時までにご飯やお風呂を済ませて1時間程度勉強し、10時に寝て4時に起きていました。6時半まで勉強してから学校へ行き、学校に着いてからも1時間、授業開始までに勉強しました。お昼は早弁で昼休みには図書館で勉強しました。移動時間は1時間程度でしたが、その時間も単語帳にあてました。\nそれから、まとまった時間勉強することに意識を持っていきすぎると、今からやれば2時間できる、今からやっても1時間にもならない、といった計算をしてしまうようになります。こうした考え方をしていると、意外にも勉強から遠のきます。2時間できると思うと物事をゆっくり進めてしまったり、あと1時間しかできないと思うと結局面倒になり、いっそのこと、と考えて寝ることに気持ちが全振りになったりします。10分でも15分でも積み重ねることが大事なので、時間がどうこうを気にしないでください。30秒でも単語一個覚えられます。それから、眠くなったら外に散歩に行くのも効果的ですよ✨\nでもなんにせよ、自分を奮い立たせて勉強しようという高い意識を持っていることは立派です。まだまだ頑張れるはず。応援しています。\nSleep
