1b:Tfb5,こんにちは。受験が近づき、不安や迷いを感じるのはごく自然なことです。私自身も、高校の授業がなくなり、友達とも会う機会が減る中、不安に押しつぶされそうな気持ちで1月、2月を過ごしたことを今でも鮮明に覚えています。同じような時期を経験した先輩として、少しでもお役に立てればと思い、1月から受験直前までの過ごし方についてお伝えします。

【1月の過ごし方】
1月は、基礎力の最終確認と共通テスト対策に力を入れていました。この時期は共通テストの点数が志望校の合否に与える影響を意識し、できる限り失点を防ぐための対策を進めていました。例えば、英語のリーディングスピードを上げるために過去問を時間を測って解いたり、数学ではミスが起きやすい単元を重点的に復習したりしました。また、社会や理科の暗記科目は一問一答形式で反復し、スキマ時間を活用して覚えるようにしました。

まず前日についてです。

とはいえ、いつも24時に寝ている人が22時に布団に入って熟睡することは難しいです。なぜならば、寝る時間が普段とは違うので脳が混乱してしまうのです。「寝る時間を遅くすることは出来ても早くすることは難しい」と言われています。そこで、出来るなら今日から、遅くとも入試の10日前くらいから早く寝る習慣を作ってしまいましょう。そうすると早く寝れます。
それと、スパホやPCを見るのは寝る1時間前までにしましょう。寝れなくなります。

当日起床・会場へ向かう時間
→先ほど当日は６時に起きると言いましたが、これは「試験開始の1時間前に会場に着く」為です。具体例としては
６時　起床
7時〜7時半　家を出る
8時台〜9時　会場到着　
9時or10時　試験開始
このような感じです。
なぜ1時間前かというと、道に迷った・電車の遅延等のトラブルが起こった時に対応できるからです。１時間あれば余裕を持って対応できます。時間が余ったらそれはそれで参考書を見れば良いのです。また、先ほど述べたように「慌ててしまうと、後の試験で集中できなくなる」という事もあります。試験で集中するために余裕を持って行動しましょう。

当日の勉強内容
→好きなのやればいいと思います。ただ、新しい問題を解くのは論外。今までやったところの総点検を基本にやってね。ただ、歴史は資料集で今までちゃんとやってなかった所をさっと見るだけはしてもいいと思います。（私は世界史でしたが）試験10分前に見た所がテストでドンピシャで出ました。ですので、それをやる価値はあります。

休み時間
→余裕を持って行動しましょう。お手洗いとかは早めに行っておきましょう。あと少し仮眠を取ってリラックスしてもいいと思います。好きに過ごして下さい。

帰宅
→早く帰りましょう。次の入試に備えましょう。
