18:T1120,こんにちは。勉強中の音楽は良いのか悪いのか分からずお悩みなのですね。

以前同じような質問に答えたので、そちらから抜き出してお答えします。

私も音楽を聴きながら勉強をしていましたが、いいことも悪いこともありました。

良いことは、
音楽を聴き始めることで勉強するスイッチが入ること
つまらない勉強時間に彩りを与えられる
音楽と記憶が連動する（この曲聴いてる時に〇〇とか覚えたなーと、記憶が強固になる）

悪いところは
普段は集中しているが、時々音楽に気を取られて全く集中していない時もある
本番は音楽聴きながら試験を受けるわけではない
聴き方を工夫しないと集中が切れる
曲もそれなりに選ばないと集中を切らす要因になる

という感じです。


まず私の音楽の聞き方ですが、プレイリストを作って、音楽の順番は変えず、特に操作しなくても流れ続けるもの（1周1時間くらい、終わったら自動ループ）を用意していました。
これは途中で曲を変えるとかの操作をすると、そこで集中が切れたり、操作のためにいじったスマホやパソコンを、そのまま別のことに使ってしまったりするのを防ぐためです。音楽の順番で大体何分勉強したかも分かるので、時計すら見ません。
とにかく余計な操作をして勉強の集中を切らさないようにしました。おかげで集中して勉強はできていたと思います。

また勉強を始めるときは、いつもリストの初めからにすることで、イヤホンつけてこの曲を聴き始めたら勉強を始める合図、と身体に刷り込むことができていたのも良い点でした。
これは休憩したい時にも使えます。いわゆる睡眠導入の穏やかな音楽や水の流れる音などのリラックス音などを利用し、この音を聞いたら休憩、寝る時間と刷り込むのも、切り替えを早くしてくれるので便利でした。
記憶の連動は、副産物的なものです。意識してできるものではないと思うので、まぁ期待しないでください。

悪い点ですが、前述のように曲が気に入らないから変更とか、操作をするとどうしても集中が切れやすいと思います。ですから私のようにプレイリストを作成することをお勧めします。
曲の内容も勉強を邪魔しないものがいいです。僕は穏やかなジャズとか聞いてました。クラシックとかも集中高めるとかいいますよね。眠くなるかもですけど。逆にあまりに激しくノリがいいものとか、PVめっちゃ見たことあって音楽を聞くと映像が頭に浮かぶ、というようなものは多分向かないです。そっちに持ってかれます。ノリノリな曲はリスト終わりがけの1曲とかに入れると、あークライマックス！頑張った！という気分になってイイのでそれならアリかなと思います（私は1曲だけそんなのをいれてました笑）。
まぁ、この辺は好みもあるので、聴いててヤバいと思ったらリストから消してみましょう。

本番は音楽を聴けない、というのはその言葉の通りです。イヤホンつけて音楽聴かないと集中できない！なんてことは言えないので、特に過去問とか解くときは、できる限り本番と同じ環境で問題を解くようにした方がいいと思います。

また時と場合によってはめちゃくちゃ集中してない時があったりします。そんな時はイヤホン引っこぬいて、無音で勉強して下さい。たまにやるとめちゃくちゃ集中できたりします。

音楽は、コンスタントに長時間集中を保つ、つまらない勉強時間を楽しく過ごして何ヶ月も勉強する、というような時は効果的ですが、短期に猛集中するなら音楽は無い方がいいのかな、というのが私の所感です。

mb-1","children":"こんにちは。回答させて頂きますね。\n\n僕は数学などの理数系の科目は音楽を聴きながらやっていました。\n英国などの文系科目は歌詞が入ってきてちょっとやり辛かったためやりませんでした。\n\nこれは東大の友人に聞いた話ですが、実は自分のやり方は理にかなっていたそうです。\n英国の演習や英単語の暗記など、言語処理系統の科目で歌詞のある音楽を聴くのは脳が集中できなくなってしまうため良くないそうです。\n\n逆に数学などの理数系では特に関係ないのでどちらでも良いらしいです。\n\n暗記の際などは音楽を聞かず集中して行い、集中力が切れてしまったら音楽を聞きながら数学などに入るのがよいかもしれませんね。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"初めまして。\n確かに本番は音楽はありませんので例えば普段からロックでノリノリに勉強しています、ということになると支障が大きいと思います。その点では、クラシック音楽は他の音楽に比べて向いていると思いますよ。\nただ、私のおすすめとしては、他の音が気になる時は目一杯集中して取り組んでみてください。きっと気にならずに勉強出来るようになる瞬間が来るはずです。（私は妹が大音量でテレビを見ていても大丈夫になりました）音を音で消そうとすると情報が多くなりすぎて余計に集中出来なくなりますし、雑音になれることで、例えば本番に隣の人がすごい貧乏ゆすりをしていても乗り切れるかもしれません。\n反対に、部屋が静まり返って無音の時はイヤホンではなく遠くからスピーカーでクラシック音楽を流してみてください。程よい雑音（といっては失礼ですが）になって集中しやすくなると思いますよ！\nこれからも頑張ってください。応援しています。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"過去問入ろう。センターは、センター利用するなら、そのボーダー超えるくらいになればもういいから。\n\nどうしても、この時期になるとスコア気になって、学問を純粋に楽しめなくなるよね、わかる。\n\nそういうときは、勉強する際つねに「なんで？」と疑問をもつといいかな。\n日本史でも、あれこれ覚えなきゃ、、と焦るより、例えば事件と事件の繋がりについて、これはなんで？といちいち疑問をもつ、そしてその答えを資料集や用語集で探しまくる、(で必要に応じてノートに書き込む)ということをすると、好奇心がまた戻って勉強楽しくなるんじゃないかな。\n\n回答者の場合は、古典が苦手でして、、、。\nギリギリまで古文単語とか文法を疎かにしていたのもあるんだけれどもともとあんまり関心がなく、、点数も、、という感じだった。\nけれど、落窪物語(日本版シンデレラ)の一節が問題で出てて、ちょっとおもしろくて、これはなんでだ！と話の続きが気になってマンガで読んでみた。するとけっこう面白くて、他にもあさきゆめみしや堤中納言物語、雨月物語、今昔物語など隙間時間に乱読するようになった。正直しょうもない話wもたくさんあったけれど、登場人物や時代背景、テーマなどわかるようになって楽しくなった。もちろん点も上がったよ。こんなにマンガを読むのが大事なのではなく、なにかきっかけを見つけて関心を持ち、そこに楽しさを見つけることが大切、ということ。かな。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
