1c:Tdda,僕は文系ですが英語が苦手だったので僕がしていた方法を書きます。

僕は実戦模試で英語が最高45点くらいでした。見てわかるように壊滅的です。特に文系で英語がこの点数では京大に受かる訳がないと感じました。
・英文を日本語訳しようにも単語がまず分からない。
・少し訳せたとしても文章の繋がりがめちゃくちゃ。
・構文を知らない。
・日本語から英語に訳す時にこなれた表現ができない。
etc…
と問題点はかなり多かったです。
そこで僕は考えました。得意であった地歴は本番でもできると割り切ってほとんど勉強せず、短時間で力を伸ばすことができないであろう国語に関しては赤本を流し読みする程度にしました。苦手な数学と英語だけに絞って勉強したのです。
英語の英文和訳の勉強方法は問題を解かずに「京大の英語25ヶ年」をひたすら読み続けました。1日8時間くらい読みました。英単語帳や辞書はその間使いませんでした。分からないところがあっても飛ばし飛ばし読む。何故なら調べていると時間がかかりそれまで読んでいた文章を忘れるからです。まずは分からないまま読み進めることに慣れるべきです。逐一訳そうとするから集中力が切れるのです。分からないところは分からないままにするくらいの大雑把さと余裕を持ってください。一番最後に和文を見て照らし合わせればいいのですから。京大の英文は非常に長いので、まず長文をノンストップハイスピードで訳し続ける力が必要です。そしてそれは英文をひたすら長時間読み続ければ、たった2週間でも十分つく力です。
和文英訳問題に対しては書いた文を先生に添削してもらいました。問題集の回答に載っている表現以外にも正解となる表現があり、そちらの方が簡単だったりするからです。
新しい単語を覚えることはしましたが、構文を別個に覚え直したりなどはしませんでした。構文は単体で覚えるよりも問題の文章の中に出現したものを覚えていく方が記憶に残るからです。また、近年は少し傾向が変わってきているようなので東大の英語も解いた方がいいかもしれません。
僕はひたすら「京大の英語25ヶ年」を読み続けた結果本番で100点を越えることができました。他の教材はユメタンという単語帳だけです。問題集は結局25年分は訳せず、訳せたのは10年分くらいでした。
僕のやり方は他の教科をあまり勉強しない点でリスキーですが、苦手な科目を短期間で本気で克服するには振り切らないといけないと思います。
僕はずっと英語ばかりしていると疲れてしまうので、間に得意な日本史を1時間ほど挟んで息抜きをしていました。集中力が切れてきたと思ったら違う教科で少し息抜きをするべきです。あるいは少し睡眠をとるべきです。ダラダラ何もせずに椅子に座っている時間が一番良くないです。疲れたら温かい飲み物を飲むのも良いですよ。

自分も英語が武器でしたが、他の科目との兼ね合いや、そもそも競っているライバルのレベルが高いので、頑張っていてもなかなか結果がついてこなくて大変ですよね。

以下に自分が思う英語力向上のポイントをいくつか書こうと思います。

1、とにかく毎日英文に触れる
例えば1日に10時間かけて長文や文法を解きまくるよりも、1日1時間を1週間続けた方が総勉強時間は短いですが、効果は高いと思います。
他の科目でも言えることだと思いますが、特に英語が得意でもない人が、留学生や海外勤務の人が一定期間いれば自然と英語が使えるようになることに代表されるように、語学は特に文章や音声に習慣的に触れることが大切だと思っています。他の科目もありなかなかきちんと時間を確保できないのもすごくわかりますが、例えば毎日長文大問一つ、リスニングを一題解くというのを数ヶ月続けるだけで、徐々にスムーズに内容が入ってくるようになると思います。

2.丁寧に時間をかけて解く
受験期が深まってきて、結果が伴わないと焦りからたくさんの問題を解かないといけないと思ってしまうかもしれませんが、急いで解いても内容が分かってなかったら力はつきません。
読む長文は大問一つとかでいいので、時間をかけて丁寧に内容をとるところからやってみてください。

僕のおすすめは、
①まずは目標時間を測って読み、自分なりの答えを出してみる。
②すぐに採点しないで、単語帳や参考書をを使って分からなかった箇所を調べながら自分でもう一度読んで内容をつかむ（この作業に時間をかけて欲しいです。）
③ここで初めて答えを見て、自分の作った解答と照らし合わせる。
④数日時間をあけて、同じ文章を最初に読んだときにはわからなかったところや新しく学んだポイントを意識して読み、知識を定着させる

ポイントは、②ですぐに答えを見ずに自分で考えることです。答えを見た瞬間脳は思考停止状態になります。なので、自分で調べて解き切ることで、ここが分かってれば解けたのか、ここを覚えなきゃいけないのかなど、自分の弱点を自ら認識することができると思います。この作業は一見すると、時間がかかるし勉強が捗っていないように感じてしまいますが、ただ読んで答えを確認することの繰り返しだけでは、新しい学びや自分の弱点に向き合う時間が取れず、いつまで経っても同じ間違いを繰り返してしますと思います。

これはリスニングにも共通します。
まずは音声を聞いて自力で答えを出す。そしてスクリプトを読んでみて内容をつかみ、それを伏せてもう一度聞いて考え直してみる。
（ここでスクリプトを見ながら聞いたり、答えの番号を先に見てしまったりすると、脳は自分で考えるのを諦めてしまいます。）
このように、最初に聞いたときには聞こえなかったけど、内容のヒントをもらうとこう聞こえてくるんだなという観点で振り返り、自分のわからないところを埋めていく作業をしてみてください。

ひとつ一つの長文や音声から、何か必ず新しいことを覚えよう！というマインドで丁寧にやってみてください！

最後に東大受験の話になりますが、東大英語は様々な形式で総合的な英語力が問われます。そのため、難しすぎて歯が立たないという場合でなければ東大の過去問を使って鍛えるのが一番だと思います。

mb-1","children":"やり方にもよりますが単語熟語を何時間もやることはあまり有効ではないように感じます。何時間もやるくらいだったら、1日に覚えるセクションを決めて、その単語や熟語を反射的に言えるように1時間おきに5分ほど使ってやる方が覚えられるし、身につくと思います。また、長文読解は得意でないなら毎日やるべきです。長文読解ばかりは慣れが大きく関わってくるので、今から毎日やって速く正確に読めるように練習することを勧めます。また、長文読解の中で出てきた単語はその時に覚えてしまうようにすると、テーマが似ている長文で同じ単語が出てくるのはよくあることなので役に立つと思います。\nここからは私は理系なので正確ではないかもしれませんが、私も苦手な数学に受験勉強の半分ほどの時間を使った自覚があるので、苦手教科に偏ってしまうのは仕方のないことだと思います。学校のテスト勉強だけでいく場合は、自分の志望校とその大学の入試問題とが似ているのか。定期テストに出ないが、入試問題に出る回答形式や聞かれ方がないかは確認してもしあった場合はその対策はしておいた方がいいと思います。\n頑張ってください！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"合格英単語というのがどのようなものか分からないですが、とにかく単語は直前期までずっと続けた方がいいです。一回覚えた！と思っても他に毎日覚えることが多いのでどんどん忘れていってしまいます。出来るだけ毎日目を通すようにしましょう。ちなみに私はシステム英単語という単語帳を使っていました。この単語帳は載っている単語を使った短い例文がついており、例文を覚えると使い方がわかって良かったです。\n文法は単元ごとに解くと出来る、というのはこの単元だからこれを使うんだろう、とわかってしまっていることが原因だと思います。なので、使う文法がランダムになっている問題集を使用して勉強するといいと思います。解説がしっかりしているものを選んでください。文の意味を取れるようにするのには基礎英文解釈の技術70か100をやるのがおすすめです。一つ一つSVOCをつけて英文解釈をしていけば段々意味も取れるようになっていくと思います。\nあとは慣れですね、模試は緊張してしまいますが、模試と同じ時間で真剣に解く、など緊張しなくなるように何か工夫をした方がいいと思います。そして模試の復習をたくさんしてください！模試は最良の問題集です！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
