1b:T131b,こんにちは! 夏休みは特に生活習慣乱れがちですし、疲れも溜まると眠くなってしまいますよね😣 睡眠時間についてと私が行っていたおすすめの習慣について書いてみたのでぜひ参考にしてください〜 【昼寝ても夜勉強すればいいのか?】 夜型と朝型は生まれつきの体質の部分が大きいので、変えにくいと言われています。 しかし、試験が行われる午前中や、午後の早い時間は脳が活発になるように日頃からその時間には勉強して訓練する必要があります。 そのために必要なのは十分な睡眠。 【睡眠時間⏰について】 14-17歳に適切な睡眠時間はアメリカの睡眠団体によると【8-10時間】とも言われてますが、そんなに取れないですよね。 そのため、これより少ないと記憶に支障が出てくると言われる最低睡眠時間をお伝えすると【6時間】ほどと言われています。 ごく稀にショートスリーパーと呼ばれる睡眠時間が極端に短くても活動的に動ける方はいるみたいですが、そう出ない限り最低でも6時間は寝た方がいいと思います。 【昼間の眠気💤をどうにかしたい!】 6時間の睡眠でも十分に休むには、質の良い睡眠をとり、自律神経を整えることが必要になります。 朝と夜、日中に分けてできることをまとめてみましたので、できることから始めてみてください🌸 🐓朝 ・少し余裕を持って早めに起きる ・カーテンを開けて日光を浴びる ・コップ一杯の水を飲む(白湯もおすすめ) ・朝食を食べる(少しでも!) ・背中に熱めのシャワーを浴びる 焦る気持ちは自律神経の乱れにつながるので、余裕を持って起きましょう。日光を浴び、朝食をとることで体内時計を整えることができます。 また、コップ一杯の水を飲むことで消化器官が動き出します。女の子は特に白湯もおすすめです(ただのお湯じゃないので注意!)。 時間があれば熱めのシャワーをあびると、自律神経を整える効果が期待できます。 ☀️昼 ・階段を選ぶ、速めに歩く ・眠い、飽きたらスクワットなど下半身を動かす ・昼食前にも水を飲む 血流を良くすることで自律神経を整える効果が期待できます! また、スクワットなどをすると下半身の血流が良くなります。呼吸を止めずに行いましょう。 昼食で急に消化器官を動かすと、余計に眠くなるので、水を飲むと食後の眠さが改善されるかもしれません。 🌛夜 ・寝る前はスマホをできるだけ見ない ・寝る前にいい香りを嗅ぐ ・首のマッサージ ・ツボを押す ・目をホットタオルなどで休ませる ・睡眠瞑想を取り入れる ・寝る時は4-7-8呼吸法 寝る直前まで勉強したりスマホを見ているとせっかく寝ようと思っても眠れなくなりませんか? 寝る30分前からはリラックスするのがおすすめです。勉強時間を使うのはどこかもったいない気はしますが、質の良い睡眠をとる事で昼間の勉強もはかどります! 香りはラベンダーなどのリラックスするものがおすすめです。百均にも匂いグッズはあるので探してみましょう。 首は主要な血管がたくさん流れているのであたためてほぐしてあげましょう。 ☆ツボ 頭のてっぺんあたりの少しくぼんだところ うなじの髪の毛の生え際に反って どちらも凝った首を緩ませることが出来ます! スマホや勉強で疲れた目もリラックスさせましょう。乾いているようなら目薬をさし、熱すぎないホットタオル(タオルを濡らして数十秒レンチンする!)をのせましょう。 その間におすすめなのが睡眠瞑想。集中力も高まります! YouTubeで睡眠瞑想で調べて見てもいいですし、睡眠用のASMRもおすすめです。 Meditopiaなどの瞑想音声を聞けるアプリにも無料の睡眠瞑想があります。 4-7-8呼吸法というのがあります。瞑想の音声に従って深呼吸するのもオススメですが、こちらもぜひ試して見てください! ↓↓↓ 4秒息を吸う▶︎7秒止める▶︎8秒かけて吐く いかがでしたか? mb-1","children":"どーも!春海といいます!\n\n勉強時間削って寝ているのに、朝全然起きれなかったり、授業中も眠くなったりしますよね〜。わかります。でもそれを続けてたら、受かる可能性がどんどん下がっていく。工夫していきましょう。ということで、回答させていただきます。\n\n\n\nまず、朝スッキリ起きる方法ですが、これは自分の過去の投稿に、朝の起き方、朝勉の方法を詳しく書いているので、是非そっちを見てみて下さい。\n\n\n次に日中に眠くなるということですが、大前提として、10代で6、7時間の睡眠では不十分だということを知っておいて下さい。眠くなって当たり前なのです。そして、集中していれば眠くなることはありません。問題はなぜ集中が続かないのかということです。\nそれを解決するために、いくつか紹介します。\n\n\n1つ目、昼食の後15分の昼寝を入れる。\n定番ですが、効果は絶大です。睡眠時間を6時間にし、昼寝をとることをおすすめします。\n\n\n2つ目は、コーヒーを飲むこと。\nガンガン飲んでいきましょう。自分は水筒に入れて持ち歩いてました。\n\n\n3つ目は、時間制限を設定することです。全てのタスクに予定時間か、目標時間を設けてそれに間に合うように勉強します。なので、自分はいつもタイマーを持ち歩いていました。そして、全部記録帳に記録していましたね。そこまで真似しなくていいですが。\n\n\nそして、3つ目の応用として、ポモドーロテクニックというのがあります。詳しくは調べてほしいのですが、簡単な説明をすると25分集中して、5分休憩をするというのを繰り返していく方法です。つまり、疲れる前に休憩をとることで、集中を長い時間続けることができるというものです。特に何となく勉強しているという方におすすめです。\n\n\n以上4つほど紹介させていただきましたが、勉強方法というのに正解はないので、一番効果が高い方法を見つけていきましょう!\n他にも朝勉についてや、勉強のモチベーションのあげ方についての回答を過去にしているので是非そちらも見てみて下さい!\nでは、より成長できるように頑張って!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"仮眠をするなら突っ伏して、10〜15分程度がオススメです。それ以上寝ると起きられなくなるし、ベッドに行けば朝までぐっすりコースだからです。\n睡魔に打ち勝つ方法、というのはあまり思い浮かびませんが、一番は、一瞬寝てスッキリすることです。眠くなったらアラームをかけて10分寝てください。机に突っ伏して、起きたらある程度頭がスッキリするんじゃないかと思います。\nスマホのブルーライトもあります。5分だけゲームをして頭を覚醒させたりもしたことがありますが、目に良くないのでおすすめはしません。でも効くには効きます…\nまた、コーヒーを飲むのもいいと思います。カフェインが入っているので、眠気覚ましになります。ついでに言えば私の場合、これを飲むとカフェインで眠くなくなってくる、と思いながら飲むとプラシーボ効果が高まってました笑笑\n私なら朝方に振り切りますが、朝方が合わないのであれば、やっぱり夜の勉強前に少しだけ寝て頭をスッキリさせることです。ちなみに、授業前の数分の仮眠でも結構違うので、次の授業やばいかも、という時は先に寝ておくことをオススメします。\n眠気とうまく付き合って勉強していきたいですね。大学に入ってからも課題になるので、今のうちから上手い対処法を、自分で見つけられるときっと役立ちます。頑張っていきましょう!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
