mb-1","children":"自分も休憩にゲームしてた時期がありましたけど、あれはホントに良くないですね。休んでるつもりになっているだけで、頭はしっかり使っていますから。結局疲れが取れた気がしなくてダラダラとゲームが続くわけです。休憩と遊びは全くの別物です。脳の負荷を0にすることが目的であるということを忘れないようにしてください。もし息抜きを入れたいなら、目を瞑りながら好きな音楽を聴くとか外に出て散歩するというように、頭を使わずにリフレッシュできるものが一番良いです。\n\n因みに漫画はストーリーを追うため基本的に脳は動きますし、先の展開が気になって中断するタイミングを失いやすいです。こういう類いのものを勉強の休憩にする人はそもそも勉強する気ないんだろうなと思います。人によって色々な休憩の仕方があるかと思いますが、アソビではないことだけは意識してください。これだけでも勉強効率は格段に上がりますし、さまざまな誘惑を断ち切ることができるようになります。\n\nスマホ・漫画・ゲームは勉強の後。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"それはいわゆる、ポモドーロ法と呼ばれるテクニックですね。\n人間が効率良く集中する方法を研究した結果、25分集中→5分休憩を4回繰り返し、それが終わったら大きく休憩する方法が最も効率良いという結果となったそうです。\n\nそれを応用して、50分集中→10分休憩という勉強法になったわけです。\n\nしかし、果たして受験生に、10分間も休憩する暇はあるでしょうか?10分休憩する間に、単語を100個復習できますよね。ましてや、ゲームというのは依存性がありますし、脳の処理資源を使ったり、ドーパミンが出てしまい、休憩になっていません。\n\nではどうするべきか?\n10分間は休憩や気分を変えられる勉強をしましょう。例えば、数学の問題を50分間解いたなら、10分間は、英単語の復習をしたり、社会の教科書を読んだりしましょう。ここでの注意点は、なるべく、新しく何かを暗記するのではなく、復習などに充てて、なるべく休憩しつつも勉強できるものにしてください。そして、また50分間集中してください。\nこれを繰り返しているうちに、本当に疲れ切ると思います。そのタイミングで、しっかり10〜30分程休憩してください。この時は、本当に何もしないで下さい。僕は、リラックスする音楽を聴きながら枕に顔を埋めていました。\n\n僕は何も、休憩するなと言っているのではありません。ただ、一般的に言われている効率的な勉強法を鵜呑みにして、自分の中に集中する時間の上限を設けてはいけないと思います。やらなければならないことは無限です。しかし、時間は有限です。また、実際の入試も90~120分くらいなわけですから、その2時間程度は集中できるようになるべきです。\n\n少し厳しく言ってしまいましたが、僕はこういう勉強をしても、落ちてしまった人を大量に見てきました。とにかくストイックになってください。頑張って!!!\n\nまた、個人的に相談したい人は、ファン登録してください!\nいくらでも相談、質問受け付けてます!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。勉強しなきゃいけないのに、ぼーっとしている感じがして集中できない時期は自分にもありました。そんな時にどうすれば上手く切り替えられるのかを解説します。\n\nまず、結論から言うとぎょうざさんの頭は今とても疲れている状態です。このままズルズルと勉強していても効率も良くないですし、頭が疲れたまま受験に突入することになってしまいます。\n\nでは、どうすればいいのか??\n\nそれは休むことです。直前期に無理!と思うかもしれませんが、意外と休むことを挟むのは効率が良いです。人は12時間机に向かっていたとしても、実際に集中している時間は4時間程度です。残りの8時間を無理やり机に向かって収穫のない時間をダラダラ過ごすよりも、思い切って休んだ方が翌日以降にも繋がります。休むと言っても、丸一日休むのではなく、朝6~12まで勉強して、午後フリーにするという日を1~2週間に1回のペースで作るといいです。あと、休み方については自由にしてもらって構わないんですが、怪我をしない範囲でなるべく体を動かすのがいいかと思います。例えば、ジョギングだったり散歩だったり…体を動かすと科学的にも頭が冴えますし、大学生に向けて受験期に鈍った体を絞る準備段階になります。(自分の場合は受験期に太ってしまったので痩せる手立てにめっちゃなりました)\n\nまた、睡眠時間を充分にとることも大事です。集中力向上以外にも免疫向上にも繋がります。(運動も同じく)\n\nそして、最後に普段の勉強で集中力を上げるコツですが、スマホを自分の部屋に持ち込まないようにしてください。電源を切って別の部屋に置いておくのがいいかと思います。スマホは存在するだけで脳のリソースを食ってしまうのです。それだけで集中力がさがります。(詳しくは受験後に『スマホ脳』参照) そんなことで??と意外に思うかもしれないですが、効果はかなりあります。また、机の上にはその1時間で使う教材とペンと消しゴム、タイマーだけを置いてください。それ以外は机の上から退かしてください。また、勉強する前にトイレに行き水を1口飲んでください。これをルーティンにすると本番でも同じことをすれば集中力のスイッチが入るようになります。これらが集中力を最大限あげるコツです。\n\n最後に、長くなってしまいましたがぎょうざさんの悩みの参考になれば幸いです。残り少ない期間ですが、頑張ってください🔥"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"夏休み全力で頑張ったのなら、多少のクールダウンはやむを得ないことでしょう。ただ、いきなりまた全力で勉強に取り組むのも結構気力がいることです。なので、ここからは段階的にスイッチを入れていきましょう。単純に勉強量や時間をちょっとずつ増やしていきましょう。\n今日は単語10個覚えたから明日は15個覚えよう、とか。\n今日は8時間勉強したから明日は9時間勉強しよう、とか。\nリハビリのようなイメージで、出来ることからコツコツと量を増やしていきましょう。\n\n\nそれから、僕が思う「やる気」を復活させる方法を以下にまとめておきます。\n\n\n①考える前に行動する\nいきなり出鼻を挫く感じにはなってしまいますが、「やる気が出たから行動する」のではなく、「行動するうちにやる気が出てくる」ように人間というのは出来ているようです。なので単純作業でもいいので少しでも机に向かう時間を増やすと良いでしょう。\n\n②目的意識(目標)を明確に\n何のために勉強しているのか、何を目指しているのか、大学合格の先に何を見据えているのか。この辺りを必ず明確にしてください。ゴールラインがあやふやなマラソンなんて走ってられませんからね。\n\n③適度な運動\n筋トレとかジョギングとか、軽い運動をしてあげると脳が刺激されてアドレナリンが出てくるらしいです。そうすると勉強に限らずですが、様々なことにチャレンジするやる気が湧いてくることがあるようです。普通に健康にも良いので運動はした方がいいですね。\n\n④褒美を用意する\n1日に何時間も勉強するのはキツいことなので、自分へのご褒美を用意してあげると、それがモチベーションにもなるでしょう。\n\n⑤勉強する場所を変えてみる\nもし可能であれば、自宅以外にも学校の図書室や地域の図書館なども使ってみて下さい。ずっと一箇所に籠るよりも気分がリフレッシュされ、やる気の低下を防いでくれるはずです。\n\n\n以上です。まだまだ受験勉強は続いていくので、適度に心と体を休めながら戦い抜いていきましょう。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"僕の経験では、夏休みが終わったからといって、メキメキ頭良くなったぞ!と実感したことはありません。\n\n僕の場合は夏はとにかく基礎固めだと言われたので、英語はひたすら単語と文法を繰り返して、たまに長文をやるくらいでした。夏休み終わりの模試を一応一つの目標にしてやってはいたものの、偏差値がグーンと上がったわけではありません。\n\nでも考えてみれば当然です。これはスポーツでいえば、筋トレや体幹トレーニングをしただけです。それだけでは競技そのものはうまくなりません。(でも上手くなるにはやはり筋トレなどは欠かせませんね。)\n\n実際自分が成長した手応えを感じたのは、僕は過去問演習がある程度進んだ段階でした。ただ、過去問演習は1周目はあまり上手く行きません。これはいわば強敵との練習試合みたいなものですね。しかし複数回、あるいは複数年分解いていくと、だんだん相手の攻撃パターンなどが掴めてきて、解ける…解けるぞ!となってきます。実際過去問の得点率も上がってきます。僕の場合はこの段階になってやっと成長の実感を得られました。\n\n実感を得るというのは実はそう簡単なことではないのかもしれません。ただ、くれぐれもご理解頂きたいのは、夏休みの勉強というのは、たとえ手応えがなくても、偏差値に影響を及ぼさなくても、確実にあなたの学力のベースを築いてくれます。もちろん、ちゃんと正しく筋トレしてれば、の話ですが。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"無理をせずに休んでください。\n体調が悪いとパフォーマンスはかなり落ちます。\nおそらく休むという行為に罪悪感や焦りを感じると思っていませんか?\nそんなことはありません。\n普段自分の出せる力を1とすると\n体調が悪い時の力は半分の0.5くらいです。\n0.5の力で10日間勉強をすると5の積み重ねが生まれます。\nしかし、5日間しっかり休んで体調を戻し、1の力で5日間勉強をしても同じ5の積み重ねになります。\nつまり体調悪い状態でダラダラやるよりも万全の体調でしっかりと取り組んだ方が効率がいいのです。\n体調を崩したら休む、これは基本です。\n体調が良くなるまで部活か勉強のどちらかを休む方がいいです。\n\n僕の話をします。\n僕は大学で週6の活動をしているガッツリ体育会の部活に入っています。\n1年生の年末の時に38度の熱を出しました。\nしかし部活が休める雰囲気ではなかったので、無理をして毎日筋トレをしていました。\n12月30日に頭痛と目眩と脱力感で死にそうになりながら筋トレをした後、京都から6時間かけて電車で実家に帰りました。\nそして熱を測ったところ39度まで上がっていました。\nこの熱は1月2日になるまで下がらずせっかくのお正月を病床に伏して過ごしました。\n死にそうになりながら思ったのは無理をしてはいけないということです。\n実際体調が悪い状態で筋トレをしても何の意味もないですし、更に体調を悪化させるだけでした。\nこのことがあったので僕は体調が悪い時は勇気を出して休むようにしました。\n\nちなみに僕は一人暮らしであまり栄養のある食事ができているとはいえません。\nしかし、最近は風邪や他の病気にもかかっていません。\n無理をせずに休むこと、1日7時間寝ている結果元気に過ごすことができています。\n\n結論として、一度しっかりと休息を取って体調を回復させてください。\nそして夜はしっかり寝てください。\n何もやらないというのはとても不安になると思います。\nしかしその不安が体調回復時のモチベーションに繋がります。\n本当に無理だけはしないように頑張ってくださいね。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"症状は違いますが、私も受験生時代に大きく体調を崩した経験があるので、答えさせていただきます。\n\n私は自粛中に全く勉強せず、そのまま夏休みになってしまいました。相変わらず一日3〜8時間くらいで過ごしていたので、夏休み最終日に、これではダメだと初めて実感しました。そこで9月から、肉体的にも精神的にも自分を追い込んで勉強を始めたところ、10月に完全に体調を崩し、病院に行ったら自律神経系だと言われました。そこから1ヶ月は何の参考書も進められず、最終的に完全な状態で受験に臨めたわけではなかったので、少しお話しできることはあるかもしれません。\n\nまず無理矢理勉強しようとするのはやめてください。よく言われることですが、30%の力で10時間勉強するより、3時間でいいから90%の力を出せた方が、最終的には自分の役に立ちます。私の場合は痛いというより怠さがありましたが、体調悪いなと感じたら諦めて寝ていました。意外とそっちの方がスッキリするかもしれません。\n\nまた、睡眠時間はしっかり取るようにしてください。これは体調に関わらず、ですが。8時間寝たとしても、うまくいけば12時間は勉強できます。コンディション面でも、その方が効率が良いはずです。\n本当に辛ければ、医療機関を受診した方がいいと思います。もともと通っていたところもあるでしょうが、精神面での支えが必要なら心療内科もたくさんあります。\n\n最後に、あまり追い込んだり自分を責めたりしすぎないことです。また\n体調崩した、いい加減にしてほしい、などと思わないでください。割り切るのは難しいですが、やっぱり受験のために体を壊すのは良くないです。受験生だからと気負いすぎず、辛い時は素直に休んでください。自分のことは大切にしてあげてください。\n\nなかなか勉強が進まず、苦しいときもあると思います。そういう時は周りの大人や友人に相談してください。オンライン上ではありますが、私たち回答者もどんどん頼ってください。身体面では大した役には立てないかもしれないですが、少しでも気持ちが楽になれればいいなと思います。\n\nあまりお役に立てず申し訳ないです。応援しています!\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
