1c:Teb3,こんにちは! 数学の勉強について、2点お話しします。 ①文系最高峰と言われる一橋数学のレベルでも、典型的な解法の充実が最も大切です。一橋大学の数学は一見すると解法が全く思いつかないような問題でも、図式化したり具体的な値を代入して考えてみたりすることで基本的な問題に帰着することがよくあります。基本的な問題に帰着というのは基本レベルの網羅系参考書に載っているような考え方で最後答えに辿り着けることがあるということです。そのためには基本的、典型的な解法にすぐ反応できるようにしておく必要があります。(具体的に典型解法とは青チャートのコンパス3個分ぐらいのイメージです。)このレベルの解法は網羅系参考書で何度も何度も繰り返すべきだと思います。覚えるというと暗記してるだけのように思われがちですが、仕組みや原理を理解した上で典型的な解法については考えるよりも先に体が動くぐらいまでやり込むべきだと思います。質問の答えとしてはまずは確実な理解を心がけた後は忘れることをあまり気にせず、繰り返すことが大切だということです。忘れてしまうのは確かに根本的な理解が不足している場合も考えられますが、基本レベルの問題は何より繰り返しましょう。 ②夏に到達したいレベルについては、もちろん理想は偏差値も高ければ高いほどいいと思いますが、社会学部志望であれば夏前あるいは夏休み中に青チャートのコンパス3個分までが確実に備わっていればそこからの過去問演習や2次試験レベルの演習で伸ばすことが可能だと思います。何より重要なのは基礎をおろそかにしないことです。実力の足りなさや問題の難しさに動揺したり焦りを感じたりして難易度の高い演習にすぐに移ろうとはせず自分の進行度と向き合って基礎を固くすることが大切だと思います。 +α 典型解法の充実の重要性について書きましたが、一橋大学の数学は過去問演習が大きな意味を持ちます。過去と似た問題や似た考え方が出ることが今までかなりあったからです。もちろん網羅系参考書などで全ての範囲をおさえることを目指すとともに、早めの過去問演習で傾向を掴み、社会学部であれば特に出る単元にある程度集中して対策することも現実的なプランだと思います。一橋数学では、整数、確率、平面図形、空間図形、数列、微積などが頻出です。 また、質問とは直接関係ありませんが演習を解いていく上で1つのノートを作る勉強が個人的に効果的でした。そのノートには演習をやる中で間違えた部分をまとめておくものですが、間違えた問題とその解法などを書くのではありません。数学で難しいのは解法の一手目が思いつかない時全く歯が立たないことだと思います。そのため、問題を解いてて解法が思いつかず解答などをみた時にどうしたらこの一手目を思いつくかまでしっかり考えてそれをノートに書いておくのです。一手目を思いつくヒントになる問題文の文章や設定とセットで、一手目の考え方をメモしておくことで少しずつ「一手目の考え方」を蓄積していくことができ、後で見返すのにも便利です。1d:Td06,こんばんは!遅くまで勉強お疲れ様です☕️ 今回は大量の知識を頭の中で整理する方法を紹介させて頂きます✨ 結論から申し上げますと、今のまま新しい知識を蓄えても更に混乱するだけなので、自分がどこから分からなくなっているのかを探すのが先です。 色々な新しい事を学んで行く過程の中で、過去の物が身についていなければ、新しい物(応用)は絶対に身につきません。 例えば凄い極端な例として、1+1=2というのを考えてやりますか? 多分やらないと思います。極端な話だと思いますが、実際問題こういう事なんです。より難しい応用を解いて行く中で、基礎は反射で出来なければ行けないのが数学です。 じゃあ反射で出来るようになる為にはどうすれば良いんだ?? 答えは至ってシンプルです。反復なんです。 またまた足し算の例を出しますが、例えば2+3 指折り算で計算していた時期もあるでしょう。ですが、日常生活の中で反復を繰り返しているといつの間にか見ただけで答えが分かるようになっているんです。 足し算くらいの反射で出来るようになれとは言いません。ただ、問題を見たら解き方は大体分かる、方針は立つくらいまでのレベルにはなっていて欲しいので、そのレベルになるまで反復するしかないんです。 さて、反復をただやるだけでもいいのですが、ここで効率の良いやり方を少し紹介させて頂きますね!! 様々な単元に1日で触れるのではなく、1日1単元というように、まとめて1つの単元に対して時間を取る事をオススメします。 そうすると、何日かで最初の単元に戻ってくるはずです。これを何度か繰り返すと、短期記憶→長期記憶となり受験で使える基礎知識の誕生です。 人間って面倒くさいですね....私も何度こう思った事か.... 私も天才タイプではなく、無限に反復して知識を定着させてきたので、反復の辛さは身に染みて分かります😢。同じ事ばっかで気が狂いそうになりますよね。そんな時は自分の好きな教科でもやって息抜きでもして下さい☕️ 青チャートは非常に優れた参考書なのでやりこむのは大変良いことだと思いますが、質問者さんのような成績であれば、もう少し簡単めな参考書を先にやることが重要だと思います。 実際、私も数学の偏差値は進研模試でも40台からのスタートだったので、かなり参考になるかなと思います。 初めに、数学は学校の授業が非常に重要です。理系は理系科目と同等レベルで、文系であれば最も重要な授業科目と言っても過言ではありません。 毎日の授業で恐らく進むであろう進度まで毎回予習はしているでしょうか? それを怠っているのであれば、それが最優先事項です。 毎回の授業では、予習の段階で自分が理解していなかった解法や考え方を集中して聞くことが重要です。その繰り返しが数学の授業なので、前もって自分が何が分かっていないのかを理解しておくようにしましょう。それが分かっているのであれば、30~1時間も時間をかける必要はありません。 次に、授業が終わった後から教科書の問題と学校指定のワーク(進んだ範囲の初級・中級問題)を扱いましょう。反復をして、記憶の定着化を図ります、 テスト期間に入れば、学校指定ワークの中級~上級問題を行います。遅れを取っている状況であれば、初級から初めても構いません。大事なのは自分の力を過信せず、自分の力に見合ったレベルの問題を行うことです。(私は4プロセスが学校指定のワークでした。)また、青チャートの☆1~3、余裕があれば4~5に触れましょう。 以上が普段の数学の勉強の流れです。 これが出来ていなければ、まずこれを定着しましょう。 また、質問者さんが言っている「1つの単元の内容を忘れてしまう」のは私もしょっちゅうでした。恐らく、それこそ東大志望者であっても(忘れた程度は問わず)内容を忘れてしまうものです。 大切なのは、学校で習った時にしっかりと1度定着をさせることです。 そうすることで、仮に1度すべて忘れてしまっても、受験期や長期休みの間に復習を始めればすぐに思い出せます、やはり、1度インプットすることは他の暗記教科と同様、重要なようです。 今の遅れを取り戻したいのであれば、まずは学校の授業を大切にしましょう mb-1","children":"はじめまして!東京大学理科一類の者です。\n\n数学に悩んでいると言うことなので、数学の勉強方法をご紹介させてください!\n\nまず基礎的な話として、各項目の公式、定理を洗い出してみてください。次には、その公式や定理の証明や導出が行えるのかと言うことを考えてみてください。証明や導出は教科書やネットにのっていますので、確認したい場合は使用してください。公式や定理の証明や導出を行えるようにすることで、どの定理と定理が密接に関係しているのかやその式の本質的な意味が理解できるようになるはずです。\n\n例えばですが、余弦定理の証明をしようとしたときに、三平方の定理を使用することになると思います。ではその三平方の定理を証明できるか?と言った具合に、どの定理にどの定理が絡んでいるかを確認することができます。また定義と定理の違いを再認識できるはずです。(結構重要)\n\n次に問題集の使用方法ですが初見の問題を解いた後、自力で解くことのできた問題も含めて、解答で使用している計算操作に対して、「なぜその操作を選択したのか(どんな結果をみたい・得たいからその操作をしたのか)」という根拠を持っておくことが大切です。\nこの訓練を常時意識して取り組むことで、難問にぶつかったとしても闇雲に手を動かすのではなく、最速で私的にその問題を切り崩していくことが可能になるはずです。\nどのような難問でも基本的には、基本問題の絡み合いなので、「どの基本問題が組み合わさってこの問題は構成されているのだろう?」ということを意識するのがいいかと思われます!\n\n参考書の復習の際は、すべての問題を再度手を動かして解く必要はありません。再度手を動かして解く必要があるのは、その問題を読んである程度の時間が経っても解法が浮かばない場合です。この場合の解法とは、計算のことではなく先ほど述べた基本問題への分解ができるかという意味です。\n解法が浮かんだ場合は、実際に解答と照らし合わせてみる程度で大丈夫だと思います。\n\n\n以上が私のおすすめの数学の勉強法になります。\n\n以前解けるようになったはずの問題が時間が経てば解けなくなっているとのことだったので、本質的な理解につながるような勉強方法をご紹介しました。\n\n是非参考にしてください!\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
