不安ですよね。。私も受験生の時は不安でたまらなかったのを思い出します。
不安は受験をする以上一生消えません。消えてはいけないと思います。

現在、不安と自信の比率が7:3くらだとしたら、4:6くらいまでに持っていきたいですね。
そのためにどうしたらいいのかアドバイスさせていただきます。参考になれば幸いです！

結論、気持ちからすべて始まります。
ここでいう気持ちとは「絶対に合格する！！」というような意気込み的なものではありません。
「やるべきことをやれば合格できるんだ」と信じることです。
受験は相対評価なので、周りと比べたくなるのは痛いほどわかります。
ですが、本当に周りと比較しないと合格するかどうかわからないのは東大理3や京大医学部くらいだと思います。ほとんどすべての大学学部は合格得点の相場がだいたい決まっており、自分がそこまでもっていけるかどうかの勝負です。
もう少し直球に言います。どれだけ勉強したかというより、何を勉強したかが大切です。
目標とする点数は志望校のことを少し調べたら分かります。自分の得意科目苦手科目等を踏まえて、どの科目で何点とればいいのかという戦略も立てることができます。そのうえで、あと自分には、どの科目で何点足りないのかという現実を初めてみることができます。これがスタート地点です。
もう少し深ぼりましょう。その科目はどうして○○点足りなかったのか考えてみてください。どうしたらそこが埋まるのか。そこに仮説を立てることができればあとは勉強するのみです。こうやって一歩ずつ目標点に近づけていくことが受験勉強の本質だと私は思います。

そのため、質問をしていただいたような傍からみて頑張っていることというのは回答しない方がいいと判断したのでやめておきますね。すみません、。
ただ、1日のスケジューリングについては私がしていたものを平日と休日に分けてお伝えします！

4:30 起床
→速攻で準備して、近所のマクドナルド(24h営業)で勉強する
時間がきたら学校に行く

朝は眠すぎたので徒歩30分くらいのマクドナルドに行ってコーヒーを飲みながら勉強していました。
勉強時間に関して言えば、午前中どれだけ勉強できるかどうかがカギになってくると思うのでぜひ試してみてください！
ただ、4:30起きは早すぎるかもしれませんので自分体調と相談して時間を設定してもらえればと思います。

mb-1","children":"量より質派or質より量派かみたいなのは昔から人によって考えが分かれているところなので、人それぞれとしか言えないんですが私はそもそも時間ありきで考えるのはどうなんだろう？と思っています。\nl-gaさんも仰っている通り、10時間勉強しろ！と言われても実際に集中できているのは6時間とか7時間で、いつの間にかただ10時間自習室にいることが目標にすり替わってしまっている人をたくさん見てきました。\n私は時間で区切るのではなく具体的な課題をこなしていき、それらを積み重ねた結果として気付いたら10時間経っていたというのが正しい勉強だと思います。ただ塾の先生が仰っていることを拡大解釈すれば、自習室にいる時間が長ければ長いほど、集中できる時間も比例して長くなると言っている、と捉えることもできます。\n長々と私見を述べてしまい恐縮ですが、結論としては、勉強は時間ありきではなくタスクや課題ありきで組み立てる、10時間自習室にいるだけでは当然成績は上がらないが10時間自習室にいてその中で少しでも集中して勉強できれば成績は上がるということです。\nいきなり10時間も集中するのは無理なので、まずは50分集中することを目標にして、それを積み重ねていけるようにしましょう。\n伝わりにくくてすみません。参考になれば幸いです、頑張ってください！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"初めまして。受験生との対話を重ねてきて思うのですが、どうも時間にとらわれている人が多い気がします。恐らく受験情報誌の「合格した先輩の声」みたいな欄によく「10時間以上やりました」などと書いてあるのが原因でしょうが、それを見て「よし自分も10時間やろう」と安直に考えるのは二流です。情報誌に乗るような先輩達は凄いです。でもその先輩達が本当に凄いのは、10時間勉強した事自体ではなく、それを最後まで「継続した」事です。普段から長時間勉強の経験を積んでいない人が、どうしていきなり10時間も出来るようになるでしょうか？何より大切なのは、単発でドカッとやるのではなく、小出しでも良いので続ける事です。自分が集中出来る時間だけ勉強する。それを毎日実践して初めて、「もう少しやってみよう」と思えるようになります。こうして段々と10時間に近付いていくのです。受験はこの積み重ねだと考えて下さい。\n 他方「1週間のトータルが多ければ良いのでは？」という疑問もあるかも知れませんが、それは間違いです。少ない時間でも毎日勉強を「続ける」目的、それは安定したコンディションで本番に臨むことです。「調子が良い日」と「悪い日」があっては、本番が「悪い日」に被った時大変です。でも毎日同じくらい勉強していれば、コンディションのブレも減らせるはずです。\n
