模試が終わったあとやる気がなくなってしまい、勉強しようとは思っているものの全然身が入らないというのは痛いほどわかります。ほんとに辛いですよね。おそらく燃え尽き症候群的なものに近いと思います。第2回の全統記述模試で良い判定をとろうと努力し、その1、2週間前くらいから少しいつもより集中して勉強するなど身体に負荷をかけていたからでしょう。 私がその時効果があるなと思ったことが複数思い当たるのでこれから話していこうと思います! まず一つ目は、仲の良い友達といつもよりハイテンションで話すということです!勉強のことは一旦忘れて、友達との勉強以外の話で盛り上がることによってリフレッシュすることができます!1日だけ友達と思い切って遊びにいくというのも良いと思います!些細なことに気が散ってしまうのであれば、地元にある自然が多い場所に遊びにいって、お茶を飲みながら茶菓子を食べて落ち着くというのが個人的にはおすすめします! 二つ目は、好きな飲み物を自習室などで飲みながら勉強するということです!私はモンスターが好きだったのでカロリーゼロの青色のモンスターをよく飲んでいました!(モンスターに限る必要はないです。)なんとなく元気が出るような気がしたので、エナジードリンクの効果には驚きました。 三つ目は、机の上で寝ることです!寝ることによって、ストレスが緩和され、頭もスッキリし集中することができるようになります!ただ、注意したいことは寝過ぎないことです。私は15〜20分で自然と起きるような体質だったのでタイマーはかけませんでしたが、1時間寝てしまうなどという人はタイマーをかけることをおすすめします! 四つ目は、第一志望校の過去問を試しに解いてみるということです。自分がまだまだ合格点まで届いてないと思ったら、気合が入ってくるかもしれません。また、第一志望校だけではなく、自分が受からなければいけない最低ラインの過去問も解いてみるのも良いです。そこで点数が取れればモチベも上がりますし、取れなかったらヤバいと感じてまた気合いが入ると思います! 夜寝るのは3時以降、起きるのは13時。 やらなきゃ行けないと分かっていても動けない。それが改善できず浪人してしまいました。長い1度目の失敗です。 浪人時代は一切家で勉強していません。塾に行くか、図書館に行くか、近くのマクドナルドに行くかしていました。(100円のアイスコーヒーで何時間もいる酷い客でしたが笑) ‪☆スマホに時間制限を設ける スマホ見てしまうなら本体に時間制限を設けましょう。設定でできたはずです、名前忘れてしまいましたが…。 好きだから勉強するっていう人もいますがそんなこと出来たら苦労しません。 まあ解けるからっていうのもそんなこと出来たらっていう感じですが、1度解いた問題でも結構です。好きな問題でも。 何事も成功体験が重要です。 基本的な事でいいのです。というか1番大切です。 mb-1","children":"勉強お疲れ様です!\nまず眠くなってしまったら、10~15分ほど寝るのがいいと思います。カフェインは受験生がたくさん摂取しているイメージですが、寝たいときに眠れなくなってしまうので、あまりお勧めはできません。ちなみに私は仮眠をとるとなぜか頭が痛くなってしまうので、受験生としては少し長めに睡眠時間をとるようにしていました(8時間くらい)。睡眠時間を減らして勉強しろという先生もいるらしいですが、体調を崩しては本末転倒ですし、こんだけ寝ても意外と勉強時間は確保できるんですよ!寝不足だと勉強に集中できないので、何かしらの方法で少し寝る時間をとってみてください。\nまた、ただ集中できないときなら、勉強する場所を変えてみるのもありです。家でやるとどうしても、誰も見ていないのでだらけてしまうこともあるでしょう。自習室や学校、図書館など公共の場所で勉強すれば、みられているような気がして自然と背筋が伸びるかもしれません。\nそうはいっても質問者さんは高3ですし、これから集中力だけではやっていけないこともあるかもしれません。どんなにやる気が出なくても、手を動かさなくてはいけない日が多くなると思います。そういう時はまず1ページだけ、何の参考書でもいいので手を付けてみましょう。あまり難しくなく、なおかつ得意で好きな科目がいいと思います。勉強は流れが非常に大切です。やる気が余りでない日に、苦手で大嫌いな科目から始めると、ブルーな気持ちになってしまいます。少しずつ進めて、進んだら大げさに自分を褒めてあげてください!受験においては(受験だけではないですが)、自分の機嫌を自分で取ることは本当に大切です。90分やったら10分休憩、という風に、適度に区切りも入れてくださいね。\n少しでもお役に立てたらうれしいです。応援しています!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"最近始めた21時-4時睡眠の生活を安定させるまでは、眠くなってしまうのは仕方ないのかもしれません。\n人間の習慣が定着するまでは、しばらく時間がかかります。人によりますが、1ヶ月以上はかかるとよく言われます。それまでは、定着を待つしかないかもしません。\nすでに習慣化してもおかしくない時期に来ているのであれば、私が睡眠に関してしていたことをいくつか書いておくのでよろしければ試してみてください。\n1、目覚ましアプリの導入\nレム睡眠、ノンレム睡眠の周期に合わせて起こしてくれるアプリです。いくつかありますが、私はsleep meisterというアプリを導入しました。お気に入りの曲を目覚ましの曲にできるし、朝スッキリ起きられます。\n2、朝シャン\nちょっと刺激を与えてみようと思い、朝シャンを取り入れた時期があります。夜はお風呂に入ると眠くなりますが、朝はスッキリしてある程度効果はあったように思います。でも、音といい水道代といいデメリットもあるので状況に合わせてですね。\n3、立って勉強\nもう面倒になって立って勉強してみたりもしました。\n4、記録つけ\n自分に正直に勉強記録をつけました。そうなると、勉強せず寝ている自分が浮き彫りになり、嫌な気持ちになります。その気持ちをバネにして勉強に移る、ということもしました。\n5、コーヒー\nコーヒーが好きだったのでドリップコーヒーをよく飲みました。おしゃれだから気分も上がるし、カフェインで眠気も覚めます。\n\n以上です。参考になれば嬉しいです。\n頑張ってください💪"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"あの、危ないです。僕も一時期不眠状態でやりましたが、壊れかけました。不眠症で薬飲んだりと。特に現役時は。\n\n\n徹底的に効率を求めましょう。ちなみに休憩を取る方が記憶の定着には効果があります。何もしてない間に脳が情報を整理します。\n\n記憶の定着には睡眠が必要不可欠です。これは絶対です。眠れない時は私はメラトニンを服用していました。なおメラトニンは日本で処方できません。輸入しかありません。\n睡眠の質にあまりに悩むようでしたら睡眠外来の受診を強くおすすめします。\n\n以下睡眠の質の向上を紹介します。\n\n朝起きたら散歩しましょう。日光を浴びてセロトニンを出し、これが夜にはメラトニンとなり、睡眠の質を向上させます。また、有酸素運動にも睡眠の質の向上に効果ありです。\n\n寝る2時間前にはブルーライトを浴びない。いささか議論の余地はあるようですが、携帯の操作が良くないなど、結局は電子機器の使用は良くないようです。\n\n午後にカフェインを摂らない。カフェインは人によって残る時間が異なりますが、研究より午後14時以降の摂取は総じて睡眠に影響があったようです。\n\n\nほかにご相談あれば答えます。\n僕も似た症状がありましたので苦しさがわかります。\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n\n勉強の眠気に関してということですが、僕もよく勉強中に眠気に襲われていました。\n\n睡眠に関して、まず根本的なことなのですが、睡眠時間と起床時間は固定するようにしましょう。\nその二つがバラついていると体内時計が安定しないため、昼などに眠くなってしまうからです。\n理想だと7時間は寝たいところです。\n\nその次に、それでも眠くなった場合についてです。\n僕も布団で寝てしまうと、決めた時間より長く寝てしまうため困っていた時期がありました。\nなので僕は机に突っ伏して授業中に寝るような形で寝るようにしていました。\nあと、15分以内で仮眠をとるとすっきり起きられるということを聞いたことがあったので、仮眠は10〜15分でとるようにしていました。\n\nそれでも眠いと感じる場合は、エナジードリンクの力を借りていました。\nただ、エナジードリンクだけでなくコンビニの100円コーヒーでも効果はあるので、お金がない場合はそれで対応するといいと思います。\n\n参考になれば幸いです。\n頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
