16:Tba0,こんにちは!私も生理期間の眠さや頭痛・腹痛・腰痛には苦しまされました……勉強しなきゃとわかっていても寝てしまったり、腰や頭が痛くて集中できなかったりで、どんどん焦ってしまう悪循環辛いですよね…… 私は低容量ピルを飲むことでこれらの症状がかなり改善されました!保護者の方に相談して婦人科へ行き、先生に症状を相談すればほとんどの場合保険適用で低用量ピルを処方してもらえるかと思います。月700円程度で、快適な日々を手に入れられると考えたら安いです! ただ、服用しはじめの1〜2ヶ月は、副作用が出てしまうなど体調が逆に悪くなる人もいるみたいなので、(私は全く問題ありませんでした、可能性としてあるみたいです)受験生には一概にお勧めできないんですが、質問者さんは高1ということで、今のうちに試してみて、受験期までに安定させると良いかと思います! 普段の眠気に関しては、 ①睡眠の質を上げる②睡眠の量を確保とる③寝る時間・起きる時間を固定する④昼寝を活用する⑤カフェインをとる、の6つを行なっていました! ①睡眠の質を上げる ・部屋をしっかり暗くする ・寝る2時間前くらいに風呂を済ませる ・18:00以降カフェインを摂取しない ・寝る直前にご飯を食べない ②睡眠の量を確保する ・最低6.5hは確保する ・自分に合う睡眠時間を見つける(どの時間が一番自分にとって調子が良いか、実験してみる) ③寝る時間・起きる時間の固定 あまりバラバラだと睡眠の質が下がるので、土日に寝だめなどはあまりせず、毎日なるべく同じ時間に寝る、起きる、を安定させましょう ④昼寝を活用する 昼食後などどうしても眠い場合は昼寝をしましょう! ・横にならない(机に突っ伏すなどにする) ・15分以下に収める ・昼寝前にカフェインを摂取する ⑤カフェインの活用 ・なるべくノンシュガーのもの(ブラックまたは無糖のカフェラテなど) ・眠くなるタイミング(昼食後など)を見越して飲む ・カフェならスタバがカフェイン量が一番多いです ・昼寝前に飲む ・18:00以降は飲まない 以上のことを行っていたら、眠気はかなり改善されました!睡眠は習慣が全てなので、受験生になる前に自分にとってのベストをみつけて、それを安定させることが第1だと思います!削るのはもってのほかですからね!しっかり寝て、しっかり集中して勉強してください!ファイトです! カフェイン過剰摂取も厳しく、運動も普段あまりしないのであれば、以下の方法が効果的だと思います。 ①寝る前に何があってもスマホを見ない ②質のいい睡眠をとる ③モーニングルーティーンを確立する ④裏技 1つずつ説明していきます! ①寝る前に何があってもスマホをいじるのをやめましょう!ブルーライトがかなり睡眠の質の低下に影響しています。毎晩LINEの返信とかで見る必要があるのであれば、毎日この時間に返すっていうことを徹底することをお勧めします。僕の場合、21時にまとめて返したり、まとめてLINEを送ったりして、それ以降はスマホをおやすみモードにして、インターネットを全てきっていました(アラームはかけるためにそばには置いてありますが) ②(当てはまる人が少ないので、飛ばしても構いません) 睡眠障害である可能性がある場合、病院に行くなり、薬局に行くなりする対策をする必要があるかもしれません。1番の原因となっているのが、口呼吸です。起床後の気分の悪さ、乾燥、喉の痛みが一気にきて、朝起きるのが辛くなってしまいます。対策としては、口にテープを貼って寝ることによってかなり改善します!  また、部屋が汚いと埃やダニが大量発生して睡眠の質も下がることもあると思います。気分転換に部屋の掃除もしてみてはどうでしょうか。 ③モーニングルーティーンを確立するのはマストです!寝る前に朝勉強の用意をして寝るようにし、朝起きて直ぐに勉強できるようにしましょう!お勧めできるのは、5秒を数えてから直ぐに行動に移すというやり方です。理由は分かりませんが、なぜか直ぐに体が動けるようになります。アメリカの大学の研究で知った気がします。 ④裏技というのもあれなんですが、起きて直ぐに、太陽光を浴びる 部屋の電気をつける 顔を洗う line-clamp-2 mb-1","children":" こんにちは。私も質問者の方と同じように昼過ぎの勉強を始めるとすぐ眠くなっていました。そんなときには私も仮眠を取っていました。ですが、ただ昼寝をするだけでは起きた後に勉強を始めるのが億劫になってしまうので意識していた点が何点かあります。\n\n 1つ目は寝る直前の勉強を中途半端なところで終わらせることです。質問者の方は区切りのいいところまでやってその後に仮眠をとっていると思うのですが、これは逆効果になってしまうことが多いです。「とりあえずここまでやったから大丈夫」と、無意識のうちに勉強に対して一区切りしてしまっている可能性が高いからです。微妙なところで勉強を一旦終わらせれば、まだタスクが残ってるから完全には休憩できないなー、と考えて脳が完全にシャットダウンすることはかなり減ります。\n\n 2つ目は睡眠時間を20分未満に抑えることです。人間は一旦長時間寝てしまうと、脳を活動状態に戻すまでに膨大な労力を必要としてしまいます。その長時間の基準になるのが20分です(以前ネットで調べたことなので誤差があるかもしれません、申し訳ないです)。ですので、仮眠をとる際は18分程度に抑えることを強くおすすめします。\n\n 3つ目は寝る直前にコーヒーを飲むことです。コーヒーに含まれるカフェインは飲み始めてから30分後に効き始めます。ですので仮眠が終わって、少ししたらカフェインが効き始めるくらいの睡眠時間が前述した時間、というようになります。そうするとかなりスッキリした状態で起きれます。\n\n 最後は絶対にベッドで寝ないことです。確かに疲れている時はベッドでゆっくり寝たくなってしまうものですが、これをしてしまうと脳が完全にお休みモードに切り替わってしまいます。ですのである程度活動状態をキープするために、机の上で突っ伏して寝ることをオススメします。大体20分くらいすると腕のしびれで自然と目を覚ましますしね。笑\n\n mb-1","children":"最近始めた21時-4時睡眠の生活を安定させるまでは、眠くなってしまうのは仕方ないのかもしれません。\n人間の習慣が定着するまでは、しばらく時間がかかります。人によりますが、1ヶ月以上はかかるとよく言われます。それまでは、定着を待つしかないかもしません。\nすでに習慣化してもおかしくない時期に来ているのであれば、私が睡眠に関してしていたことをいくつか書いておくのでよろしければ試してみてください。\n1、目覚ましアプリの導入\nレム睡眠、ノンレム睡眠の周期に合わせて起こしてくれるアプリです。いくつかありますが、私はsleep meisterというアプリを導入しました。お気に入りの曲を目覚ましの曲にできるし、朝スッキリ起きられます。\n2、朝シャン\nちょっと刺激を与えてみようと思い、朝シャンを取り入れた時期があります。夜はお風呂に入ると眠くなりますが、朝はスッキリしてある程度効果はあったように思います。でも、音といい水道代といいデメリットもあるので状況に合わせてですね。\n3、立って勉強\nもう面倒になって立って勉強してみたりもしました。\n4、記録つけ\n自分に正直に勉強記録をつけました。そうなると、勉強せず寝ている自分が浮き彫りになり、嫌な気持ちになります。その気持ちをバネにして勉強に移る、ということもしました。\n5、コーヒー\nコーヒーが好きだったのでドリップコーヒーをよく飲みました。おしゃれだから気分も上がるし、カフェインで眠気も覚めます。\n\n以上です。参考になれば嬉しいです。\n頑張ってください💪"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは!\n\n回答にならないかもですが結論から言うと昼寝した方がいいかなと思います!!\n\n自分も日中に眠くなってしまう質問者さんの気持ちがすごくよくわかります!なぜなら自分も受験生の時6時間半くらいしか寝てなくて必ず午後には眠気がきてしまいました。\nそこでまず自分が考えたのは昼ごはんをあまり食べないことです。どうしてもお腹いっぱいになると眠くなってしまうので昼ごはんは炭水化物を少なめにして少し空腹ぐらいで午後も勉強するようにしてました。\n\nそれでも眠い時はもう逆に自分は少し寝てました。ただベッドで寝てしまうとそのあともダラダラしてしまうので机に座って10分くらい突っ伏して寝ると意外と体がスッキリします。正直自分はこうでもしないと眠気はなくなりませんでした。一番最悪なのはずっと眠気とたたかって勉強も進まずに眠いままになるということです。とにかく眠気をしっかりとった上で勉強したほうが効率が上がると思うので少しでも昼寝をしてみるといいと思います!!\n\n参考になれば幸いです!!また、いつでも何か聞きたければこちらのコメントでお答えするのでお気軽にどうぞ!(答えられる範囲で答えます!)\n\nまた、UniLink mb-1","children":"こんばんは!\n毎日7時間以上寝ることは素晴らしいです。\n\n私も7時間寝ることを目標にしていましたが、結局6時間睡眠が多くなっていました…。\n\nもちもちさんと同じく、私も本当に朝が苦手です。朝早く起きようとしても全然起きれず、起きれたとしても勉強は捗りませんでした。\nただ、おっしゃる通り本番の朝は早いです。\nそこで私は、本番2週間前までは今まで通り夜型で、2週間を切ったら22:00に寝て5:00に起きるようにしました。22:00とは極端な、と思うかもしれませんが、意外と極端な方が朝に起きれました。また、私はいつでも眠かったので、22:00でも始めた時から寝ることができましたが、もし22:00に寝れなくても、段々慣れていきますので、1週間前までには寝れるようになっていると思います。\n\n眠くならない方法について、眠くなった時に、私はよくスープや白湯を飲んでいました。\n\nまた、すっきり起きるために起きてすぐにカーテンを開け、英語の音読をするようにしていました。\n\nただどうしても眠くなってしまうので、授業がなくなってからは、毎日15分から30分ほど昼寝をしていました。\n\nこの頃の1日のスケジュールとしては、\n・朝起きてすぐに英語の音読\n・朝食や朝の支度\n・過去問解く\n・昼食\n・昼寝\n・解いた過去問の復習\n・夕食\n・すでにやったことのある問題集の確認(復習)\n・風呂\n・暗記物の勉強\n・寝る支度\n・古文単語or英単語\n・明日やることを付箋に書く\n・就寝\n\nという感じでした。\n日曜日には1週間に最低でもやりたいことを書き出し、それをみながら毎夜やることを付箋に書く、というやり方は効果的だったかと思います。(終わるまで寝れないようにするか、次の日がそこまでハードでなければ次の日にまわすかをはっきり決めることができたので)\nただここで、やりたいことを全て書くのではなく、最低限やらなければいけないことを書くのがポイントです。そうすれば毎日達成感を感じることができると思います。\n\n長くなりましたが以上です。\nありきたりな話になってしまったかもしれませんが、何がお役に立てれば幸いです。\n\n頑張ってください!!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
