mb-1","children":"どれだけ勉強しようと、どれだけさぼろうと、落ちる時は落ちます。\n\n運次第といってしまうと、価値ある努力が虚しいものに聞こえてしまうので、完全に運ゲーとはまでは言いませんが…受験は運要素がかなり強いです。私はかなり受験の運が良かった方なので、無事に志望校に現役合格しましたが、それでも第一志望より偏差値が下の同志社や早稲田には落ちています。結局、問題やその日のコンディションによって、かなりの確率で受かると思われる大学でも落ちます。心のどこかでどうせ受かるやろ、と思っている程度なら、尚更落ちる可能性は高いと思います。\n\nでは、何もしなくていいのか…そんなことはありません。結局、受かるやら落ちるやら言うてても何も変わりません。変えれるのは、ひたすら勉強して、少しでも合格の確率、可能性を高めてあげることぐらいです。95%で受かる子も5%で落ちますし、95%で落ちる子も5%で受かる。そんな世界で、あなたはどうしますか？自分なら結果がどう転ぶにせよ、少しでも確率はあげようと努力します。50%を60%に、60%を70%に、100%に限りなく近づける努力をします。まとまった勉強時間でなくとも、英単語覚える、一問一答読む、長文読む、なんでもできることはあります。運の話で言うと、体調管理とかもそうですね、本番前に体調崩すとかいう最悪の事態を防ぐためにできることもあるはずです。小さな努力でも、合格の確率は上げられるはずです。\n\nこういうことをしてこなかったとき、\n不合格の事実は自分の存在を否定してしまうほど大きくのしかかります。あの時もっとできたのに、なんでやらなかったのか。一生物の後悔を背負います。\n\nやれることを全てやった時の失敗と\nやれることをやってこなかった時の失敗\n大学受験だけにとどまらない、その後の人生を左右するほどの違いがあると思いますよ。\n\nあと3ヶ月もないのですから、体調崩さない範囲でやれるだけやってみたらどうですか？"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"受験の日が近づいてくるこの時期は、不安になってしまうこともあります。\nそんなときは、朝起きたあとに「自分が今やるべきこと」を箇条書きでいいので書き出してみてください。\n英語はこれとこれとこれ、数学はこれとこれとこれ、のようにリスト化してみてください。\n\nそして、箇条書きで書き出したものをもとにその日のスケジュールを立て、その日中に必ず終わらせるようにしてください。\n\n次の日、その次の日も同じことをしてください。\n\nこのときの注意点は2つあります。\n1つ目は、無理な計画を立てないことです。\n直前期になると、あれもこれもやらなければいけないと思い、無理な計画を立ててしまいがちです。そうなると、計画を立てたのにできなかった、となり気持ちが下がってしまいます。\nここからの時期で大事なのは、「今日もやり切った！！」という達成感です。その達成感を味わうために、あえて少し余裕を持った計画を立ててみてください。もし、時間が余れば次の日の分も進めていきましょう。そうすれば、勉強の貯金ができます。こうすることで、気持ちにも余裕が出てきます。\n\n2つ目の注意点は、分からない問題に出会っても不安にならないことです。「なんでこんな問題もできないのか」「周りの友達は解けているのに」などは決して思う必要はありません。\n大事なのは「自分はこの問題のどこでつまづいたのか」をしっかりと把握し、やり直し、次同じような問題が出てきたら解けるようにする、ということです。\n\n上記のような、計画立て、注意点を意識しながら勉強を進めていけば、自ずと勉強に没頭できるようになり、少しずつ不安が払拭されていきます。\nそれでも、不安をゼロにすることはできませんが、ここまで頑張ってきた努力を信じて、入試当日に自信を持って会場に行くことができるよう、最後の最後まで諦めない姿勢を貫いてください。\n\n周りの人達の言葉も気にはなりますが、過剰に気にする必要はありません。\n受験をするのは自分ですし、大学に行くのも自分です。\n自分の人生ですから、最後は自分で自分を信じてあげてください。\n\n残り期間、最後の力を振り絞って頑張ってください。\n応援しています。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
