1c:Tcc0,東京大学文科二類に進学した者です。 集中力持続についての解決策についてですね、任せてください! 平日5〜6時間の勉強時間を確保しているとのことで、非常に勉強意欲が高くて素晴らしいと思います!! ただし、私の見解では勉強内容が頭に入ってきていないと思ったら、すぐにでも休憩してしまうべきだと思います!!! せっかく勉強をしているのだからその内容を身に付けたいですよね、、 それなら休憩をしっかりとって集中できる時に勉強をしたほうが効率的だし自分のモチベーション維持にもなります! 集中する時は集中する、集中できない時は勉強をしない、という大胆な切り替えでもいいと思います! 以下に休憩以外に集中力を保ち続ける私なりのコツを紹介します! ①様々な勉強内容を混ぜる 質問者さんのスケジュールを見てみると、昼の1時間半は日本史、夜の4時間は英語、というように同じ教科に連続で長時間取り組んでいます。同じ勉強内容を続けていると飽きてしまうのは当然です。1時間毎で勉強内容、勉強教科を変えてみるといいでしょう! ②様々な場所で勉強してみる 毎日決まった時間に決まった場所で勉強をしているとこれまた飽きてしまい集中は続きません。学校や学校の自習室、学校の図書館、自宅の自分の部屋、自宅のリビング、自宅近くの図書館や、塾など様々な場所をローテーションしながら勉強してみると新鮮な気分になって勉強に集中できるはずです! ③あえて勉強から離れる時間を作る 人間ですからずっと勉強してたら集中続きませんよ!!受験生とてずっと勉強をしなければいけないわけではないです!自分の趣味をする時間などをつくれば精神的に楽になり、勉強もリラックスしながらできるかも! ④楽な勉強だけする これは私が現役時、鬱になりかけていた時に実践していた勉強法です。正直勉強するのが面倒でつまらないけど、なにか勉強をしなければいけない、そんな時にやっていたのが楽な勉強です。 英単語学習や歴史の通史、その他授業内容の復習など、あまり疲れず負担の重くない勉強のみをとりあえずやる。 集中できない時の勉強は、勉強するだけで偉いです。焦る必要は一切ありません! 私は睡眠8時間に昼に眠くなった時は必ずすぐに仮眠をとっていました。平日は4時間、休日は8〜9時間しか勉強していませんでしたが、とにかく質を重視していました。集中できていない時は勉強から離れていました。 mb-1","children":"集中力の持続方法については個人差がありますが、私が実践していた方法を記載させて頂きます。個人的に最も効果があったと感じるのは、45分集中+10分休憩をnセットやることです。ここで重要なのは、この休憩中にスマホを触らないことです。「ちょっとだけ」と思っていてもついつい触り続けてしまい、このルーティンが崩れがちです。\n\n 人間が一度に集中できる時間は長くとも1時間程度としている論文も多く、質の低い集中を長時間行うよりは、先述の方法をおすすめします。その点質問者様の15時までの勉強はちょくちょく休憩できているようなので、そこは継続しても良いと思います。ただ、19時からの勉強に関しては、疲れや眠気で集中できないことも多いと思いますので、そうなった時は先述の45分集中+10分休憩を推奨します。\n\n 次に、「なんだか今日集中できないな」と感じる時の対処法について述べさせて頂きます。大抵そういう時は無理して勉強しても頭に入ってこないので、走ったり、階段をのぼってみたりして疲れない程度に身体を動かしてみることをおすすめします。これは根性論ではなく、脳に巡る酸素量を増やし、頭が回りやすくなったりリフレッシュできたりします。(私が実践していたのは、集中できないと思ったら教室や家の回りを1周することです。)集中できないのは質問者様の気合いが足りないからとかではないので、論理的に効率を高めていきましょう。\n\n mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n早稲田大学人間科学部1年生です。\n\n\n集中力が続かないというような悩みですね。\n\n私も受験生の時はそうでした。\n\n私が実践してたことで少しでも役にたてれば幸いです。\n\n\n1つ目は、根性論としてその大学に絶対行きたい!という志望理由をもつことです。\n\nなぜその大学に行きたいのか、\n環境面での志望理由と内心面での志望理由を\n考えることが大切です。\n\n例えば\n環境面では、この大学に行って周りに認めてもらいたいなど、\n \n内心面ではこの大学に行って𓏸𓏸をやりたいなどです。\n\n\n紙やスマホに書き出して集中力が切れそうになった時は見返すといいと思います。\n\n\n2つ目は50分やって10分休憩をルーティーン化することが大切です。\n勉強する時間、休憩時間は\n自分で決めていいと思いますが\nメリハリをつけぶっ続けでやらずに習慣付けることできるとがいいと思います。\n\nまた、入試近くになってきたら入試が行われる時間と同じタイムスケジュールでやることが大事です。\n\n3つ目は、やることリストを作ってやらなければいけない状況をつくることです。\n\n私の場合は次の日のタイムスケジュールを寝る前に書き出してそれ通りに行動するようにしてました。\n\n集中力の回復の根本的な解決とはなりませんが、促すものになるとは思います。\n\n\n4つ目は、1時間30分で集中力が切れてしまうのなら1時間30分ごとに科目を変えて気分転換するといいと思います。\n\n科目によって意識することが変わるので集中力も切れにくくなるのではないかと思います。\n\nここから1年間受験勉強大変だとは思いますが、1年間やりきって第1志望校に受かった時の感動は素晴らしいものになります。\n\n集中がきれてる時間を合算すると大きなロスになっている\nと意識すると集中力も続きやすく濃密な勉強時間になると思います。\n\nどうしても集中力が切れてしまった時は音楽を聴いたりするのも効果的だと思います。\n\n\nこれから挫折することも沢山あるとは思いますが、\nこの1年間自分が出来ることは全てやりきったと思えるような受験勉強になるよう頑張ってください!\n\n応援してます!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"人間の集中力は最大で15分と言われています。また、集中力は持って60〜75分と言われています。そのため、闇雲に勉強に邁進するよりも、効率的なスケジュールで勉強をすると良いかと思います。\n\n60〜75分なんて、学校の授業みたいですよね。\n\n私が受験生の頃は、1日のスケジュールを学校の時間割のように組み立てていました。1コマを80分として、10分の休憩を挟んで、1日8コマです。1-3は新しい知識を入れるインプット学習、4-8をアウトプット学習にしていました。センター試験や私大のテストも80~90分が多いです。普段からこの時間に体を慣らしましょう。直前になっても慣れません。\n\nぜひご参考にしてください。\n\n\n集中力が途切れない方法は存在しません。集中力はそこまで長く続かないものです。しかし集中力が途切れた時何をするかが大事です。\n脳みそはブドウ糖をエネルギーとして動いているのはご存知でしょうか。そのブドウ糖は、砂糖や炭水化物から精製されます。集中力が続かない人は、飴を舐めながら勉強してみたり、お米やパンを食べるなどすると良いです。しっかり補給して下さい。\nまた、集中力が低下、切れるというのはそれら脳にとってのエネルギーが足りないことだけでなく、休息が必要というサインです。こまめな休憩を挟んで、脳を休ませましょう。\n\n中でも昼寝はとても効率的な休息方法です。15-20分の昼寝は体にとても良く作用します。摂取15分後から効き始めるカフェインを利用して、寝る前にコーヒーを飲むと、カフェインのお陰でスッキリ起きれますよ!!\n\nclipお願いします!\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"集中できない時は誰にでもあります。リフレッシュしてください。\n\n勉強は嫌々やってもなかなか頭に入ってきません。やらされるより自分からやる、より楽しくやる方が頭に入りやすいですし、記憶力もめちゃくちゃ良くなります。なぜ勉強に集中できない時があるのかというと、人間の体はそういうつくりになっているからです。他に気になるものがあるとき、気分や体調が優れない時はなかなか集中できないですし、勉強するにも身が入りません。このような状態を改善するためには、15~30分ほどの運動をすることが良いです。とにかく体を動かしてください。休憩では意味がありません。体を動かすことによって、脳を活性化させるとともに、体の血流が良くなり、身体機能の向上が期待できます。自分の体をこのような状態にしてから勉強するようにすると、集中して勉強できるようになります。\n\nまた、体には休息日も必要です。毎週1日は何もしない日を設けるといった、思い切った選択をすることも重要です。自分なりの効率よく勉強できる方法を自分で試行錯誤しながら見つけてください。勉強できない日は何をやっても脳が働かず、全く勉強することができません。そのような日は誰にでもあるものです。1日ぐらい休んだって周りとの差は全くと言っていいほど広がりません。そんな日には休息して、次の日から万全な状態で勉強できるように体調を整えましょう。\n\n自分なりのルーティンはなかなか作れないと思いますが、少しづつ時間をかけて継続性をつけていってください。応援してます!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex 散歩する場所がないのなら塾を徘徊でもしましょう笑笑\n\n ガチガチに決めるのではなく軽いノリで設定してみて下さい。全然時間内に終わらなくても大丈夫です。 英語の勉強をするのでも長文・単語・文法など、さらに部類分けをして時間を区切るのはおすすめしません。そこまでやってしまうと勉強が時間に支配されて余計に力が入りかえって集中力が落ちます。「後2時間で散歩だ♪」「夜飯何買おうかなぁ」みたいに勉強中はポジティブに考えていきましょう!\n mb-1","children":"こんにちは!\n\n集中力を続けるにはいかに今自分がやっていることに一生懸命になれるかが大切だと思います!!!\n\n今からその集中力を続けるために自分が思う大切な3つを紹介したいと思います!!\n\nまず1つめはこれは部活も勉強も同じでまずはとにかく目標を作ってそれを紙に書いて家にはってみるといいと思います!志望校を紙に書いて自分が勉強してる時に見えるとこに貼ったりするとそれを見るたびに勉強やらなきゃという気持ちになれると思います!\n\n2つめは集中力を削ぐようなものをなくすということです。例えば携帯は勉強している間は親に預かってもらったり、漫画は自分の勉強しているところから見えないところに置いたりすることで自分を勉強しかできない状態にすることが大切です!\n\n最後に3つめは1日のやることをしっかり計画をたててから勉強に臨むことです!例えば今日はこの長文の問題をやるとか単語はここまでやるとかある程度1日ずつ目標を立てていくことが大切だと思います!\n\n⭐️ 最後に体調を維持していくためのポイントですが、やはり規則正しい生活を心掛けることが何よりも大切なのではないかと思います!\n自分が休みの日にやっていた勉強スケジュールを書いておくので是非自分に合うスケジュールを決めてやるのがいいと思います!\n\n7:30 起床 朝食などを済ませる\n終わり次第英単語や英熟語の暗記や速読英単語の文章を読んだり音読したりする。\n\n10:00〜12:00 英語長文を解いて直しなど\n\n12:00〜13:00 昼食 食べている間は前日に問題集をやって間違えた日本史の用語を確認する。\n\n13:00〜17:00 国語の現代文、古文の問題を解く。直しまで丁寧に。\n\n17:00〜21:00 日本史の問題集を解いたり、日本史の用語の復習\n\n21:00〜22:30 夕食、入浴、休憩\n\n2230〜0時ごろまで mb-1","children":"まず、通学時間や休み時間での勉強を行えていることが受験生としての意識が高く、非常に良いと思います。素晴らしいです。\n\n本題に入ります!\nはるしさんは勉強時間を相当確保できているようですね。この点が本当に素晴らしい👍\n\nしかしながら、休憩時間の取り方、使い方をもう少し工夫することで、さらに良い勉強ができるのではないのかと思います!\n\n以下、私が受験生時代に工夫していたこと(集中力を高める、集中力が切れてしまった時の持ち直し方)を4点挙げます!\n\n①一度に長い時間の休憩を取らない\n\n一度に長い休憩を取ると次に勉強を始めるのが億劫になってしまいますから、一定時間勉強したら15分の休憩を取るなど、こまめに休憩を挟むと集中力がアップします!\n\n②一旦勉強をやめて散歩か運動をする\n\n身体を動かすことで何故かスッキリします。眠気も冷めるので良いです。\n実際、私も夜17:00ごろになると勉強が辛くなって塾の近くを走ったり散歩したりしていました。(1時間ほど歩いて公園まで行って塾へ帰るという生活をしていました。)\n\n③甘いものを食べる!\n\n糖分も補給できてとても良いです。集中できない時は案外、糖分が足りていないことが原因だったりします^_^\n\n④寝てみる\n\n集中力がなくなると、イライラしたりソワソワしたりすることがあるかもしれません。そんな時は20分机に伏せて寝るだけでも集中力が上がります。\n\n以上が私が工夫していたことです!\n\n①は②〜④とはすこし毛色が違いますが、勉強の質を高めるには休憩の取り方も非常に大切なことです。\n\n②〜④は一時的に集中力を取り戻すために工夫していたことです!\n\nこのようにまとめましたが、受験は学力と同様、体力、精神もとても大切な要素です!!\n集中力が切れることが深刻な問題でしたら、まずは生活を見直すことも大切です。\n例えば、睡眠時間を確保する、ご飯を規則正しく食べる、運動をする、など。\n\n①〜④を是非実践しただいた上で、体調にも気をつけて欲しいです!!\n\nこれからも身体に気をつけて、集中力をさらに高められるように頑張りましょう^
