→まずは集中力が続いていける時間帯は英語や現代文などの演習科目に力を入れたいところです。そこで私はまずは英語からと言う形がいいと思います。単語→文法→解釈→長文の順に勉強していきましょう。



✅時間がない！！そんな方へ…

結論から言うと忙しいとか時間がないとか言い訳でしかないということです。忙しい、時間がないというのは全ては優先順位の問題です。実際にSNS、テレビ、友達付き合いで時間は減っていく。今の時代スマートフォンは必須なものでもあり、誘惑でもあります。オンオフの切り替えがいかにできるか。ここは自分のモチベーション次第ですが物事の優先順位に関しては受験生は勉強が1番上であり1番に他が来てはいけないと私は考えています。たったの一年です。優先度1番は勉強。よくある話で◯◯が終わったら次にこれをやろうって言ってる人はいつになってもできないという話があります。具体例を出してみると、例えば英単語が終わったら古文単語をやろう、社会人でいうと仕事が終わったら読書をしようなどです。古文単語を覚えない言い訳になってしまいますし、社会人の読書など夢のまた夢ですね。何をするにせよ完璧な状態はありませんし、来ません。その完璧な状態を求めていたらいつまでたっても来ません。そういうものです。受験も限りある知識をいかに応用するかが合否の分かれ目となります。時間は有限です。合格に近づくためにも完璧な状態を目指すのではなく合格できる状態を目指しましょう。話は戻りますが言い訳せずに1日に10分でも20分でも時間を作りましょう。朝早起きする。ご飯の間単語帳をみる。通学時間は音声学習。意識次第でいくらでも変わります。変われます。ぜひ。

そして成果を出すためには圧倒的な量が必要だということ。質と量。天秤によくかけられますよね。私はそれは違うかなって思います。相関関係です。量があってこその質です。量をこなしてみて実際にん？！ここもっと削れるな！という感じで無駄な部分を削っていく。そうして最後に残った部分が質です。
世の中うまくいっている人は１つのことに本気になっています。めちゃくちゃ成果を出している人は睡眠以外の時間は常にそのことを考えている。スタートは2時間くらい何も言い訳せずに頑張ればあとは楽になります。まずは量ですね。圧倒的な努力。
また努力を続けると辛さはどんどん減っていきます。最初は辛いです。慣れていないので。同じ努力量をしてもしんどさは徐々に下がっていきます。ぜひとも頑張ってください。まだ受験勉強折り返し地点です。挽回など自分次第でいくらでもできます。最後受験が終わった頃に振り返ってみて悔いがないように。頑張ってください。

✅ならべく午前中も勉強したいところ

→受験本番は朝起きるのが早いです。試験はもちろん午前から。今のうちから慣れとかないと本番でベストパフォーマンスができませんからね。1d:Td50,もし私が質問者さんだったら平日こう過ごす！という感じでご紹介させていただきます。押し付けではないのであくまで参考程度に捉えてください。こんな感じかぁ〜なるほどぉ〜くらいで。

6時
→起床ですね。なんといっても始まりが肝心のですよね。二度寝しても6時15分までには必ず起きます。思いっきり足を上げて起きるのがコツですね。気合い気合い…朝起きたら水一杯飲みましょう。健康にいいらしいですよ🤧

6時30分
→朝食タイム。ヨーグルト、パンなど食べますね。軽めで攻めます。

7時
→勉強 暗記系を頑張りました。英単語や古文単語、日本史一問一答などですね。ここでがっつり勉強は勧めません。時間がないので暗記系に限ります。

8時
→登校です。朝は学校に行くまでは音声学習。CDで実況中継を回しまくってました。それ以外にも英単語や古文単語も。耳で慣れることって大事ですよ。案外。

9〜12時
→学校の授業。しんどみ…
内職するんだったら実践科目。問題集などに取り組みたいですね。英語の構文などをこの時間帯にやるのがありかと。英語と現代文メイン。

12〜13時
→昼休みはですね。図書へ足を運んでいました。1〜2の間に軽くご飯たべてお昼は勉強。それか友達と喋る🤝
この時間帯で勉強できるかできないか大事です。もし自分の能力が低いのなら尚更頑張らないと。圧倒的に努力しないとです。

13〜16時
→学校の授業。もっとしんどみ。いっちばん辛い時間帯。ここは少し抑えめな教科。古文とか古文とか古文とか。

16時〜17時
→帰宅ですね。寄り道厳禁です。それか塾へ行きます。自習室などなど。今回は帰宅バージョンです。

17〜17時30分
→爆睡。ここでの爆睡は重要。ここでは30分で必ずおきましょう。必ずです。一回起きれたら癖になります。やべぇ寝ちまったとなり焦って効率上がります。
ここで爆睡しなかったら体持たなかったです。まじで！！休むことって本当に大事です。長期戦なら尚更。途中でギブアップが一番勿体無いですからね。

17時30分〜20時30分
→スッキリしたので演習メインのお勉強！英語や現代文。

20時30分〜21時30分
→お風呂&夜ご飯 休憩ですね。受験期はご飯が楽しい🍚

21時30分〜23時30分
→追い上げです。体力使い切りましょう。寝るのが気持ちいいです。最後らへんは暗記科目ですね。日本史とか日本史とか日本史とか。ここでの日本史のオススメ教材は

mb-1","children":"答えからいうと、質問を読む限り伸びる勉強法には思えません。\nもし志望校が自分の中で確定しているのなら早いうちに過去問を見て、要求される英語のカテゴリーを理解しておくと今後の勉強の指針になるはずです。\n\n東大志望ならば、長文と英作は早いうちから勉強しておいて損はないと思います。質問することができる先生がいらっしゃるならば、東大の古い過去問の英作をやってみて添削してもらったり、長文読解も参考書はたくさんありますからやられたらいいと思います。\n\n質問を読んで思ったのは、\n朝昼夜と英単語200個を毎日やっていたら一通り暗記できているはず。だから暗記したところは頻度を減らしていけば勉強時間確保につながる。\nもし英語の勉強の大半を塾のテキストに使っているなら勿体ないので参考書でも探して自分の弱点補強をした方が良い。\n受験の英語と英検の英語はそこまで互換性はないのでどちらかを集中してやった方が良い。\nということです。\n\n個人的には単語はもちろんなんですが、英熟語もよく勉強しないと英作、長文で困ることになります。\n\n参考になれば幸いです。頑張ってください。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
