1a:Tc30,こんにちは。気持ちでは理解できているものの、行動が伴わないことはよくあります。そして、それがストレスになって集中力が落ちていく……負のサイクルですよね。自分もそんな経験がありますが、そんな時にどうしていたか話そうと思います。最後まで読んでいただけると幸いです。

まず、独学でここまで来れ、尚且つ自分が何故悩んでいるかを自己分析できているあいさんは素晴らしいことを伝えておきます。普通の人間では正直言って無理です。それを成し遂げてきた気力と体力を持ち合わせているあなたなら、この１ヶ月頑張って受かるレベルまで持っていける気がします。自信を持ってください。

では、今回のようにもがいても時間が過ぎていくばかりで進展がないように思えてしまう時にどうすればいいかを話します。結論としては、一日6時間までしか勉強をしない日を数日(1~2週間に1回でいいので)作ってください。1ヶ月しかないのに、そんなことできない！！って思われるかもしれませんが、これをやるといい理由がきちんとあります。

まず、12時間ぼーっと勉強する状態というのは頭が疲れて正常に機能していない状態です。このまま受験に突入して行ってもフルパフォーマンスは出せません。半日好きなことして頭を休ませるのも意外と重要です。怪我しない程度の運動ならかなり推奨できます。統計的にも体を動かすことと試験のパフォーマンスの相関関係があることは明らかになっています。

次に、敢えて勉強時間を制限することで今自分が本当にやるべきことを見極めて欲しいからです。質問の内容では、何がどれくらい足りないのかは分かりませんが、やらなくてもいい勉強をズルズルとやり続けるのはかなり効率が悪いです。それよりは合格に必要な勉強をキチッとやる方が何倍も効率が良いと言えます。人間は12時間机に向かっていても、実際に集中出来ている時間は4~6時間ほどです。その限られた集中時間を必要な勉強に当ててください。あいさんは時間がなくて焦っているというよりも、合格点に届いていないのにも拘わらず集中できずにズルズルと勉強していることにストレスを感じているのだと思います。このストレスも上記の方法で解決できます。

mb-1","children":"１日八時間で充分です。これは人間の集中力やキャパの問題です。１日に14時間やると集中が持たない上、学んだことの半数は脳が受け止めきれず忘れます。だから成績は上がるはずもなく、でも時間はめっちゃかけてるから自分はダメなのかという劣等感がうまれ、、という負のスパイラルに陥ります。8時間で受からない人は14時間でも受からないと思ってください。受験勝つ人は頭いい人ではなく効率よく勉強できる人だと思います。多い範囲を少ない時間でどれだけ入れられるか。時間をかければかけるほど劣化します。さらに人間の体の構造上から行くと夜早く寝て朝早く起きて勉強する生活が理想です。睡眠時間は6時間から七時間とりましょう。前日の内容の吸収が終わらない他、睡魔にも襲われ勉強の効率が下がります。四時間寝て12時間やる人より、8時間寝て8時間やる人の方が勉強の集中力と効率は段違いです。予備日を作る必要性は感じないですが、遊びたい時は遊んで、休みたい時は休んでいいと思います。大切なのは１日ないしは一週間でやると決めたノルマだけをこなしていくこと。自分はノルマが終われば例え5時間でもその日は終わりで遊んでました。時間をうまく使って頑張って合格してください。応援しています"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
