眠気を感じながら長時間勉強をするくらいなら、頭がスッキリした状態で短時間勉強した方が、効率がいいと言っても過言ではないでしょう! ...と言っても、生活リズムをきちんと整えることは簡単そうに見えて案外難しいものですよね😞 不安になってついつい夜更かしをしてしまったり、はたまた朝起きられなかったり、色々な理由はあると思います そこで、自分に合った生活リズムをつくるために必要なことをいくつかの段階に分けて私なりに紹介したいと思います✨ ステップ① 自分に必要な睡眠時間を把握しよう! 人によって、疲れを取るために必要な睡眠時間は異なります。 長く勉強をしたいからといって、睡眠時間を削ってしまうことは、学習内容を脳に定着させることの妨げになってしまったり、翌日の学習に悪影響をきたしてしまう可能性があります。 大学受験は長期戦ですから、毎日の睡眠の積み重ねが後に積み重なります。 そこでまず、自分に合った睡眠時間を見つけましょう! ステップ②朝型?夜型?について 人によって、勉強に集中しやすい時間帯があると思います。 ここで私の失敗談を踏まえて説明していこうしようと思います。 高3春 私「家に帰ったらすぐに寝むたくなっちゃうし、早く寝て早く起きてから勉強しようかな!朝方が良いって話も聞くからね!」 計画 就寝20時〜起床3時  計7時間 「(朝すごい集中できる!!このままいくぞ!)」 ↓ ↓1週間後 ↓ 『計画破綻』 ご覧の通り、一切長続きすることなく私の「超早起き大作戦」は幕を閉じました。 極端に生活リズムを変えてしまったことや、私は他の人の睡眠を参考にしたということが、うまく行かなかった原因ですね... こんな失敗をしないために気をつけてほしいことは次の2つ! ・他の人の真似をしない →人によって合う合わないは千差万別ですからね‼️ ・大幅に生活リズムを変えない →心機一転、という気持ちも十分わかりますが、私の失敗談のようにならないようにして欲しい気持ちでいっぱいです。 ステップ③ 就寝・起床時刻の固定化 これが、単純に見えて睡眠を取る上でとっても大切なことなんです。受験において健康な身体を維持することは必須事項ですが、この固定化はそれに直結します。 mb-1","children":"どーも!春海といいます!\n\n勉強時間削って寝ているのに、朝全然起きれなかったり、授業中も眠くなったりしますよね〜。わかります。でもそれを続けてたら、受かる可能性がどんどん下がっていく。工夫していきましょう。ということで、回答させていただきます。\n\n\n\nまず、朝スッキリ起きる方法ですが、これは自分の過去の投稿に、朝の起き方、朝勉の方法を詳しく書いているので、是非そっちを見てみて下さい。\n\n\n次に日中に眠くなるということですが、大前提として、10代で6、7時間の睡眠では不十分だということを知っておいて下さい。眠くなって当たり前なのです。そして、集中していれば眠くなることはありません。問題はなぜ集中が続かないのかということです。\nそれを解決するために、いくつか紹介します。\n\n\n1つ目、昼食の後15分の昼寝を入れる。\n定番ですが、効果は絶大です。睡眠時間を6時間にし、昼寝をとることをおすすめします。\n\n\n2つ目は、コーヒーを飲むこと。\nガンガン飲んでいきましょう。自分は水筒に入れて持ち歩いてました。\n\n\n3つ目は、時間制限を設定することです。全てのタスクに予定時間か、目標時間を設けてそれに間に合うように勉強します。なので、自分はいつもタイマーを持ち歩いていました。そして、全部記録帳に記録していましたね。そこまで真似しなくていいですが。\n\n\nそして、3つ目の応用として、ポモドーロテクニックというのがあります。詳しくは調べてほしいのですが、簡単な説明をすると25分集中して、5分休憩をするというのを繰り返していく方法です。つまり、疲れる前に休憩をとることで、集中を長い時間続けることができるというものです。特に何となく勉強しているという方におすすめです。\n\n\n以上4つほど紹介させていただきましたが、勉強方法というのに正解はないので、一番効果が高い方法を見つけていきましょう!\n他にも朝勉についてや、勉強のモチベーションのあげ方についての回答を過去にしているので是非そちらも見てみて下さい!\nでは、より成長できるように頑張って!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"受験経験お疲れ様です!朝はつらいですよね。私も受験生のときは朝早起きすることには苦労していました。\n\nまず、適切な睡眠時間が確保出来ているかということが大切です。目安としては最低限7時間は欲しいところです。受験生で睡眠時間を長くとるということは少し不安かもしれませんが、起きている時間に眠らず集中して勉強することが最も効率的であると思います。\n\nそして、睡眠時間がきちんと確保されていても朝起きれないのであれば、就寝時間と起床時間を固定して習慣化することが大切です。特に就寝時刻は日にちごとに変化しやすいと思いますが、寝る時間と起きる時間を固定することで、自然と朝起きれるようになります。\n\nしかし、それでも眠たいものは眠たいですよね。そのためこれらを実践した上で、ベッドから起き上がって勉強を始めるために私が実践してたことは、友達と朝通話をするなどして目を覚ますということでした。\n\nその時重要なのはお互いに雑談はしないと決めておくことです。受験に対して真剣な友達とそのように約束をしておくことで、朝決まって起きられると思います。\n\nまた、他にも目覚まし時計をとても音量の大きいものにかえて、ベッドから離して置くという方法もあります。そうすることで強制的にベッドから起きることが出来ます。そして、そのまま朝食を食べてから勉強をすれば、目は覚めるでしょう。\n\nちなみにエナジードリンクはオススメしません。原理的に目は覚めますが、慣れると効かなくなりますし、習慣的に使用すると体にも良くないです。\n\n以上をまとめると、\n1.睡眠時間をきちんと確保する\n2.睡眠に関するスケジュールを決める\n3.友達に協力してもらう\nまたは\n4.目覚まし時計をベッドから離す\nを行ってみてはどうでしょうか?\n\n朝早起きすることは大変ですが、工夫次第で誰でも出来るようになると思います。しかしながら、どれだけ朝に強い人でも勉強のために起きられない日はあります。あまり気負わないことも大切です。受験経験頑張ってください!合格をお祈りしています✨"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"何回か似たような事を他の方の質問で答えたのですが、もう一回詳しく書くことにします。\n\n5:30ー起床、冷たい水で手を洗い目を覚ます、夏であれば太陽光を浴びるともっと良い。シャキッとする。\n\n5:45〜7:00ー朝勉、脳みそ60〜70%使う感じ、込み入った問題は避け、化学などの計算問題や英語の文法問題や音読などが良い。\n\n7:00〜7:30ー朝食\n\n7:45〜12:30ー午前勉、脳みそ元気なので100%使う、理系科目に取り組む、間に30分くらい休憩入れる\n\n12:30〜13:00ー昼食\n\n13:15〜18:15ー昼食直後は眠くなりそうなので仮眠10〜15分とるのもあり、昼食後1、2時間は少しかったるくなるかもしれないので重い勉強すると眠くなる。よって前日の復習や午前中の勉強の丸付けなどでしのぐ。目が覚めてきたら脳みそ100%使う。人間は午後いちばん活動的になるからここで重たい勉強に取り組む。数学の難問や英語長文もこのタイミングで。途中30分くらい休憩。\n\n18:30〜19:00ー風呂など\n19:00〜19:45ー夕食\n20:00〜22:00ー夜勉、もう脳みそは疲れているはずなので夜に長時間勉強をやるのは効率悪い、21時すぎに終えてしまっても良い。内容は、脳みそ50%くらい使うかんじで、一日の復習、丸つけなど簡単なもの。1日を振り返って明日の朝からの勉強計画を立てられれば尚良い。\n\n22:15就寝\n\n以上で7時間15分睡眠、ざっと約12時間勉強になります。夜勉強以外で10時間は確保できてるのでまずは夕食までこれで頑張ってください。夕食後は勉強しなくても10時間は既に達成できてます。逆に夕食前に思うようにいかなければ夕食後に埋め合わせることになりますが起床時間と就寝時間をとりあえず固定することが第一歩ですので22:00には終えてしまいましょう。睡眠時間は適宜起床時間と就寝時間をいじることで調整してください。ただし朝勉はとても良いので早寝早起きを勧めておきます。では、頑張ってください。\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"\nぶっちゃけた話、受験って、そんなに朝イチからやらないんですよね。\n10時から試験開始とかが多くて、それを考えると、7時30分くらいに起きればいいことが多かったです。普段、学校が遠くて6時起きで、それの癖で夏休みとかも6時起きだったんですが、冬からは逆に起きる時間を遅くしてました。普通の高校生だったら、起きる時間は7時前後だと思うので、そんなに朝型にシフトすることは考えなくてもいいと思います。\nまた、今の時期は自分がしっかり集中してできる時間帯で勉強するのが大事だ思います。夜中に集中できるなら、無理して寝る必要は無いですよ。そして、睡眠時間も充分に必要です。個人差はありますが、自分は6時間は取るようにしていました(他と比べてあまり寝ないでもやっていける体質だとは思います)。ただ、流石に次の日のお昼頃に起きるというのは良くないので、10時までにはなんとか起きたいものですね。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"目覚ましかけても二度寝しますよね。強い意志とか無駄です。自分も全く同じだったのでわかりますよ!\n\n結論から言いますと、寝て良いです。\nどうしても早く起きなければならないなら朝どうにか起きれるくらいの時間に寝ればいいんです。\n朝早く起きて、夜までずっと勉強して、また朝早く勉強。そんなの普通に考えて無理です。\n僕は自慢にはなりませんが自分が凡人以下ということをとてもよく理解しており、睡眠時間6時間で朝からやる気が出るわけがない、授業も眠らず受けれるわけがないことを分かっていました。\nなので7時間半以上は睡眠を取り、授業や昼間の自習の時間は大抵寝ませんでした。\n昼の集中力はかなり高かったと思います。\n次の日が休日の時は勉強夜集中力きれるまでしっかり勉強して、レム睡眠計算して目覚ましかければスッキリ起きれる。\nそれ以外の日は早めに寝る。こんな感じです。\n\n朝辛いのはほとんどの受験生の悩みです。\nというか大体受験生の悩みは共通してます。\n自分で考えて色々試すのもありなのでやってみてください。上のはあくまで自分がやってたことで、身体に関しては人それぞれです。\n\n心から応援しています。早稲田は確実に楽しいですよ、頑張れ!!絶対合格!!\n\nあ、役に立ったと思ったらclip嬉しい!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
