1c:Tc98,こんにちは 受験が近づくになるにつれて勉強時間を確保したい一方で睡眠時間を削ると眠くなって勉強に支障が出てしまうことは私にもあったので、少しアドバイスをさせてください。 結論から言うと、睡眠時間は削るべきではないです。私としては勉強は時間×効率で決まると考えています。他の人が自分より睡眠時間が短く、より長い時間勉強しているのを見て焦ったり、睡眠に勉強時間を削られることに焦りを感じてしまうと余計に効率が悪くなってしまいます。 そこで、私が実践していた睡眠習慣や、勉強効率をあげる工夫についていくつか話せればと思います。まず、午前中(特に起きてから数時間経ったとき)に眠くなってしまうのは完全に睡眠不足です。私も寝ないと生きていけない人間なので、7時間半寝ていました。ちなみに人は睡眠の深さの周期が1.5時間らしく、1.5時間単位で睡眠の質が大きく変わるらしいので、私は7.5時間寝るようにしていました。 午後(食後や夕方)は眠くなったら20分の睡眠を取るようにしていました。30分以上寝ると眠気が取れなくなってしまうので注意してください。起きたあとは一瞬歩いたり外の涼しい風を浴びて目を覚ましていました。 ここからは私が実践していた睡眠に関するテクニックや勉強効率アップのための小技を箇条書きにはなりますがいくつか挙げるので良ければ参考にしてください。 睡眠の質向上のために寝る前はスマホを触らないよう意識していました。 私が貧血持ちだったこともあり、寝起きが悪いことや日中異常に眠くなるのはこれのせいもあると考えたため、鉄分をサプリで取っていました。 カフェインは1週間連続でとり続けると効果が薄れてしまうため、不要な際はなるべくとらないようにしていました。 勉強の際にはブドウ糖を摂取するため、ラムネやinゼリーをたくさん消費していました。特に模試や受験本番は摂りまくっていました。 寝る前やった単語を朝の通学時間に復習して暗記の効率をあげていました。 入試直前以外の1月などは私が夜型なこともあり、夜勉強する形に勉強習慣を変えていました(学校がなかったので)。 長くなりましたが、睡眠時間に勉強時間を削られることを恐れ、寝ないことで眠くなるよりはしっかりと睡眠をとり、勉強に充てられない分は脳科学的な面から裏付けられるやり方で勉強効率をあげ、補ってあげることもひとつの手ではないかと思います。友人を見ていても健康で常に万全な状態で勉強し続けられる人が上手くいっているようなイメージはあります。 mb-1","children":"こんにちは!\n睡眠と勉強って切っても切り離せないですよね、、\n結論から言うと、昼眠くならない睡眠時間を取るべきだと考えています!\n\n本当に人によるところが大きいと思います。\n私の場合は、睡眠を削るとその日勉強したことが頭に入っていないことと昼間眠たいことに気づいたので、高校3年生でも8時間は寝るようにしてました(23:30~7:30)。\n\n睡眠時間をとると勉強時間が少なくなって成績が上がらないのではないかと考えるかもしれませんが、勉強は(量)×(質)で決まると言われており、少ない時間でも効率を上げれば同じだけの勉強量が維持できると思います。(手っ取り早く量を増やすには時間を増やすのが簡単ではありますが)\n\nプラスして寝る直前に暗記系科目をやると寝ている間に脳内が整理されて長期記憶しやすくなるという利点もあります!\n\n休日に関しては、平日と同じ時間に起きるのが理想ではあります。(ルーティン化した方が体への負担が少ないです。)逆に休日それだけ寝てしまうということはやはり睡眠時間が足りていないのかなと考えてしまいます。\n\n長々と書いてきましたが、もっと睡眠時間を増やしたいという気持ちを持ってこの質問をしてくれたのではないでしょうか?(違っていたらこめんなさい。)\n\n日中眠くなってしまっている点で、質問者さんはそこまでショートスリーパーではないと考えています。\n6時間以上寝ると頭が痛くなるということですが、例えば起きる時勢い良く起きたりしてませんか?睡眠状態から一気に覚醒すると血液が急に流れ始め、片頭痛をおこす可能性があります。また睡眠時の姿勢が悪いと首や肩に負担がかかって頭痛をおこす可能性もあります。\n\n今の睡眠時間で疲れは取れていますか?取れていないなら勉強時間が…とそこまで気にせず睡眠を取って良いと思います!\n正直周りの賢い人達は毎日8時間寝てました。\n7時間半は睡眠を取ることをオススメします!\nぜひたくさん実験してみてください。\n\nまだまだ受験勉強は続きます。\n体調を崩さないような生活習慣をルーティン化してほしいなと思います。\n応援しています。頑張ってください!!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"これは単純な話なんですが、3日頑張って1日ダウンしてしまうのなら、1日の睡眠時間を2時間伸ばして毎日勉強した方が勉強時間は長くなります。\n受験期は頑張ろう!と早起きや、遅くまでの勉強をしがちですが、それで疲れがたまってしまっては持続が出来ず、コツコツと勉強している意識も薄れてしまいます。\n\n「その日を頑張る。」のではなく、「頑張ることを続ける。」ことにフォーカスして勉強をしていけば、頑張りを持続でき、コツコツ力をつけていることを実感しやすくなり、自身も持てるようになります。\n\n\n勉強のスケジュールは本人との相性が1番なので、具体的な時間設定は自分で決めて行って欲しいなと思いますが、文章を読んだ上で答えるとすれば、夜の勉強時間を短めにするのはどうでしょうか?\n\n睡眠時間中に記憶は定着していくので、夜はその日勉強した内容をさらっと復習する時間にして、早めにしっかりと寝て記憶を定着させ、起きて宿題等、問題を解く時間にすると効率が良いと思います。\n\n\nこれは余談ですが、朝の時間帯は疲れも少なく、思考力が1番働きやすい時間であるという研究結果も出ていますので、問題をこなすには1番良い時間帯だと思います。\n\n参考になれば幸いです。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"私は完全に夜型で、朝早く起きるのが本当に苦手です。だから「夜に勉強する」のは全然アリだと思います。ただし注意点は、睡眠時間を削ってしまうこと。単純に睡眠を減らすと記憶が定着しにくくなりますし、メンタル面にも悪影響が出ます。できれば7時間、最低でも6時間は必ず確保してほしいです。これ以上削ると勉強にかなり影響が出てしまって、勉強してるのに、、、とかにもなってしまうかもしれません。\n\n夜型のデメリットとしては、試験当日に何時に起きるかという問題がありますね。例えば共通テストなら朝早いので、会場によっては6時台に起きる必要があるかもしれません。そのリズムに慣れていないと、本番で頭が働かない可能性もあります。\nなので、試験当日のスケジュールを確認して、「何時に起きるべきか」から逆算しておくのが大事です。ただ、まだ10月なので、12月くらいまでは夜遅く勉強して朝少しゆっくり起きる生活でもいいと思います。その後、試験の1か月前くらいから朝型に慣らしていけば十分間に合います。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"まず、夜の睡眠時間は必ず6〜7時間は取りましょう。必ずです。それが出来ていないと勉強の効率は大きく下がります。\nそして朝ご飯昼ご飯夜ご飯と全てしっかりと摂りましょう。これは量ではなくて、栄養バランスやタイミングなどをしっかりと、という意味です。食事によってリズムを整えることで日中は起きて夜に眠る時間だけ眠るというサイクルが確立できます。\nまたお昼を食べた後に20分間の昼寝をする事で午後の集中力がぐんと上がります。20分間以上でも以下でもダメです。\nどうしても眠い時にはミント系のガムやタブレットを口にしたり、エナジードリンクに頼ったりという方法の他にも軽くストレッチをすることで血流が良くなり眠気が覚めます。目薬をさすのもおすすめです。\nまた、勉強している部屋の気温は少しだけ低め(23度ほど)が1番効率の良い状態と言われています。少しでもあったかいと感じる状態では眠気が襲ってきます。\n\n色々と自分にあった方法を試行錯誤してみてください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは久保田です。眠いという問題は私自身も受験期に苦しんでいました。何時くらいに寝て何時くらいに起きているのかは分かりませんが6時に電車に乗っている時点でだいぶ早起きだと思います。自分はそれほどではないですが受験期は生活リズムを少し前のめりにして早起きしていました。早起きすると昼前や夕方に眠くなってしまうのは仕方がないことだと思います。ここで自分が試して効果があったなと感じる対処法をいくつか紹介します。\n\n1つ目は、眠くなってきたなという時に少し予備校内やその周辺を歩くなどすることです。座りながら眠気に耐えるには限界があるのでやばいと思う前に立ち上がって体を起こすために少し体を動かし眠気を少し退かせるのをお勧めします。\n\n2つ目は、一旦諦めて少し寝ることです。どれだけ歩き回ったり階段を上下したりしても眠気が冷めない時はあります。そういった時私は単語帳を見ながら睡眠に入っていました。30分や1時間寝るだけでもすごくスッキリしてその後の勉強に腰を入れることができていた気がします。大事な時期に寝てしまうなんて自分を責めてしまいたくなるかもしれませんがどれだけ時間を使って勉強したかよりもどれだけの時間集中した状態で勉強できたかが重要ですのでそのために少し昼寝をするくらいは許してあげるべきだと思います。\n\nー最後にー\n受験勉強時間を増やそうと睡眠時間を減らしてしまうのは多くの受験生がやってしまうことだと思います。しかし今の時期くらい受験が近づいていたとしてもそれでもまだ時間は長いです。そのため長期的に見ると睡眠時間を減らして勉強するのは効率が悪いので自分が毎日コンディションの良い状態で勉強できているかを意識して効率の良い勉強を目指すべきだと思います。\n私はしませんでしたが、毎日整いすぎた生活習慣で勉強をし続けるのが難しいし精神的にきついと感じる人の中にはは1ヶ月に1回ほど気をん抜く日を設定している人もいました。たった1日の休みによって残りの29日が効率的で集中のできた勉強になるのであれば十分に良い対策方法だと思います。\n私が紹介したのはあくまで私自身や私の周りの人が実践していたことであなたに効果があるかは分かりませんが、試してみる価値は絶対にあるので遊び感覚でどれかをたまに取り入れてみてください。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
