また、心構えとしては感情を殺すことです。わたしは一切の感情を殺してただ目の前の1問を解くことにだけ集中していました。集中するには前日からなるべく疲れを溜めないようにリラックスしましょう。色んなことを考えるだけ損です。 行動編 ‪☆家から出る 家出じゃありませんよ笑 家というのは不思議なもので身体が休憩する場所と認識してしまいます。なので勉強しようと思うことすらも厳しくなります。無理やり勉強モードにするために家から出ましょう! 浪人時代は一切家で勉強していません。塾に行くか、図書館に行くか、近くのマクドナルドに行くかしていました。 (100円のアイスコーヒーで何時間もいる酷い客でしたが笑) ‪☆スマホに時間制限を設ける スマホ見てしまうなら本体に時間制限を設けましょう。設定でできたはずです、名前忘れてしまいましたが…。 結局パスワード打ったりなにかしたりすれば使えてしまうのですが、すぐは開きません。そのワンクッションのお陰でまた勉強に向かおうと出来るはずです。 メンタル編 ‪☆昨日の自分と勝負する 今日の俺は昨日より10分早く起きた!よし、勝ちひとつ。 いつもより5分長く勉強した!よし、勝ちふたつ。 ぐだらないですぐ風呂はいった!勝ち! 筋トレもした!健康的!勝ち! でもぼーっとすること増えたかも、明日は勝つぞ 昨日の自分より確実に強い今日の自分を作り上げてください。細かなところで勝負してください。負けは数えなくていいです。何個昨日の自分に勝てたか。 ‪☆なにか行動する前に5秒考える二度寝してぇな、、、、、でも今ここで自分に勝てるな YouTubeみてぇ、、、、、、終わったらでいいや すぐ欲望にした構うのではなく5秒のクッションで冷静になりましょう。 勉強編 ‪☆できるから好きになる 好きだから勉強するっていう人もいますがそんなこと出来たら苦労しません。 まあ解けるからっていうのもそんなこと出来たらっていう感じですが、1度解いた問題でも結構です。好きな問題でも。 何事も成功体験が重要です。 基本的な事でいいのです。というか1番大切です。 mb-1","children":"勉強お疲れ様です!\n模試の雰囲気は慣れだと思います。何回も模試を受けておきなさい、とよく言われると思いますが、それは問題の質というよりも雰囲気を味わっておくためのものです。そのため回数を重ねていけば、少しずつ落ち着いてくると思いますよ!\nもし本番で緊張し、パニックになってしまったら、まずは一分間、目をつぶって深呼吸してみてください。貴重な一分かもしれませんが、深呼吸って思っている以上に効果的なんです。ゆっくり深い呼吸を意識してみてください。ちなみに私が受験生の時の先生は、始まりのチャイムが鳴っても10秒は、問題に触れないで落ち着こう!と言っていました。始まると慌てて問題用紙をめくり、殴り書きのような字で名前を書き、読んでも読んでも内容が頭に入ってこない、なんて経験はありませんか?10秒落ち着くだけでも全然違いますし、焦りが軽減されているため、ケアレスミスも少なくなります。\nあとは考え方を変えることです。模試であろうと本番であろうと、満点を取る必要が全くないわけですよね(だからこそ、満点を取りえる共通テスト系は一番緊張したような気がします)。よく聞くのは、わからない問題が出てきたら「みんなもわからないはず!」と自分を安心させる方法です。私はこれだと個人的にはあまり安心できなかったので、さっきも言ったように、「最高でも8割取れればいいんだから、こんなの間違っても全然間に合う!」と思い込むようにしていました。\n\nあとはものすごい精神論になってしまいますが、本番中は必ず背筋を伸ばして解くようにしていました。背中が丸まって問題用紙に顔が近くなると、どうしてもそこだけに集中してしまって、我を忘れてしまうような気がしたんですね。そこで背筋を伸ばして解くことで、客観的な目線になれたというか、「どうしようわからないっ!!」ではなく「私この問題わからないんだな~」と受け入れられたような気がします。早稲田最初の文化構想の受験の時、あまりにも焦ってしまい、英文が頭に入ってこない時間が続きました。一回客観的な目線に立って、「あれ?もしかして緊張してる?」と、友達に話しかけるように受け入れてあげることで、不安を軽減できたと感じています。\n\n少しでもお役に立てたらうれしいです。応援しています!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
