mb-1","children":"・眠い、疲れた日は\n→思い切って仮眠!\n眠いなとか疲れたなと感じるのは、これ以上働いたらダメだよというサインなんだと思います。車で言うガス欠みたいなもんです。なので少し休憩してリフレッシュしましょう。机に突っ伏して20分くらい寝るだけでもだいぶ頭がスッキリしますし、それ以降の勉強も集中してできるようになるでしょう。\n\n\n・休んだ後の切り替え\n①得意科目からリスタート!\n僕は世界史が好き(得意)だったので、世界史の一問一答とかをやりながら休めた頭にエンジンをかけ直していました。休み明けからいきなり苦手科目の重い問題とかあんまやりたくないですよね。好きな科目の軽めの問題からリスタートすると良いでしょう。\n\n②受験へのモチベを再確認!\n志望校のパンフレットを読んでみるとか大学生活をイメージしてみるとか、自分が目指す先を考えてみることでモチベーションになりますね。休み明けにモチベを再確認すればその後の勉強にも一層力が入るでしょう。"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんにちは。\n気温も高いしむしむししているので\nいやでもダラダラしてしまいがちですよね…\n\n私は勉強机の上にそのまま突っ伏して10分仮眠を取りました。\n受験生だった時は9:00-21:00までずっと勉強をしていたのですが、お昼休み(12:00)にお昼を食べたら眠くなるので10分お昼寝をする。\n15:00くらいに眠くなるのでまた10分寝ます。\n18:00に夜ご飯を済ませ、10分また寝る。\nあとはそのまま21:00までラストスパート!\n\n私みたいに寝てばっかをお勧めするわけじゃないのですが、して欲しくないことは携帯を見ることです。ただでさえ目が疲れているのにもっと疲れさせたらあとあと響きます。必ず目は休めてあげましょう。目薬なんかをさすのも私はよくやりました(^^)\n音楽を聴くでもいいし、少し散歩をしてみる…ともかく目を休めてあげることがリフレッシュになるとおもいます。\n\n携帯を開くのは全ての勉強が終わってから!\n1日の楽しみとして夜まで我慢するのがいいと思います。ただ、ダラダラ眺めて夜が遅くならないように!\n\nリフレッシュはとても大事です。\n休憩と勉強の区切りをきちんとつけてあげられれば上手くいくと思います。\n頑張ってください!"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"✅【1】集中力が切れそうになったら立って勉強する。\n→立ちながらの勉強は思っている以上にはかどります。なんか眠いなあって思ったタイミングで立つようにしていました。立っていると眠気は襲ってきません。自分のベットなどに教材を展開して満遍なく使ってました。ずっと立ちっぱなしも疲れるのでそこは気をつけて、適度に座ってあげましょう。\n\n✅【2】 適度な睡眠\n→自分は夜以外にも昼寝、夕方寝を各20分ほど取っていました。疲れているのに、眠いのに勉強するのは効率が悪いです。寝てスッキリして勉強しましょう。気をつけることは必ず起きること。アラームをセットしてなったら足を思いっきりあげるのです。強制的に起きられますよ。それと寝てしまった!という焦りから勉強がはかどります。自分を追い込みすぎもシンプルに良くないです。ましては夏休みなどは長期休みということもあってずっと気を張っているときついかと思います。無理せずにやるときはやる、やらないときはやらないという感じがいいでしょう。\n\n✅【3】 暗記科目と実践科目をうまく分ける\n→国語でいうところの問題演習と漢字。英語でいうところの長文と単語ですね。疲れたタイミングで単語や漢字を挟んであげましょう。リズムが保てます。演習はならべく午前中がオススメです。午前中に英語の長文をやってみる。現代文を解いてみるなど、自分のゴールデンタイムに1番集中力を使う場面をら持って行ってあげれば効率が上がると思います。\n\n集中力を保つためのコツはこんな感じです!!\n参考になれれば幸いです〜"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
