mb-1","children":"自分もそんな感じでした笑\n家だとスマホをいじってしまったり、テレビを見てしまったりしてやる気が出ないことありますよね。\n\n解決策2パターン提示しますね！\n\n①家で勉強したくなる環境を作る\nこれは結構簡単な話です。勉強してて一番続きが気になるのっていつですかね？自分の場合は小テスト解いたあと合ってるか丸つけする時とか「早くやりたいな」って思う気持ちがありました。\n「早くやりたい」という部分を家に持って帰ることができれば取り掛かりがはやくなるとおもいます！\nあとはスマホやテレビなど気が散ってしまうものを家族の協力をもとに封印してしまうのが良いと思います。\n\n②逆に家で勉強しない\n開き直って家で勉強しないパターンです。この場合やる事は二つです。\n一つ目は家以外での勉強時間を増やす事。移動時間や昼ご飯の時間もめいいっぱい勉強に費やしましょう。夏休みは10時間以上勉強が普通とか言われると思いますが、家以外でこの時間を取るのは余裕だと思います。塾でしっかり頑張ってください！\n二つ目は家以外での勉強の質を高める事。周りの人は家に帰ってからも勉強を続けているので、他の人に勝つためには勉強の質を高めることが大切です。家でしっかりリフレッシュして日中昼寝しないようにしたり、ダラダラ勉強して頭に内容が入らナイヨウなんてことがないように出来れば完璧ですね！"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex mb-1","children":"こんばんは、名古屋大学医学部医学科のメイメイといいます。\n\n僕もすごく飽き性で、集中力を上げるにはどうすればいいかな？って受験生の時に考えてました笑笑\n\n塾の自習室も図書館もカフェも使えないのはなかなか厳しいですねえ…\n\nでも集中力を上げられるかどうかは分かりませんが、集中力を上げやすくなる方法は、｢環境｣を変えることです。\n\nカフェでの勉強、自習室での勉強、図書館での勉強、どれも環境が変わっていますよね。こういった環境の変化が起こると脳に刺激が与えられ、集中力を上げやすくなると考えられます。\n\nそこで家での環境変化をどうつけるか？になるんですが、\n①家の中での勉強場所を変えてみる\n僕はこれをちょくちょくやってました〜！自室、ダイニングテーブル、時には床に座って暗記物をやったりしてました。\nこれだけでもだいぶ変わると思います！\n\n②音楽を聴く\nベタですが、気分が上がらない時にノリのいい曲を聴いてやる気を上げてました。場の雰囲気を変えて環境変化をつける感じですね。\n\n③姿勢を変える\n基本勉強は座ってやるものだと思いますが、僕はリビングの床に寝そべって数学をやったりしてました笑\nこれ意外とよかったです。ただやりすぎると腰痛くなるので注意…\nこれと同じで軽く筋トレとか運動をしながらの勉強も、適度に集中力が上がっていいと思います。\n\nこんな感じで、工夫次第で環境を変化させることは可能です！本音を言えば図書館とか、場が丸ごと変わる方がいいと思うので、開館時間だけでも行ってみてはどうでしょう？\n\n\n\n"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex
